Your support team go out of there way to help

I must confess I did send an email support request a week before and did not get a reply. I sent it again and still did not get a reply and then decided to phone. I did get emails saying that you had received them. I decided to phone as time was going by and I got a man I think his name was LEE and he could not have been more professional and corrected my problem. Very easy to work through with and nothing was a problem for him to try and solve. Well done Lee!!!!!

Help us to help them

I think most of the Reckon team are excellent at what they do. Some members should NOT be on the partner line. Product knowledge and unwilling to help in critical moments. Professional help is imperative to support clients. Date below approx. Please promote to, and educate, Accountants who are not already Reckon. I find they are choosing to use other software (ie Xero/ QB). Happy to provide further clarification

Terrible additional cost after outright purchase

Purchased the Reckon package outright, now they want mega $$$$$$ to keep it going. NOT GOOD Suggest you look at another accounting Package other than Reckon. If you purchased a car from a dealer, how would you feel if after two or three years they said they deactivated the car's computer remotely and you won't be able to drive it unless your paid for the car again. That's about what Reckon has done, probably to thousands of users.

RECKOM Review

I have been using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus more than 20 odd years and I am also a user of RECKOM ELITE tax software since 2008. They are user friendly with a good backup support team for any technical issues.
