Easy to get picked up at Chch airport, check in and drop off super easy, and no hold ups. Car was fine for all we needed!

Jasmine went above and beyond to help us get our car when our flight was redirected to another airport. Overall it was a great experience and a fair price. There wasn’t a lot of traffic and so we didn’t need to wait at all. Pickup and drop off couldn’t have been easier.

Friendly customer service. Took a long time to sign in and take the car, was a little bit disorganised. Car settings were in another language, car was fuel efficient. Reasonably comfortable but the car wasn't the greatest.

Good little car provided but disappointed that they don’t accept e-licences. Fortunately my partner had a hard licence.

Good efficient reception, the car however was well battered and only being two years old had all the battle scars of having had a hard life, fortunately it was reliable during the rental period, the one gripe was the condition of the front tyres, one was brand new the other just above the wear indicator effecting handling, legal maybe but never on my own car.

The booked car was provided. The process was smooth. We were picked up in shuttle from airport and were taken to office which was 3-5 mins drive away. Filled out forms and was handed over the car. The car was faulty and so we swapped with similar car which was also smooth. The returns were straight forward too

Car was what was advertised. Staff friendly and helpful. Car could have been washed but did not affect our experience.
