New bed

Had my bed delivered today by Paul and marchin(, think that's the name can't really read it) Very polite, efficient,professional, fitted the bed showed me how to use it and took away the old bed and all their rubbish. Can't recommend then enough.

Yet Another fault but no feedback...

Updated 5th July. My chair was collected last Monday and I've heard nothing since. The silence is deafening. No confirmation of receipt, no progress report and no return date even though I was promised a maximum 10 day turnaround. Funnily enough I received a customer satisfaction survey today - hilarious! It was more focused on getting personal data such as net income and household wealth than how they've failed to perform. I didn't complete the survey as it's nothing whatsoever to do with the recliner factory. Ridiculously bad customer service. —-------------------------------- I've had a few issues with the riser recliner chair pretty much from the day it was delivered. I accept that Covid restrictions delayed getting the chair taken away for repair and for its return, but it has developed yet another problem. I have reported this via email and via the 'contact us' on their website but have not had any acknowledgement. Communication throughout has been abysmal and no doubt I will once again find myself having to do all the chasing. I fully expect this to be resolved under guarantee but without any contact from the supplier find myself tolerating a broken chair which I paid over £2000 for. Not acceptable.

Great Job

Matt and Nick were running a bit late but they phoned to keep me informed. They installed my adjustable bed in good time and were very respectful of my home. Explained workings and instruction manual very well. Thank you.
