Matt and Dave M delivered my chair today. Kept me informed by phone when they would arrive, and then put my chair together, positioned it in the right place, and showed me how everything worked. Polite, friendly, and excellent service. Love my chair, fabric exactly matches my other upholstery, and is so comfortable.

Had a call the day before to say they would be with my between 8-10am they arrived at 8.10am Phil & Rich very friendly & very efficient explained everything to me job done in just over an hour so so pleased with the service!

From the moment I ordered a brochure this company has been extremely friendly. The gentleman who demonstrated the rise and recliner chair was very pleasant and didn’t try and push a sale. He just explained everything fully. Today I received delivery of my chair and two seater sofa. The whole process of ordering and delivery was faultless , the two staff Richard and Paul who delivered the chairs were efficient,courteous, and friendly . As indeed was the salesman the chairs were made to order in five weeks

Ref: RB91040 cost £1,700 single Medical bed without mattress. I had medical bed delivered in January, it could not be assembled properly as parts missing, the air mattress man from NHS also confirmed this to me when he came fit air mattes just 15 after bed delivery. I notified the recliner factory immediately. In 9 months I have had nothing but promises I wrote a review on here earlier in year and as a result was promised over 2 months ago a new bed which I have not received. The side has now fallen off, a bolt sheared off and bed collapsed, it is now being held together with rope I am disabled, unable to walk and used bed to sit me up. All I get is promises on phone but no replacement bed. 9 months since delivery and despite promises no replacement bed as promised. If I could give less than 1 star I would The only reply I have had to sort a 9 month outstanding problem is “ The Recliner Factory reported this review 10.12.2020 08:38 for violating Trustpilot guidelines.” !! If they want me to post photos I will do or should I go to watchdog? Instead of resolving problem they report my review? Something seriously wrong ?? My old electric bed was taken away by the recliner factory so I have to sleep in their bed or sit in my wheelchair If I am injured by this bed I hold the recliner factory responsible

Matt and Sam installed our new bed, took away our old one, removed every last scrap of packaging. They were friendly, but very professional and efficient. Very pleased with the product and the service......excellent!

The riser recliner chair arrived well packaged and went together easily and quickly. As did the matching two seater sofa. Our old sofa was removed beforehand, equally efficiently dismantled. Craig and his co-worker were friendly and polite throughout and had excellent product knowledge.

Excellent service both James P and Rich H were complete gentleman. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently and wore masks and gloves the whole time. The whole process was excellent and I would recommend the company to others.

Mark, the salesman, arrived on time with a demonstration chair. I felt under no pressure at anytime to purchase. He phoned 2 days later to confirm that I wanted to go ahead with my order. The chair was delivered just over 3 weeks later. The delivery men were very efficient & removed my old chair. I have had the chair 3 days & so far are very happy with it.
