I was firstly unhappy because when I eventually got to speak to the technician (the second person I had to identify myself to) the line dropped out. They called back however I had already called again. The third person quickly resolved my problem and so I gave 5 stars for them.

I have been a Reckon user for over twenty years & if I had my time over, I would not touch it. I am currently using the Hosted version. This platform is impossibly slow, especially when signing into the Single Touch Payroll, however it is also slow in general use as well. Look elsewhere if your looking for an efficient program.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If you sign up for a free trial don't expect it to be easy to cancel. You literally have to contact them physically to find out any information on it, which is shady and deceitful at best. I cancelled my plan two years ago and clearly told/had written communication specially stating this service was not wanted, nor used and to cancel my account since they made it so difficult online. They never did this, so instead I cancelled this myself. Two years later and an old business account has been charged the entire time. This company literally STOLE MY MONEY for two years and now are taking zero responsibility. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE I NEVER USED YOUR SERVICE SO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! THIS COMPANY IS DECEITFUL AND IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL. DO WHAT'S RIGHT AND RETURN MY MONEY, otherwise I will continue to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else. Not good enough reckon!!!!!

Reckon provides excellent online support. My computer dropped out and I had trouble completing the STP for my wages. I was taken patiently to a successful conclusion which extended my knowledge and skills. .

I needed assistance to work out how to do a wages back pay for a staff member and how to do this. Also how to record the STP and send it to ATO. The girl on the phone was very helpful, and patient while I navigated the system and processed the STP.

All my issues with Reckon Accounts Plus 2021 were resolved swiftly and painlessly Very little wait time on the phone ! Thank you 😊

Typify everything wrong with the software industry. All I require is a basic cashbook with BAS reconciliation. My old computer failed and I have lost twenty years of data because I was only licensed to one computer. My "free trial" requires a bankcard input with no indication that I can carry over data. The update to H&B 19 was paid for not installed because the disc I was told was coming appears to have never existed and there is no indication of product codes. Support ques were overlong or not working. Just changed to 3 stars to see if that will get over the trouble logging in!
