We had a new 8 seat Hyundai van and it was a perfect vehicle to drive around the area. Plenty of room for all the bags after we arrived at the airport. Team at the Omega office were great to work with. No problem to recommend them.

Picked up the car from Christchurch. Stains on seats. Not cleaned properly, food found in side compartments. Most worrying was the petrol tank lid which was jammed, we could not open it had to force it open. Trying to get someone to help us took forever and wasted our day, when we did get hold of someone he told us what to do and we fixed it ourselves. Few days into our trip we discovered headlight wasn’t working. Again wasted our day to get it fixed. The people in Queenstown were helpful, they wrote a complaint from us to the Christchurch branch and we have still not heard from them.
