This week Grant Store have completed the installation and commissioning of a 12 panel, 10.3kwh battery and inverter. From initial quote to final switch on, all parties, Grant Store, survey scaffolding, solar panel install, electricians and quality control have provided a very professional service. Panels took less than half a day to install, electricians spent about 5 hours bringing to life and connecting to the house supply and grid. All installers arrived on the arranged dates. Grant Store were very good informing what will happen and when, and when I emailed questions they responded with relevant information within hours. All the components installed are top quality and highly rated. I rate the whole process very highly.

Just had 12 solar panels installed. I have high praise for all the guys involved (scaffolding / Panels / Electricians). When I queried that perhaps the wiring in the garage could be tidier (Compared with that for a neighbour with a similar installation), the electricians duly returned and put the wiring inside trunking rather than just clipped to the wall. Those on the phone also very helpful.

Really polite and lovely mannered. Got on with the job. Very tidy and helpful in setting everything up.

Having recently moved broadband provider I needed to switch the shine app across to Sky. I contacted Eddie at GSL and he sent guidance notes through, then followed up with a step by step instruction over the phone. All done within 20 mins. very happy with the service he provided

Liam our electrician was great. Came in completed the job efficiently. Set the heating up on my phone for me and talked me through it all.

GSL electrician Liam installed the Hive thermostat/hub etc. Fast, efficient, polite and helpful. Showed us all how to work the app. Thank you Liam and your apprentice.

Dave arrived on time & was polite & courteous throughout. He explained the procedure & discussed the options available. He was very Professional & knowledgeable & would highly recommend.

Jonny and Ryan came to remove the water tank in the attic and to replace the insulation. They were very polite and respectful towards us and explained clearly what they were here to do. On inspecting the attic, they were concerned about the lack of insulation saying it did not meet the required thickness and on speaking to their line manager it was agreed that they would return at a later date to complete the job. If possible, we would like Jonny and Ryan to return to complete the job as they have seen what needs to be done.
