From the ordering process to the selection of blackout shade to the manufacturing and shipping speeds, i can say enough thank yous to Smartwings. Installed in less than an hour and the new shades looks amazing vs the old curtains. Will buy again for other rooms!

I'm very cautious about online purchases, I was hesitant at first but after getting an outrageous quote from a "Budget" blind company I decided to try Smartwings, I must say that the order was delivered about 5 weeks earlier than the "Budget" store had indicated that their's would be ready and the price was a third of theirs, the packaging was excellent. I did have a minor size issue but was able to quickly fix it with no issues. I'm now going to order another 3 or 4 and not hesitate for a second!

Great shipping, quality of product and installation was a perfect fit. Easier to install than a curtain rod.

They shipped with out included parts which I have yet to receive and they say it works with a Google home but it's limited even though it's a matter over thread device. They said they shipped a fix for both these issues but we will find out. Knowing these aren't able to be returned and they are very expensive (1500 for 2 doubles), I would hope they would tell you this before purchasing and include everything they say that comes with it.
