This is purely about the delivery and installation of a recliner chair and electric bed. I haven't had chance to use either yet. Richard and Peter arrived bang an time and swiftly took my old bed apart, hoovered and put my new bed together. Then they did the same with the chair! Both were very friendly and efficient, made no mess, gave me full usage instructions and left with a smile! I am delighted with the service I received.

I bought a recliner off these spent over £6000 and it was rock hard and then they charged me another £400 to change the seat padding I will never use these again I’ve never sat on it because I can’t as it’s to hard it’s the worst thing I’ve ever bought and I’m really upset as I have bad mobility issues so I spend most of my time on my on a recliner so I’m using my old recliner till I can afford to get myself another one I’m really gutted because I spent my savings on it thinking it would be really comfortable for the price but it’s feels like your sitting on a park bench but worst

Richard & Brian (the fitters)

Richard & Brian (the fitters) and the salesman were fantastic, helpful and not pushy but gave sound practical advice so that we could make our own reasoned decision on matters. Everything was as it should for a customer spending his money. Richard and Brian were good workers, polite and very helpful. I think that I have converted Brian to "Yorkshire Tea's Malted milk biscuit flavored tea". It was a privilege to have them in our home for a short while.

I found the whole experience from the initial measuring and ordering of the chair to delivery and installation very easy. The salesman and the delivery/installation men turned up when they said they would. All of them were friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service and general follow-up

We ordered a bespoke recliner bed because I have Parkinsons. There was some confusion about how many drawers the bed could have. We were told it was not possible to have 2 side drawers and one bottom drawer as we had initially requested. When the bed was installed (02/08/2021) it had 2 side drawers and a bottom drawer that was incorrectly designed so it wasn’t fitted/didn’t fit. I paid in full on the day (in good faith) as I was told the correct drawer would most likely be fitted that same week. Nearly 3 weeks on we are still without this bottom drawer. We were also unable to fully open the side drawers as they snagged on cables. I have rung customer services on 2 occasions to chase this up. I have also had to ring accounts on 2 occasions to request a copy of the invoice. I did not feel that these calls were handled in a courteous manner. I don’t understand why I am having to chase this company up for what has been a very expensive purchase. I am seriously unimpressed with the customer service and follow-up. I won’t be making any further purchases from this company.

Three months ...

Hoping to get our fixed recliner back soon. It has been three months since we notified them of the problem, which they created. There are plenty of five star reviews here from those who have just received their furniture. But sadly, if you look a little closer, there are many giving one star because if you need after sales care you will soon realize that there isn't any. Please be warned, and make sure you get at least a two year warranty.

Brian and Richard were efficient and pleasant,also were very tidy,they took the old bed and cleaned up after themselves.They took me through all the stages of the bed.

riser/recliner chair

My mum's riser/recliner chair was delivered a couple of days ago. Mark and Craig arrived when they said they would and were very pleasant and helpful throughout. Mum is very happy with her new chair.
