i was struggling to download out of hosted back to my desktop enterprise version and the directions i were given proved easy to follow and it all worked out well.

Had to download a later version but couldn't get my latest version to come over on the new one. Staff were very patient with me as I'm a dummy with computers. After 3 calls (my fault - not theirs) everything was resolved as the lady remotely fixed my issue.

I have used many software's Reckon One is the Worst Accounting Software's. Will never recommend anyone, would like to do all work using pen and paper but not using reckon.

The programs Reckon sell are easy to use and the technical support team are great if you do run into any issues. I have used Reckon products for 15 years and find them to be user friendly. The extra support for STP using Gov Connect makes reporting very easy too.
