Re: installing new bed. MATT/PAUL J. We are so pleased with our new bed and both Matt and Paul J were very Punctual,well mannered, well dressed in uniform and truely very Professional in their work. From start to finish their work was five star.Rubbish was all cleared too and took away our old bed. A demonstration too at the end was given and finally we were over joyed and they left very happily.

The engineers,were very polite and helpful they were Matt and Richard. some of the staff at the customer service are not helpful and in fact have a not interested attitude.

Craig and Rich arrived in the two hour window and the dual Adjust4Sleep bed was installed quickly and efficiently. Demonstration maintaining soical distancing was difficult but all queries were answered fully before they left.

From the start of the process of ordering to delivery, it was a simple and clear and professional experience. The quality is amazing. It has already started to transform my Fathers issues with his mobility.

Matt and Glyn were punctual, efficient, very clear in their explanation of how the recline chair worked, gave clear instructions and offered options on cleaning methodology without being pushy. They were both fabulous and not only respectful but they were also friendly and helpful. The chair and sofa are lovely, very happy customer all round.

My husband is now the happy owner of a bespoke reclining chair which does everything the brochure and sales rep Mark, said it would. I have been very impressed with the company from the moment I made the telephone inquiry, had a visit from Mark, to having it delivered and set up by Richard and James today. We have been informed all along the way too as to the progress of the chair. A first class quality product and service. Thank you to everyone involved.

We are very pleased with the riser recliner chair. It is everything we hoped for and expected. Everyone from your company at all stages were helpful and professional. The delivery guys Craig and Rich were excellent letting us know they were on their way and then setting everything up and explaining it before they left, observing Covid restrictions at all times. Cannot fault and happy to recommend.

I am very happy with my riser recliner chair. The company representative who came out to quote observed social distancing and was very helpful, friendly and polite. I was very surprised that my chair was ready and delivered in just over a fortnight, when I was expecting it to be a month. The delivery people ensured that the chair was in the correct place, was working correctly and that I was happy with it before they left.
