We got a Toyata Highlander for our 15days trip from christchruch to queenstown. Car is clean n in good condition during collection. It can take 4 huge lugguage, 4 backpack and 4 passengers without any issue. Overall we are happy with the car and highly recomand Omega for the quality and price.

So wurde z.B. angeboten, dass Omega sich für uns um die Buchung der Fährverbindung kümmerte - haben wir gerne angenommen. Der gemietete Pkw entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen, er war sauber und lief knapp 4 Wochen gut und zuverlässig. Auch die Rückgabe des Pkws in Christchurch erfolgte schnell und problemlos bei einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter!

The customer service was good (both Christchurch and Queenstown). The car rather old with scratches everywhere.

We used omega when we visited in 2019 and again in 2024. We would highly recommend to international travellers. Staff were very helpful. Although the cars are older. They were in good condition.

By going into the Thorndon Quay branch and speaking with Fran I was able to get a rental car as requested online, despite there being no cars available and taking 12 hours to contact me by email. She could not have ben more helpful and will highly recommend Omega. I have hired from you numerous times and the service is great.
