Required technical assistance - whilst the problem has had to return back to be refixed - response with staff has been impressive and very polite.

I am the treasurer for our local CFA and use Reckon One to keep our books. I use the basic $10 per month version which is more than adequate for our simple requirements. We only have 120-150 transactions per annum. The system is fantastic. Easy to use and surprisingly sophisticated in areas. Even the head office finance auditor was impressed. I occasionally call Reckon for phone support. It’s always prompt and helpful. They were also great at migrating our data and master records from the previous desktop system we had to cloud based Reckon One. Couldn’t be happier.

We needed to reinstate our quikbooks business even though we are selling our business to allow us to finalise our books after handover as we now find it would be impossible until all payment are settled. the person we dealt with was very clear and easy to work with. thanks Alan & Heather Reichle
