A terrible business with a reflex to always seek more money from you. After I asked them to cancel my account and to unsubscribe me from all their emailing (multiple requests to their customer service) they continue spamming me with about 5 emails every week. Had to report them online as a scammer and a spammer. Stay away from this business which will never let you alone!

Renewal not implemented. Extension granted till renewal confirmed. Extension died (early) on Saturday. No one at Reckon to contact!! Note: it was impossible to renew on line as the scripts would not run on Chrome. Just an amatuerish portal and website

Simple presentation and easy to use

Google ad comes up with: "Reckon One From Just $8/Month - Perfect for Small Businesses" The website has: "Accounting software perfect for small businesses from $10/month" This is false advertising!! I want a low cost package for a small charitable organisation but why should I trust reckon?? Tony

It was great to be answered so quickly (& under the time ‘the message’ estimated). BOTH consultants I spoke with were very easy to understand, were able to relate to my queries and were able to very quickly resolve them!

I have been using Reckon Personal Plus for over 20 years but I am getting increasingly frustrated by a bug in their 2021 system in which Scheduled transactions simply get created automatically and now, instead of being a list of 15-20 I can manage the list is several hundred items long. I am told by Reckon people that Reckon no longer supports the system. I find this amazing as it is by far the best product on the Australian market were it not for that one major bug.
