Great hire car, easy pick-up and return.

Easy to pick up the car in Picton and drop it off to Nelson. While the drop off location was a short distance from Nelson airport the friendly person gave me a lift back to the airport. Have rented cars from Omega several times over last few years and always great to deal with.

I was pleased to have chosen Omega the staff were very considerate and understanding that I was traveling with my disabled son and required some assistance with bags etc. They were kind and thoughtful and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Good price and a reliable car

I arrived one Day late due to flight cancelling, could Not get into contact with omega to inform in time. Nevertheless omega kept the car ready for me on arrival. Unfortunately I had to pay for the "void" day, as I didnt/ couldnt change the pick up date due to the cicumstances mentioned. See you next time around.

I am a regular traveler who utilizes rental as a means of transportation. I have found Omega to be the best regarding bookings, quality of car, service and most important the cost regarding quality cars. Awesome service and very hospitable attendees.

Directions for pick up were confusing but once we got to the office the whole process was smooth. The car was extremely clean and comfortable. Returning the car could not have been made easier by the attendant at the desk and we appreciated the transfer back to the airport.
