The technical support person listened to my issue and provided some suggestions. When the issue was still not resolved they logged into my account and spent the required time to resolve the issue which turned out to be my fault. They were patient, polite, and efficient. Thanks for the help!

My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. One small criticism is there appeared to be a bit of a lag in the connection which did see the Reckon Representative and myself talking over one another at times, this is in no way a criticism of the gentlemen who handled my call.
