This was a most satisfactory purchase. Delivered ahead of the expected date. Delivered and set up by Mike and Paul who were scrupulous in keeping their distance, wiping everything down, and were very friendly and helpful. The people at the factory were helpful too, from the order, to arranging the delivery. I recommend this company very highly for their professionalism and care. PS the bed is amazingly comfortable too!!

Bought a rise and recline chair 18months ago however after 6 months started having problems contacted company several times with no help whatsoever, asked them to come out to repair chair but they refused unless we paid to have it cleaned first as my husband has lymphodema his legs weep and because of the fluid marks on chair they won’t touch it been trying to get the chair fixed as it is no longer fit for purpose but they won’t help us at all

SI purchased a ride recliner chair a bespoke chair this was purchased on the 30/04/2018 and there now have problems as the seat has sloped the foot rest I had to push it in as don’t go in by it’s self and the fabric is coming away leaving a bold patch and because of the the seat my wife slips off the chair this chair is supposed to be made for a Parkinson’s person my wife it is also still under guarantee plus she has to put up with the chair to deep as I’ve just been pointed out from a NHS person who has had to keep coming in to pu my wife back into the chair this is when it was pointed out the chair is to deep and they said the seat was to high as her feet do no touch the floor this has been pointed out recently by the falls team that this chair is not made bespoke for my wife as bespoke means made to measure and the professional say it not made to measure for my wife I had no acknowledgement that your bespoke chair was not bespoke until the NHS falls team pointed it out I thought at the time your chair was bespoke made to measure so Recliner Factory presented us with a chair that was not made to measure

We have had a good experience. The sales rep was good in explaining/demonstrating the product and options to buy. The installation was smooth with an error which was rectified by Richard and Paul. There was a delay while waiting for all the items to be fully received by the company, but I had to follow up on this on my side. Overall, it was not bad.

The delivery team, Paul and Mike, were fantastic. They were on time and fitted our bed in a timely manner, making sure all packaging was taken away. Lovely tidy job.

Bought the rise and recline 2015. Rang the company to complain when the chair is fully reclined your elbows dig in to the arms, so you cant relax. The manager comment was "I cant do nothing about it you will have to live with it. Very disappointed, I bought this chair for my husband as he suffers with a lot of pain all over his body. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Once they get your money they dont want to know you.
