DO NOT use this company
Really annoying company to deal with and poor communication between all the different people attempting to contact you. This all starts with wanting to view a property. I have a specific move in date. I call the company asking before I view, I need to know if my move-in date is possible. It’s April- why would I waste my time if they don’t want to rent for June? They REFUSED to tell me if the landlord would entertain the idea and said I had to submit an app first. So, as a real estate agent I found the owner contact info myself and went straight to the source. The owner was comfortable with a June move in date, so I scheduled a tour. After two emails, one phone call, and over ten texts, I was able to view the property. With my photo of the door locked I included an explanation of why I was not interested. I kept getting texts asking if I was interested followed by an onslaught of phone calls the following day. I sent screenshots of my original message to the multiple other texts asking if I wanted to apply, and I’ve now blocked their numbers. Landlords DO NOT use this company!! They are terrible!! This review is on one of MANY bad experiences with them.

If I new how onerent worked how they need to call the owner for everything to fix and the owner’s don’t have money to fix the problem onerent should fix it and then charge the owner I been renting a house for 2 months and I been having a lot of issues since I moved in this will be the first and the last time I will use onerent

Working with Onerent makes the process of looking for a place easy. They are very responsive through text and email and calls. I have had less desirable experiences with people I see in person. I have not seen one individual - everything was done via my phone. From booking the self viewing to signing the lease. Right now, in our new Covid world we live in. This process is most fitting. As a landlord, I have a peace of mind that someone is managing my properties leveraging collective experience gained in many different markets. I can now always tell my tenant: "Please reach out to my property management company to resolve any issues you may have." Moreover, they are offering credits out of their own pocket to my new tenant to help with the Covid-19 situation. Thank you for that!

This is my 3th year with Onerent. Maintenance is straightforward. I request maintenance on it's website, schedule vendor/handyman visit, done, and rate my feedback. I don't need to worry about anything. Always receive professional service.
