im upsett i want my missing money my hotel that i booked with this website over charged me i got to my hotel and said i only paid 82 dollars for my room and gave me a copy of it bc this website charged me 102 they told me i should call them and requests my money that they over charged me this is completely bs i want my extra money back

Booked a hotel with them, they canceled it some while later with some BS excuse about the hotel not updating the price. Went back to nustay.com and it was still showing available but at a higher price. Called the phone number on the website but it went to a recorded line with an email address emergency at nustay.com to contact them. Emailed emergency at nustay.com and it bounced. Here's the thing, my wife was at the hotel and they said they had shut down third party bookings. This website is a scam, DO NOT USE.

Tried to book a hotel and i was suprised seeing a message saying booking was being processed..Then they say your hotel is rejected and inorder to book the same hotel again i need to pay an additonal cost which is way too much the market price..Then i call customer call the line is blocked saying we cannot take your call ..Then an apology message and that they will refund the money !!.I was forced to shift the hotel ..I will Never use this site again ..Abosolute Drama and lies..

I was not really happy because when I called the hotel, they did not have the info. I thought from the first time I book the hotel will have the info, but I had to search way to contact you, I give 5 stars for the person who helped me

Nustay changes price of your hotel stay at the final step of booking process. I do not recommend.

Scam! They switched the prices on me and now I’m having an emergency and need to cancel and their phone lines are “busy” and they ask for a email to be sent but when I try and send an email to the info email the email is bounced back and says their server is full. Runaround never using this again
