Hadden een reis met Travelbird/Secret Escapes geboekt naar Sicilie op 18 mei 2020. Door de corona is deze niet kunnen doorgaan en een paar weken later kregen wij de reis terug betaald als krediet op ons account of beter een voucher.... Tot hiertoe alles goed en nu dromen naar gunstiger momenten om terug te kunnen reizen! Tot 9 oktober ik een mail kreeg van SE dat ik mijn claim voor onze vlucht zelf moet terugvorderen bij Ryanair. Na vele pogingen heb ik uiteindelijk mijn claim kunnen indienen bij Ryanair, maar nu heb ik sindsdien niets meer vernomen. Ook weet ik niet hoe ik hen verder kan bereiken omdat alles in het Engels is en via chatbox...! Ook te weten dat er een claim moeten binnengestuurd worden binnen de 6 maanden, goed op tijd zou ik zeggen om mij deze terug te laten vorderen binnen een termijn van 4 weken. Het geld van onze vlucht was direct in vermindering gebracht op ons account zonder ons op voorhand hierover te berichten! Travelbird/Secret Escapes een dikke foei en wij als consument staan met onze rug tegen de muur!

Slechte communicatie
We hebben een maand geleden terugbetaling aangevraagd van onze geannuleerde reis en nog geen geld gezien. We hebben alle begrip voor hun situatie omwille van COVID 19 maar ze houden ons heel hard aan het lijntje. Mocht er eerlijke en duidelijke communicatie zijn, zou ik deze review niet schrijven maar het is nu genoeg geweest.. De ene zegt dat onze terugbetaling al is gebeurd, de andere zegt dat onze aanvraag nog niet behandeld is.. We worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Net weer een mail ontvangen dat ik moet kiezen tussen twee opties: terugbetaling of binnen de drie jaar een nieuwe reis maken. Met andere woorden we zijn terug waar we een maand geleden zjin gestart.. Conclusie: heel onprofessioneel en klantonvriendelijk.

Door de Corona is onze reis naar Sicilië gecanceld. Travelbird heeft ons in eerste instantie vouchers aangeboden. Ik wilde bij nader inzien toch liever het geld in contanten hebben om ons 25 jarig huwelijk op een andere manier te vieren. Na twee e-mailtjes naar TravelBird was dit geregeld en binnen een week was het bedrag a 2482,00 teruggestort! Top service bij Travelbird en ook mooie reisaanbiedingen. Een aanrader!!

Boek inderdaad niet bij deze bedrijven. Wij hebben geannuleerd en zijn in plaat van 35% van de totale reissom dim 50% kwijt. En waarom? Zij beweren dat wij een BORGSOM hebben betaald. Wij hebben een aanbetaling gedaan conform onze reservering. Er is nergens gesproken over een borgsom. Zij houden zich absoluut niet aan hun eigen annuleringsvoorwaarden. Oplichters Maurice

boek niet bij Travelbird of secret escapes
Geen service als er iets fout gaat. Op zich een mooie reis naar IJsland. Alles redelijk geregeld, hotel (basic, maar oké), mooie excursies, alleen de transfers ‘vergeten’. Maar het weer speelde ons parten... terugvlucht werd tweemaal uitgesteld en we verbleven 5 dagen langer in Reijkjavik. Gelukkig was dat met Transavia te regelen, want Travelbird kwam pas na drie dagen in actie en beloofde toen te zorgen voor betalen van de kosten. Eenmaal thuis en drie mailtjes en 4 vervelende telefoontjes verder (eigenlijk zit de helpdesk er alleen om mensen af te poeieren) wachten we al bijna drie maanden op antwoord en geld. Gelukkig is Transavia beter in haar sevice en is er toch het een en ander geregeld.

Wij zouden met zn 2 en naar Lissabon en Porto gaan. Ik heb dit bij Travelbird geboekt omdat ik goede ervaringen met hun had. Maar nu laten ze me behoorlijk in de steek. Wij zitten thuis. Vertrek naar het buitenland is afgeraden. Geen enkele reactie. ik hoop dat ze t nog goed maken.

