having bought a recliner/riser chair for my wife at a cost of £3,000.4 days after delivery my wife passed away,having contacted them with a view of a refund all they quoted was because it was made to measure there was no refund considering they are a faily large firm u thought they might have made a small consession they said NO

A big thank you for my new recliner chair and special thanks to the delivery team, Richard and James, who professionally assembled the chair, plugged it into the mains, explained how the controls work, and I could use it straight away. Everyone from that company followed government guidelines - wore masks and gloves, and that was important for me because I have been shielding since the first lockdown.

What can I say? The guys let me know in advance when they were due to arrive(which they did in time).They took away the old chair.The new chair was installed in under 30 mins.Craig gave me a demonstration of the chair.Quick and efficient service from Craig and Rich. And a great chair!

The service was excellent. Delivery was here although the weather was bad lots of snow. My sofa and chair are well made and instructions very clear. I am looking forward to many years of use. All staff I have dealt with have been very professional.

Matt and Glyn delivered my riser/recliner chair. They contacted me in advance to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they quickly brought the chair up and assembled it. They explained the best position to keep it in as relating to the radiator, tested it and removed my old chair. They were friendly and knowledgeable and concerned about my comfort in the chair. I was happy with everything they did.

Very pleased with the product well constructed and delivered within the time scale quoted at time of order. The two guys Matt & Paul who delivered the chair were very professional well mannered and Covid19 safe at all times. Would recommend this company and their staff we dealt with to anyone.

We had our chair delivered with in the time they told us, James and Richard were very helpful and pleasant and explained everything to us. Full Covid precautions were followed. The chair is very comfortable, love the material and look of it.
