Working with Onerent has been…

Working with Onerent has been stressful. Every since Onerent took over the property I live in, it has not been easy. The agony of asking the maintenance team for help with issues. Next door neighbor was harassing me and Onerent did not help me. I had to cry and beg a whole lot of incompetent Onerent maintenance team members for a month before they closed up crawling spaces the neighbor was using to antagonize me. I have no ideal what Onerent manages. They have no real power to help. If you ask for maintenance they can not decide what to do even in emergency situations with out talking to the owners. Your neighbors can Falange the property and Onerent can not even talk to them to not do construction. They would not let me talk to a manager several times; Purposely putting me on hold for 40 minutes. They sent me countless unprofessional handymen - who show up late or never and do not do a decent job. This company is a joke. You are in for disappointment and rude awakening.

Incredibly disrespectful of your time

As others have said, incredibly poor service and extremely disorganized. The guy showed up 25 minutes late for a showing but then didn't have the key to get into the apartment. He said he would be 15 minutes to go get the key, but then after that time he failed to retrieve the key. All-in-all an hour wasted waiting and I didn't even get to see the unit! Incredibly disrespectful.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

if i could give them 0 stars i would. Their service is unacceptable! I am a tenant, and i have raised a ticket with them regarding a leak in my refrigerator in early January. They would constantly email me saying that they are waiting to hear back from the owner.. blah blah blah.. and i should just put a catch for the leak in the meantime. Fast forward to Covid 19, and them using it as an excuse for the delay! and now i'm in the middle of this lockdown and my freezer finally gave out on me, i had to throw away $350 worth of food because of their incompetence and not finding a way to replace my refrigerator in a timely manner! IT TOOK 4 MONTHS! I ended up having to buy a refrigerator online with my own card out of desperation. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE and every single time i speak with a representative i feel like shooting myself cause speaking to a robot would probably be more fruitful. This was just the last straw with them. there is not enough space on here to say how they handled the leak of the AC unit and having no AC in the middle of the summer heat cause of them, or the leak of the garbage disposal and them sending home the plumber who was already in our house cause they couldn't give him the go signal to continue on his work on a SATURDAY because they, yet again, DIDN'T HEAR FROM THE OWNER. I am so sick and tired of their apologies that don't yield to ANY IMPROVEMENTS! and the repetitiveness of the same mistakes! ITS RIDICULOUS! THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!

Was perfect

Was perfect. I didn't have to meet anyone in person. The whole process was very smooth. Got to view the home leisurely without pressure of anyone present. Follow up was great. They negotiated a reduced rent than was originally listed. Also got to take advantage of great promo that Onerent exclusively has--- reduced rent for first 6 mos. Was a great experience all around