Travelbird; wat een teleurstelling
Wij zouden vandaag 20 maart 2020 viaTravelbird vertrekken naar Boedapest met KLM. Hongarije heeft een inreisverbod vanaf 14 maart ingelast voor toeristen. Min. Van Buitenlandse zaken heeft een negatief reisadvies vanaf 16 maart gegeven. Ondanks herhaalde e-mails van onze kant en onbereikbare telefoontjes tot op heden nog geen reactie van Travelbird/secretescapes ontvangen. Echt schandalig. Wij realiseren ons dat het een drukke periode is, maar vanmorgen hadden wij dus eigenlijk moeten vertrekken. Niets gehoord, geen oplossing, echt helemaal niets is aangedragen door Travelbird. Veel gedoe en extra kosten moeten maken…
Veel gedoe en extra kosten moeten maken om vliegtuigboeking correct te krijgen . Na de directe boeking bleken de namen volstrekt verkeerd overgenomen. Volgens Travelbird de 'schuld' van mij of browser oid. Kon echt alleen worden gecorrigeerd als werd bijbetaald (schande!). Verder 'rare' mededeling dat er niet on line behoeft te worden geboekt bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Bleek uiteindelijk wel mogelijk. Slecht begin van een reis die vooraf de nodige tijd en energie heeft gekost en het vertrouwen heeft ondermijnd. Gelukkig bleek rest van de reis goed geregeld (hotel en vouchers voor excursies). Toch niet echt een aanrader door de extra kosten ( ca. 9% van de reissom moest worden bijbetaald/ 120 euro).

Inizialmente diffidavo dai siti online. Ho visto invece una grande varietà di tessuti e biancheria. Ho effettuato un grande ordine dal loro sito. Una volta arrivato tutto, ho notato che degli asciugamani presentavano delle macchie. Ho riferito subito tutto all’assistenza clienti che ha provveduto immediatamente a cambiare i miei asciugamani con altri di mia scelta dal momento che quelli precedenti erano esauriti. Sostituiti in tempi brevissimi. Ottimo sito!

TD Frosty was probably THE WORST ive ever had.. First of all he was missing in jungle for like 10 mins while the whole team was asking from him to join in fights because we werent able to defend without him (he got all the early kills) he never joined after all 2nd i texted to him in game and in eloboost chat also 2 times and he never replied to me with an excuse "i dont have 2 monitors to answer" or " i dont answer when im fighting" (meanwhile he wasnt in fight for 10 mins like i said) 3d i tried to ask him after the game why he acted like that in game and he told me like "i had 12 kills" like a bronze player (not to mention that top and mid dealed more dmg than him even if he got the most of the kills) and i was like why u were missed all the fights last 10 mins? and he told me that i had to focus in game and not to chat with our mid.. like it was my fault we were playing 4vs5 waiting for him to join. and last but not least in the end of the game while they had baron and invade in our base he was doing red :) like a real troll! i mean for real not suprised that he has 4,5 in 6 reviews btw im paying for the matches not to climb but for the experience also to warch a "high elo player" playing and communicate with him and asking for tips.. i cant even believe that hes high elo player with that attitude and that play and i have to say THAT THE TEAM WAS FINE all of them we havent any troll or really bad player to be honest

Bonjour Une honte car j’ai acheté une trottinette Etwow booster que j’ai payé 1200€ pour 45 km d’autonomie et 45km . La trottinette était défectueuse il m’ont pris la trottinette en garantie pour changer le contrôleur . Il m’ont renvoyé la trottinette et la surprise elle était limité à 25 km ‼️‼️ Ils m’ont dit que c’était la loi et que les trottinettes était limité à 25 km /heures, mais j’ai payé le prix fort pour avoir un trottinette qui était vendu pour 45 km /heure. J’utilise cette trottinette sur voie privé alors pourquoi m’avez vous modifier mon modèle Je recommande vraiment pas la société E-twow Je devais racheter le nouveau modèle, et je ne le ferai pas Un conseil passez votre chemin ‼️‼️

Entreprise fermée qui était en liquidation judiciaire il y a qqs mois. Il n'y a plus rien à attendre coté SAV pour ces trott achetées par loin de 1000€. J'avais ma batterie qui commence à montrer des signes de fatigue c'est foutu pour me la faire changer alors que achetée y a un an... Attention aussi y a des soucis avec la roue avant qui se bloque chez plusieurs utilisateurs qui peut etre tres dangereux.

