Lovely staff,clean and well presented vehicle and always great rates😁😁

The pickup from the Christchurch airport was on time and quick, Car was ready so no waiting and paper work was done very quickly Queenstown dropoff was easy and ride to airport was ready as soon as we had dropped the car off so no wait again

Counter person shouldn’t be there . No people skills . Yes, no answers only . Given child seat . Not told we had to install . Had to ask what happens . Answer , you install . No company policy reason etc . Asked if it was possible to extend vehicle if we rang the following day once we found out when the funeral was . Answer , No we cannot guarantee this ( If this was me acting for the company , I would say ,but I will definitely try and accommodate you ) .Other than this company was good to deal with prior and after .Vehicle supplied very good .We did ring the following day and got extension by the way .

The staff were friendly and efficient. More importantly, we did have to raise an issue which sometimes happens. They were proactive listened and supportive. They resolved the issue in a timely manner and with a great outcome. They were tested and passed with flying colours. I would highly recommend this company

Was very happy with staff member at picking up the car in Thorndon Wellington. The staff member at Miramar was quite rude and had a very brusque manner.

The staff were good, the car was great value and the shuttle service was very good also. The reason for 3 starts is because we phoned the day after we dropped the car off as we had left a very good cigarette lighter charger and the cord in the car by accident. According to the two people we spoke to the staff and cleaners had all been asked if they had found it and the answer was no. Strange how it could just disappear, very disappointing!

Excellent service, including shuttle to and from airport. Nice modern vehicle, clean and tidy. Our only slight gripe was that the navigation system (which we needed) was not working, due to a Toyota subscription having expired. By chance, when charging our phone through the car USB, we found that Google Maps on the phone transferred to the navigation screen on the car, so for the rest of the weekend we had a good map system working. If this work-around had been explained to us at the outset, it would have saved some frustration.

The service was easy and clear, with competitive pricing for the car provided. I will definitely use their service again when I return to Queenstown.
