The Delivery Team arrived on time as promised. They worked hard and efficiently. After the two chairs were installed head fitter went through a demonstration of the operating procedure? This was very clear and left us clear in our minds how to operate the chairs. The chairs came up to our expectations and we are extremely pleased with them.

The sales rep arrived in the morning introducing himself as Brad.He was very helpful all questions were given were clear and concise.He took the impediments for the chairs explained why they were so important.We then looked at the large selection of cloth patterns to choose from.Brad had a difficult job as we live on high ground with many steps . I was very pleased with the service i received today off Glyn/Darren. They were very thorough and explained all the functions to me. Thank you for your service and your arrival was spot on time.

Communication with customers is abysmal. Sent wrong mattress, cancelled installation after stating they would install bed with mattress they had then come back with right one later. They give a days time slot starting 8am in morning. My 96 yo mother was up from 7am. Then cancelled. I asked next time for a more definitive time and they agreed they'd contact day before with time. They didn't. I complained and told a customer manager would call me. No suprise... They didn't. Another delivery was arranged.mum up at 7am again. At 2pm I called company for an update on engineer's arrival. Told any time up to 6pm. They arrived 4pm. Only one of three wore a mask. Wrong drawers were supplied. Told a week by engineer for correct ones. Nearly 3 weeks later I called company. Surprise, sending out today. Told get them after Christmas. The cost of the bed with all the features just short of £4000. Never consider this company. They truly don't care once they've got your money. They'll no doubt reply to this review with the stock answer they give every time.

Very pleased with our lovely new recliner chair which was delivered today. Ollie and Brian even moved a heavy Sofa and Coffee table for me so that we could accommodate the full range of movement of the chair. All in all, Good product and Great Customer Service.

Brian & Ollie were both professional in their approach and depth of knowledge of their product. They continued a series of "banter" without losing one ounce of their knowledge leaving my wife and I in the happy state of knowing we bought a good product.

Matt & Andy contacted me as requested 40minutes before they were due to arrive with my husbands new chair. They were both very polite and extremely friendly. They took the old chair away and assembled our new chair, with speed and very proffessionally. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They ensured that my husband knew how to operate the chair and were more than happy to answer any questions. These 2 guys are a credit to the company. They ticked all the customer service box, for me and my husband as 5+. Excellent. From start to finish. Thank you.

The service has been brilliant. Very cheerful and respectful salesman and delivery team. Also furniture is ace and so comfortable.

Richard and Alex the engineers/fitters did a brilliant job.They were very understanding when the bank blocked payment.They waited while I collected the payment in cash.I would give them the highest praise for there work and work ethics.