Achat d'une Etwow GT en 2022 (couleur orange). Après 2300 kilomètres le contrôleur est grillé d'après le magasin qui me l'a vendu (wattmob à Lyon). Cette panne est assez dangereuse car la roue s'est bloquée. Retour au magasin car sous garantie et ... stupeur ! Elle n'est plus réparable car Etwow France est tout simplement en liquidation judiciaire (société Ecologic de son vrai nom).

Malheureusement E TWOW est en liquidation judiciaire depuis le 1er Janvier 2023, c’est à dire que cette entreprise n’existe plus. Ils avaient tenté un redressement en Juillet qui n’a pas abouti. Pour moi c’est une énorme déception et je me demande comment je vais faire pour l’achat de ma prochaine trottinette. J’ai une trottinette E Twow depuis 2020 et environ 2500 km au compteur. Elle marche tjs, n’a jamais crevé, les freins sont impeccables mais … elle s’use. L’écran ne s’allume presque plus et elle a pris quelques petits chocs par ci par là. Je pensais racheter une E twow mais visiblement cela ne sera pas possible. C’était une superbe marque française ! Avec des trottinettes de qualité ! Ce qui m’avait convaincue c’était le faible poids combiné aux performances ! Et oui je suis une femme de 45 kilos et il me parait essentiel de pouvoir porter ma trottinette sans difficulté ! Ce qui est le cas avec E Twow… comment je vais faire maintenant…

Problèmes de qualité et SAV absent
Bonsoir, J’ai acheté une trottinette E-TWOW GTS Premium en octobre 2022. Depuis je n’ai que des problèmes : un freinage kers qui ne fonctionne pas, une autonomie de 10-15km au lieu des 35km. Le pourcentage de la batterie passe subitement de 80% à 50%. Enfin, depuis quelques jours l’afficheur s’éteint subitement. SAV absent. Pas de réponse par e-mail ni par téléphone, et ce depuis des mois. C’est un scandale pour un produit à plus de 1000€. Plus jamais je ne recommanderai une trottinette de cette marque (alors même qu’elle avait historiquement une bonne réputation sur la qualité).

Faucet Stop is a scam
We ordered two different orders over a week ago. I received email confirmations for both orders. Because the items hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t received tracking numbers, I tried to call customer service to check on the status. The customer service voicemail says they’ll re-open on Monday (it is now Wednesday), and does not allow a message to be left. So I contacted their customer service via e-mail. I received an email back saying both orders had been cancelled. I tried to call and email customer service to find out what was going on; voice calls still go to the “we are closed until Monday” message, and no response to emails. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them. I’m now concerned that they have my credit card information. My next call is going to be to my bank to have my credit card cancelled. What a hassle. Next time I’ll pay the extra and order from Ferguson.

I gave one star only because there is no "0". I ordered a faucet on Thursday, Sept. 21. Where I ordered it said the faucet was in inventory. Didn't hear anything from them so on Saturday I sent an email inquiry and got the following email response: Note the dates. "Thank you for your email. In observance of Passover we will be closed from 4:00pm EDT on Monday, April 10th, 2017 and we will return Thursday April 13th, 2017 at 9:00AM EDT." I sent another email on Monday, Sept. 25 and got the same response. I then called them and spoke to a lady who said they had been closed Thursday and Friday for a Jewish holiday and had just returned to work. She said she would check on my order and call me back in the afternoon. Never did call. Monday evening, Sept. 24, I received the following email from them time stamped at 5:17 PM: Order Reference Number: #FS47149 Dear Orrin, We are confirming that your order with Faucet Stop was cancelled. It was a pleasure to serve you. If you have any questions or if you would like to proceed with your order, please call us toll-free at 1-877-628-3025 ext (). Thank You. Faucet Stop Customer Care I received the exact same email from them two more times that were time stamped at 5:28 and 5:33 PM. I called their number again this morning and got a recording saying they were closed and to check their web site for hours of operation. Why wouldn't the recording just state what their hours are instead of forcing their customers to log on to their computer and go to their web site to check the hours? Really, really stupid. To net it out, I have done business with many online businesses and Faucet Stop is by far the most messed up business I have ever delt with.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered some toilet seat caps back on February 6 and have yet to receive them. It's been almost 6 months. Every time I call I get the run around. I have been extremely patient and have not seen my products or the refund I requested a week ago. I filed a dispute on PayPal and called my bank to file a claim. These people are crooks. Do not shop here!!!

