It is great to be able to do the tried and tested Les Mils workouts at home on days I can't get into the gym. My wife and I also do the body balance classes together.

Ask me a few months back, and I would have put 5 stars. But clearly they are facing problems now, and their customer services is failing. Someone on their side has updated my card details to a card I know nothing about, so payment failed this month. I have no idea why they did this, but I asked for answers and got no reply. I got notified today that they closed my account. That's just plain stupid. I still really enjoy and recommend their training, particularly body combat that doesn't require any equipment. And it's good value I think.

Been using this service for the last few years and they are one of the best for workouts/trainers/music for personal workouts probably ahead of the curve for when it first came out. The work out are well selected to increase heart rate to warm up to going full force then a cool down. Some of the trainers are brilliant and really help when giving that extra spirit to finish the videos. I have had issues in the past with connectivity or loading certain work outs via phone and after reporting this and nothing be resolved I reverted to using my tablet. The last year or so it has been fixed! Recently there was an outage on their server and I reported this and I am quite shocked to get an email not claiming ownership and saying "they understand and cant provide 100% uptime" for a health service and paid application I feel they don't care. Even the downloaded workouts where not loading. The world has since changed this last year and many better platforms are out there for your money. Which is a shame as I would of said they were market leaders last year, maybe it is for the better.

Complicated videos with very few not requiring you buy their own equipment. Customer service terrible, refused to cancel at first, was charged and then refused to refund even though I watched no content.

Worse company sign up for free trail then get charge yearly subscription tried cancelled said no never used the service when I had look at the work outs there terrible get same workouts off YouTube and are better and for free

I made an error when applying for membership. Paid for a yearly instead of monthly. When I tried to get it corrected they point blank refused to do this. Told me the platform would have already been applied for so they couldn't refund me. Company this size i felt very cheated. They said i should look forward and enjoy the year I've paid for.

Loving the online content given that David Lloyd have removed all Les Mills ranges from their gym to replace them with a rip off mish mash of LM!! Nothing beats the tried and tested Les Mills classes which are designed to include people of all levels!! Having the on demand classes has ensured that my workout regime has continued during lockdown! Thank you

I signed up for a free trail but decided after the first payment to cancel. Somehow I couldn’t do it online so I emailed them and got a reply saying that the account had been cancelled. I then got an email saying that they were taking my next payment. I emailed customer services who after a few emails backward and forwards and my bank account as proof say that I actually had two accounts running! The second email address they gave me as the supposed second account is an invalid email address. How come the email saying they were taking the money went to the address I had registered with not this supposed second account? They would not give me my money back! Very unsatisfactory all round and extremely poor customer service.

The way they do free trials is a scam. DON’T FALL FOR IT. Their customer service is so bad that you can’t even talk to them. They take your money and bye bye.

Literally the best classes in the world and I can put them on my TV - love it! Thanks Les Mills :)
