I was having issues with extra Super Contributions by the Employer and in spite of so attempts to resolve this matter myself, I had to seek help from Reckon Staff, based in New Delhi, India.I spoke to Debabrata Saha , who was indeed very cooperative and understanding and he could sort out and bring resolution to my problem. So I have given it a 5 Star rating.

It was a shock to the system
It was a shock to the system, that after using Reckon software starting back in 2000 upgrading every 3 to 4 years without a yearly cost, to be told that the perfectly good working software will turn into read only as of the 30 April, and I will need to pay a yearly subscription $830.00 Less 50% discount for the next 5 years. I am consider moving. If you consider that Microsoft charges $100 each year for Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive, $830.00 is way out of the ballpark. I would like to remind Reckon complacency and greed is not a good thing in these times. Love the product, service and staff… but do not think it’s a good move. Respectfully - Allan

After sharing file with accountant I couldn't locate my Company File. Support person helped me locate the file and also ensured our accountant could access at the same time as me. Given I only transferred to Hosted yesterday afternoon I have had 2 very positive experiences in setting up/transferring my platform

Support with Sharing
I was in the process setting up my Reckon accounts to share with my accountant. After setting up the access successfully I was unable to log back in. I rang support and they were able to assist me by doing remote access. As it was something I would not normally do I just let the tech do her job. She was efficient and very helpful.
