The operator Sarika new what she was doing-identified and solved my issues. My lack of computer skills did not upset her and was guided perfectly to a great outcome. Very polite person.

Today contacted the chat

Today contacted the chat, and after 2.5 hrs back and forth asking me something I cant do, I gave up. Solved my problem myself, though it should really be the update to come from the system each FY. Update from 05th Jan: Glad to report, they replied and called me to check if my problem is solved, and hopefully the push notifications suggestion will be implemented to avoid back and forth for long periods of time because one side is not replying on time. I am glad they cared enough to pursue the matter and happy its resolved now.

ReckonGov Connect / Reckon One Payroll…

ReckonGov Connect / Reckon One Payroll unable to handle upward variations to tax amounts withheld from pay. Results in error when submitted on ReckonGov Connect. These employees are not entitled to an ABN because they are not in business. Spent over 4 hours with online and phone support with no resolution. Only became a problem for STP Phase/Stage 2.

Although the program speed has improved…

Although the program speed has improved marginally it is still very slow. Reporting is very limited and the reports that are available do not have the correct information on them. For example doing a fortnightly pays report and the title of the report is for the month of . Compared to Payroll Premier this program is very below the standard that was previously supplied
