I am an ex MYOB user and find Reckon to be way more affordable, yet has most of the same features and functions. Recommended for those that are looking for a more affordable option.

I recently had issues accessing my transactions and raised a query with tech support. They responded the same day, knew exactly what the problem was, and gave me the correct solution. What a relief! I just had to change the browser I was using.

I have dealt with Reckon for the 16 years we have been in Business and have always found my experience very positive. We have now retired but I will continue to recommend Reckon. I have just transferred over to read only files and Ankit was extremely helpful.

Technical error with payroll but Rohit managed to sort it out. At first I was a bit cautious as he wanted to go into my screen to take a look but he was so fast and efficient. I am very happy. He managed to get our payroll through and even showed me how the admission to my screen was deleted his end so there was no security issues. Well done. I have to say every time I have had an issue with this company, and there have not been too many, they get onto it and sort it out. Very good customer service. Thank you :)

The online documentation is inadequate for more than the most basic of server installs but staff know exactly what to do and the phone service is prompt.
