Jonny and Ryan was quick clean and efficient

Very pleased with our pannels and installation. Engineers seemed knowledgeable. However, the job wasn't completed in the day as advised and we had to chase the electrian for when it would be completed. Following installation we are still chasing scaffolding removal with weekly calls to them, and waiting for export information. Despite being promised the scaffolding will be removed the next week we are still waiting 4 weeks later.

Sean came out today to check on the heating system we had fitted , very polite and helpful, this company and the staff used for a aspects of heating are exceptional , always friendly and the helpdesk staff always available to answer questions and calls

Grant store fitted the eco4 central heating system for us. Started with insulation. We have an outside 3ft concrete roof wasn't sure how this would be done CARL & Kenny have done a Stirling job. Then loft installation was done sadly these lads had a nightmare and cause a job lot of mess however. GRANT STORE were on their game to correct the mess caused by a split bag of soot and rubbish from the outrigger building. Elliot, Liam & Henry installed the heating. Finally CARL returned to finish a Sterling job with Ryan & I forget his name. Finished the decorating boxing in of pipes thank you so much.

Grant Store showed us amazing customer service. We felt really looked after and supported with any questions we had and with organising the various works. Our scaffolders (Shaun and colleague) were very speedy and very nice. Our roofers (Jamie and colleague) went above and beyond to fit an additional two panels, and arranged them perfectly on the roof. Our electricians Niall and Doug were incredibly professional and helpful and did a really tidy job from start to finish. Our system is up and running and working well and I can't wait to benefit over the summer months! Thank you also to the customer service team who are always so polite and kind.

To be honest at the beginning I was sceptical as it took 2 months to hear back from GSL from the initial acceptance and a further 2 months after the survey to have the panels fitted. But every contact has been extremely helpful, the ladies in the office, the guys who fitted the panels and the electricians have all been great. All mess was cleared up and we were very assured that the engineers knew what the plans were. We have been 4 days with the solar panels (plus battery) and very happy.
