EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! My parents are 87yrs and 93yrs with debilitating health issues and very poor mobility so they invested in a reclining bed. The Salesman DAVE came around and took their details for made to measure bed. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner very friendly and under no obligation!! nothing was too much trouble for him showing them various models and came with a demonstration model. There was no pressure as in some salesman in sectors today and my parents were very pleased. 6 weeks later their chosen bed arrived delivered by JAMES & PETE who not only assembled the bed and explained the controls they assisted in dismantling their old bed which I could not finish as quickly as i had wished in time. . From ordering to delivery it was a great experience and I was kept updated on delivery times throughout. DAVE H, the Salesman JAMES & PETE are a credit to the Company as too are the Office staff. The purchase of this bed has helped with the mobility issues considerably especially my mother who suffers from severe scoliosis of the spine and had difficulty getting out of bed in the past. Lack of customer service and very expensive products The bed is fine. Very expensive compared with others on the market. However, their service is appalling. and I am not the only one leaving the same review. My order was to be without a headboard and it came with a headboard after waiting 3 months. the mattress was too hard and for some reason they had me down as being 23 stone, ha. So, they changed the headboard and the mattress and the mattress slides up where the headboard should be so I asked them to send me the right brackets and the brackets do not fit. I am waiting for a manager to call me in relation to this but no call yet. When I call I get attitude saying a manager will call you. Once I get this sorted out I will be satisfied but I wish I used someone else I could have saved money and got better customer service if I did but the salesman who did the demo was very very pushy for a sale.

just now My severely disabledl father paid 3000 pounds for a chair was told the head cushion would be included, upon delivery there was no cushion so after charging him a further 70 pound for what was described as a stock item which when arrived was tiny and not fit for purpose thus rendering the chair a 3000 pound ornament, when we asked to return cushion the girl said you cannot so i asked her what we could do and she answered and i quote give it to someone who can use it so i would say spend your money on there inflated profit margins at your peril !!! Awaiting call from the regional manager i'll not hold my breath !!
