I was so worried and stressed before I picked up the car that it might be a big hard-to-manage one that I would be anxious driving. But the Omega people had paid attention to my plea. I felt so confident driving it. I'm a senior and I'd asked for an older car that was less technical. And I appreciate that Omega appreciate older drivers. .. I picked up the car at the Miramar Depot because I live near it.

From down south to up north across NZ the service was great, I couldn’t have asked for better tbh and easy to book too

This was on from affordable prices and you get picked up from the airport to collect your vehicle definitely be using them again

Great fast friendly service

Once we got to the car hire company it was fine. They were very helpful and we got the car extremely quickly. We hired the car via Webjet and paid our deposits. We emailed the company to discuss the bond and it took them three weeks to return our email. The email response was the day before we left which left us little time to organise.
