Reckon verifies why Australia is fourth world...A system Difficult for a small businessman..logging in.etc.handed work by the ATO. im no bum sitter ,I make things..hours wasted.the best thing is for China to come in and run Australia .get rid of the fools.a maker not importer.

I had to change my old accounting system which was with MYOB as it wasn't supported by my new iMac OS. I had a good look around and had three cloud based systems on my shortlist. I run a partnership whis is GST registered, but I don't have a payroll or stock so my accounts are quite simple. I quickly crossed off the MYOB optionas it was complex (I am not a trained accountant) and I found customer service not helpful. I then tried ReckonOne and didn't look back. The accounts were easy to set up and aside from a few minor issues (mainly my understanding of the system), I got it up and running well. Customer service checked on me several times during my trial period and offered help as needed. So far so good I am very impressed and the package is very affordable.

Reasonable software although old fashioned. Poor company to deal with though, I don't need 5 separate reminders to renew including two phone calls.