Questionable Business Practices
I ordered an item and was told originally that the lead time was 4 to 6 weeks. When I responded with a cancellation request their narrative changed: one item was found and ready to ship immediately. I discovered a hairline crack in the basin of the purchase but since I failed to notify of them of the damage within 72 hours I was refused a refund. The customer service team basically stuck to their caveat emptor line: You should have read the policy prior to purchasing. I strongly suspect they knowingly sent me a damaged product.

Do NOT recommend using Faucet Stop!
I have had nothing but issue after issue trying to receive the faucet I ordered. I paid for 3 day shipping. A week later I still had not received it. I called Faucet Stop and they told me it would be overnighted. Two days later and I still had not received it. I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this company unless you want to deal with problem after problem. It is not a trustworthy and reliable company.

Faucet Stop: Where customer service went to die
It's been almost a month since I ordered a part from Faucet Stop, with that great "three day" delivery. I ask Faucet Stop where my part is, and they tell me they will email me a tracking number. Not only do I not have the part, I also haven't received the tracking number in over a week of being told I would. Then I'm told since Monday is a holiday, so they will get back to me on Wednesday. Rosh Hashanah is now a two-day holiday? Maybe it's like their shipping promise: three days really means three months, so a holiday is really multiple holidays. Or maybe Faucet Stop doesn't understand the concept of time, or customer service, or the power of social media to shed light on one of the worst online firms I've come across in 20 years. Do yourself a favor, shop for your plumbing repair needs anywhere else.

Horrible return experience
Ordering online was easy enough, though it took a month to get to my house after I first ordered the product. Once I discovered how long it would take to get to my house, I called to return the order *before it shipped*. It ended up shipping anyway. I've called 3 times now to figure out how to return it, and 2 months later, I finally got an email with instructions on how to return it. Now, I have to pay the shipping fee to ship it back, PLUS a restocking fee. I wish I NEVER purchased anything from them.

I needed to replace a kitchen faucet that had been discontinued!
I called FaucetStop to see if they could locate a specific faucet! Within about 6 minutes they located the exact faucet in Canada! I ok'd the purchase of the faucet! The faucet arrived exactly within their predicted time frame! I was totally satisfied with the delivered product! I was totally satisfied with the sales department & customer service department! Useless, Rude & Clueless
Shocking customer service. Sent out the wrong part and refused to do anything about it, then wanted us to pay for the postage to send it back to correct their error. The part they sent looked nothing like the image, and they tried to fob it off that it was due to the supplier. Phone lines never work, people who run the customer service emails are beyond rude and unhelpful. Paid for next day delivery and they shipped it on the day it was meant to arrive. Would avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I paid extra for next day delivery on, however it arrived late. Not only this, the item they sent was completely wrong and not what I ordered. When emailing the customer service I was utterly disappointing as they couldn't care less nor offered any support. The team tried to convince me the items I ordered were correct however the photo on the website and what was delivered are completely different. Extremely Poor communication
Ordered a part on July 7th, was notified on the day that was not held in stock and it would be made to order as a 'special order' (not a problem, understand not all parts are held in stock). Over 2 months later, only 2 e-mails: 1 which was the original receipt that I had made a purchase and money had been taken from me, and the 2nd was to state that they would advise us of tracking when the warehouse had received the part (so no clarification on a timeline or whether anything had actually happened, at which point just over 1 month had passed). No confirmation of the part being sent to us (if it ever was made), no confirmation or details provided that the part had actually been ordered by BoilerParts to be made, no response to 3 other e-mails, 1 made at this time and 1 which ignored a request for a refund if the order could not be fulfilled last week - I appreciate that things can fall through the cracks, however the lack of urgency to communicate, the little (and very unhelpful) communication and the choice to ignore complaints and requests for over 2 months has lead to an extremely poor experience.

