Had my bed delivered today by Paul & Darren I have to say their service was excellent they explained everything made a really wonderful job of putting the bed together and I have to say we are extremely pleased with the bed it looks great they were very considerate about not knocking into anything & damaging anything which they didn’t, they even thanked me for my hospitality I only gave them tea & cake I would absolutely recommend this company service was good from start (with the man called John that came to demonstrate) to finish. Just looking forward now to a good nights sleep & a lovely massage in the morning 😀 Well after my first night sleeping on this bed i have to say my bubble has been burst my back aches so much the mattress was so hard not soft & sink in like the demonstrator had & my feet were hitting on the bottom board surely this is not right very disappointed such a lot of money to pay & have problems

My husband's new chair arrived and was brought into our sitting room by a very friendly and helpful installation team: Rob & Rob. They showed us how to operate the chair correctly and warned us not to have it too close to the wall, in case of damage. I did query the length of the arm covers but was assured they were as per the order. After they had gone I was unhappy about the covers so I called the help number. They were so helpful and there is a new set of covers being made to the correct length, which I will receive in the post so all ended happily. I was very impressed with the level of service and the speedy solution to my query.

Delivery was on time and product installed expertly and good advice given. Staff were courteous and obliging. Product function was well explained and is of very good quality

The installation team of Rob and Simon were excellent demonstrating their efficiency assembling the bed and explaining the workings. They were polite and in my opinion ideal representatives for the Recliner Factory.

The sales representative actually put together an adjustable bed in our living room, so we were able to try it. He very clearly explained all the options and at no time did we feel pressurised. The bed was delivered earlier than we expected, but we were given several days notice so were able to prepare the bedroom. The delivery guys, Paul and Anthony, phoned the day before to give us a time, and they confirmed their ETA on the morning. Although it was raining, they brought in all the parts without making any mess and removed the old bed. They were polite and efficient arriving before 8am and had completed the installation including a demonstration by 9am. The bed fitted the space made for it and no problems were experienced. We look forward to many very comfortable nights. Well done.

Paid over £2000 for a made to measure ‘bespoke’ chair for frail mother with terminal diagnosis. Waited an age for chair to arrive. Came on wheels with no brakes so moved at slightest touch. Useless. Engineer visit required to put castor cups under wheels. Chair also not made to size which engineer confirmed so needs to go back to be fixed which will take weeks because long wait for a loan chair to swap out. Don’t waste your money.

I have been very impressed with The Recliner Factory from their initial point of contact to the delivery of my new bed. Chris the salesman that came out was a lovely man, very polite and not at all pushy. He took the time to demonstrate the bed functions and explain everything in detail. The customer service was also excellent, from acknowledgement of my order through to arranging delivery. The delivery drivers, Brian and Richard, were not only polite and friendly but were also very professional and efficient. I was given an approximate time of delivery and they kept to the time stated. My new bed is so so comfortable and I can’t wait to go to bed tonight 😊.

Very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that demonstrated the recliner was very helpful and with no pressure to buy on the day. The engineers who delivered it were also very polite and explained about the chair.
