Exceptional Customer support

I called the customer support line because I had to make a change to a recent order I had placed. I was connected to a customer support representative right away. Maria was wonderful and extremely helpful in correcting my order and I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Caring Professionals at All Levels

From the beginning of my experience with Happy Head, there has been an overwhelming effort to meet my needs and expectations with regard to the regimen. Excited to enter into what I wanted to be a success, I was comfortable knowing I was being monitored and guided. Unfortunately, due to a legacy health issue I had to cancel my subscription and step back to evaluate with my physician whether I could tolerate the medication. I contacted Customer Support by phone and spoke with a Support Professional, Shinneth. She immediately understood my health related issue and moved expeditiously to provide several paths to move forward. Once I discussed the symptoms and reactions she agreed to cancel my subscription, which was a relief for me. She also took the time to explain that if and when, after my physician consultation, I could easily rejoin the process. She was Great and reflects well the professional attitude of Happy Head..

My New Happy Head

My wife ordered Happy Heads. I have used the product for 35 days. The products have easy instructions and I have had zero side effects. I'm optimistic to see results but know it sure take around six months. I'll update at that time.

I was skeptical about ordering this…

I was skeptical about ordering this product but once I started using the product after about 2-3 months I noticed my hair growing back and without any side effects. Instead of using it as directed 2 a day I was using it in the morning and still seen excellent results. I highly recommend Happy Head!😊👍🏽

The fact that this is a "subscription"…

The fact that this is a "subscription" is in fine print at the end of the order page which is extremely deceptive and well hidden. I was willing to try it for a month, but after reading all the possible side effects I opted not to. The chat bot is useless and you have to call to cancel. I didn't know it was subscription until the second order was already shipped and now have to pay to ship it back if I want a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and may file a complaint with the BBB.
