The delivery of my recliner chair & matching settee this morning was within the time limit specified. The 2 gentlemen that set it all up & demonstrated the use of the recliner were very courteous, polite & very cheerful & I am so pleased with both the recliner chair & settee. Thanks James & Paul.

The installation team of Brian and Kevin did a brilliant job. They followed best covid guideline practice and their work was efficient and careful. Even when there were problems with the bed (the drawer was on the wrong side and the feet could not be fitted) they worked cheerfully to overcome the problems and succeeded. The bed itself is very comfortable and I am pleased with my purchase.

We took delivery today of a riser recliner chair and three seater sofa. The drivers delivered on time and were friendly, polite and very helpful. Although they struggled to get the sofa through our lounge door (cottage) they persevered with patience and determination. They gave clear instructions and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

A very good chair Purchased a custom made Bariatric recliner, riser and tilt function arm chair. The company sent around an advisor who explained what options I had after he had listened to my medical requirements and measured my existing arm chair and taken notes on my height and weight .He then brought in a demonstration chair which I sat in and more measurements taken .In all a very professional and thorough approach I was very confident that the chair that I was ordering would be ideal for me Thirteen weeks later the chair was delivered and assembled by a three person team consisting of James, Andy and Hannah they were great and highly skilled putting my chair together. They demonstrated all the functions of the chair whilst I sat in it and then observed and gave advice when I was using the handset to access the chairs functions they were very helpful Thanks to all three This chair is the first chair in three years that has been comfortable I do not feel crushed and squeezed when I sit down to rest like previous chairs its so easy to get in and out of and so comfortable I can even nod off to sleep in it and not awake with more pain The main reason for this purchase was health benefits I have arthritis in most joints and in the spine and from three bouts of sepsis I have been left with severe lymphedema and increased weight and breathing issues plus diabetes which I had before the sepsis. So I was hoping the chair would be help alleviate some of my ailments I am writing this review after only four days because I am so impressed with this chairs comfort and function I have noticed that after such a short time my lymphedema is not as uncomfortable and heavy when I retire for the night. Well deserved five stars

I am writing this review on behave of my grandfather Mr Bowen. Brad came to the family home to help us find the perfect recliner chair for my grandfather, he has such an amazing and enthusiastic personality & provided a thorough demonstration & took accurate measurements to ensure the recliner would fit my grandfathers personal requirements. We cannot wait for the bespoke recliner chair to be delivered in the coming weeks as this will improve my grandfathers quality of life second to none. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Brad as a sales rep for this company, as he cares as much about the client as he does the product. Writing this on behalf of my Dad in Devon. Matt & Kev kept in touch with Dad prior to the delivery of the chair so Dad knew exactly when they going to turn up. Very good customer care and ensured Dad knew exactly how to use the remote on the chair and everything set up properly. Thank you Matt & Kev and all the other staff that were involved the purchase and delivery.

The chair was delivered this morning and I was notified both yesterday evening and earlier today of the exact arrival time. The two gentleman (Matt & Kevin) could not have been more helpful. They looked very smart. They moved original furniture around to make a place for the new aquisition. Everything was explained carefully to me including the controls and the chair is beautifully comfortable. I would not hesitate to use this delivery service again as it was first class.
