The experience of buying the furniture was smooth and efficient. The delivery guys, James and Brian, were friendly, professional and helpful. They gave me a full demonstration of how the recliners worked and took all their packaging away. Highly recommended.

We had a recliner chair and settee delivered this morning by Matt and John. The service was excellent, and Matt and John were courteous and helpful. A full demonstration of how to use the recliner was given, and the old furniture was removed. Overall we found the service to be of a very high standard.

Our order,SRC5019 was delivered today by Matt and Brian. They were clean working, friendly, informative and efficient. They left us with some useful reading material on caring for our purchase and a care kit to go with it.

Not very impressed with the produced paid a lot of money for very basic chair with riser recliner not the comfort I would for the money if I knew then what I know now I would have saved myself £2706.50 Got to say they contacted me after my review and took the chair away they redid the seat excellent after sale’s service I thought that I would have to live with the chair as it was but no the improvement is quite noticeable i am very pleased I would recommend the company to anyone. But be sure if you have a problem make sure you contact the company and give them a chance to rectify the problem a very satisfied customer.

Had visit today regarding possible purchase of rise/tilt recliner chair and double sofa,Salesman ok but must think i arrived on banana boat regarding prices,Supposed to be deals on according to website yet was quoated silly money for just chair if i did not have sofa,Hate companies that appear to grab prices out of thin air

Paul and Pete delivered my Mum's adjustable bed and reclining chair (she loves them both). Paul and Pete could not have been more professional and took every care when installing both. Took the time to fully explain how they worked and ensured everything was as it should be before they left. I cannot recommend them, or their company, enough. I should also mention the salesman, who I did not meet, but my Mum found hilarious, he made her laugh so much he should have been on the stage, evidently :-).
