The whole process from booking to returning the car was easy.

Quick airport pick up. Competitively priced. Mechanical trouble with our car (we had selected an older model), but we were happy with the way it was resolved; we were compensated and upgraded.

They have very friendly staff, we got a good and reliable car as always (we actually got a free upgrade to a newer car because the option we had booked was not available), and it was fast and uncomplicated service. I really like the staff at the Wellington airport depot.
