Easy quick pick up from the airport, thank you

The car was new and in very good condition. It was neat and clean when we received it. Customer service, both at receiving and returning the car was excellent. Booking the car was easy. Lacked clarity on how to access the shuttle bus at Auckland airport and that surely can be improved by providing a map with the booking. Also lacks Rotorua centre which made it challenging to make a change in our schedule

Great efficient company. Will definitely use again. We even got dropped back at our hotel when we had finished our rental service.

Customer service was great from the first contact, she was very helpful and informative, there were no hidden cost. The vehicle it self, was comfortable and modern. The only reason I gave a three star, was because, although the vehicle was modern,there were a couple of issues, which I informed omega of, also a dent done before I hired the vehicle,I was made to feel I had done it, even tho I had taken a photo less than 15 minutes after driving away and had seen it, thankfully they had a senior member,who was familiar with the vehicle,whom was able to confirm the dent was old.
