Craig and Mark delivered our new recliner bed. They were running slightly late but phoned to let us know and check it was alright. Arrived and set up bed and removed old one in excellent time. Were friendly and helpful throughout and can't praise them highly enough.

Very pushy salesman, would not give my elderly parents (92 and88 yr old) a chance to think or talk to each other about the purchase. Just pressured them for the sale. Measured my Dad and said he needed the small chair. Said it would take 8 weeks to arrive. Arrived after two weeks. Chair was marked on the seat as if it had been wet and looks very unsightly. Rang within 2 days to report and told it was a bespoke chair and no refund. No one in the family can sit in the chair comfortably for longer than 30 mins. Total waste of £2500. Beware of this company. Thank you for your reply but the chair that you state was measured for my father has never been comfortable for my father to sit on. The chair is so big that he looks like a tiny child sitting in it.

Two riser recliner chairs and a three seater sofa were delivered today by James and Brian . Very polite , friendly and efficient. They put the furniture together, checked it and demonstrated the controls before leaving , taking the wrapping rubbish with them . Thank you

Chairs arrived on time, the driver called the day before to confirm the time he was arriving, demonstrated the chairs and cleared away all the packing. All covid precautions in place.

The Recliner Factory showed professionalism from the initial visit right through to delivery. They were helpful, understanding and patient during the product selection. My Mother was allowed to take her time making her decision, she never felt rushed or pressured. James and Brian were punctual with delivery, having called the previous day giving their estimated time of arrival. They were friendly and took time to make sure the new chair was set up and positioned exactly where Mum wanted it. The product is excellent, made to measure, but what I appreciated the most was the friendly caring manner demonstrated by the staff members. I can highly recommend them.
