I changed to Quickbooks Hosted from the desk top accounts version. The process was made easily with no loss of data and good technical support.

Oh my god, I have been with Reckon for over 20 years. Just had to call Payroll Premier, had to give my details over 6 times to 6 different people, kept getting cut off, didn't understand the issue - extremely poor communication when I did get through. Issue not solved!! very frustrating over past 45 minutes.