Shameful! AVOID
After looking on trust pilot for a trusted and reliable boiler parts supplier and seeing the reviews I was confident in ordering from these guys however, I ordered parts from them which all got delivered fine. One of the parts however came broken, so I contacted them via email and they responded and asked me to send them a picture so they can send it to the warehouse and arrange a replacement. After sending the photo and then asking for an update, it's now been 2 working days and they have not got back to me at all! No update on the part of they sent a replacement, they didn't even offer me a refund, literally heard absolutely nothing back despite sending more than one email. I have been left without heating and hot water for several days now and despite informing them of this they didn't even bother to reply!! I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs especially if you want prompt support and service. You will not get it with boiler parts! AVOID

Great communication
Very good communication from Samuel Cooper the whole way through the process. At times the process was moving slowly or not much at all but still received timely updates which was very much appreciated and something I have found rare. In Brabant is er bijna niks te vinden waar de kaart gebruikt kan worden. Eindelijk iets gevonden, maar nu blijkt dat de kaart al verlopen is. Vertrouw de positieve reviews niet. Het is de meest slechte cadeaukaart die ik ooit heb mogen ontvangen. Reactie van organisatie teleurstellend. Ja, ze hebben me een aanbod gedaan voor een korting op een hotelkaart van €20,00. Van de ene waardeloze optie naar de volgende.

Teleurstelling
Ik kreeg een 'nationale kunst en cultuurkaart' voor m'n verjaardag. Twee jaar geldig (de podiumcadeaukaart is drie jaar geldig) dus zo spoedig mogelijk een voorstelling zoeken. Ik vond er een, en toog opgewekt naar onze streekschouwburg, 6 km van huis. Wat een teleurstelling: deze kaart bleek daar niet te besteden. Het dichtstbijzijnde theater waar de kaart te besteden is, is hier 50 km vandaan. Er blijkt maar een zeer beperkt aantal schouwburgen aangesloten....dus hoezo 'nationale kunst en cultuurkaart'? En hoezo 'een rijke ervaring', zoals zo mooi op de omslag staat ? Voor mij werd de 'rijke ervaring' een teleurstelling, Josien Krosenbrink N.a.v. de reactie hieronder: Er zijn vooral veel theaters níet aangesloten. Ik woon in Winterswijk en heb natuurlijk na de teleurstelling in mijn woonplaats gekeken welke theaters/schouwburgen in de regio de kaart wel accepteren. Resultaat: Doetinchem niet, Arnhem niet, Nijmegen niet, Enschede niet. Het enige theater enigzins in buurt is Zutphen (50 km) of Hengelo Overijssel (55 km). Dank voor de goede wensen Rebecca. Of de bedoelingen achter de kaart zo goed zijn waag ik te betwijfelen. Mijn inziens is het vooral een verdienmodel, voor de uitgevers ervan. Ik ontvang en geef in het vervolg liever een ouderwetse envelop met inhoud evt. aangevuld met een theatertip.

Geen vrije bestedingskeuze voor theaterkaartjes
Ik had een cadeaubon gevraagd voor theaterbezoek. De gever heeft gekozen voor de Kunst & Cultuurkaart. Helaas, de bestedingskeuze is zeer beperkt in zowel voorstellingen, tickets als theaters. De kans is daarom erg groot dat je de kaart moet besteden bij Eventim. Na lang zoeken zag ik dat ik de kaart kon besteden bij de musical Elisabeth. Op de site van het theater waar de musical speelt was er een ruime keuze aan rij en stoelnummers. Met de Kunst en Cultuurkaart kon ik nog kiezen uit 6 stoelnummers op de site van Eventim en moest een tickettoeslag per kaartje betalen. Normaal wordt ik er blij van als ik theaterkaartjes koop. Nu ben ik alleen maar gefrustreerd want ook de klantenservice, die ik uiteraard gebeld heb om toch de kaart naar verwachting te kunnen besteden, kwam alleen maar met onmogelijke oplossingen. Zo zei de medewerker "Koop één kaartje met je cadeaubon en de anderen bij de kassa", gezellig als je bij elkaar wilt zitten, "ga een andere dag dan kun je de kaart wel besteden bij de kassa", we kunnen niet op een andere dag!! Uiteindelijk vond ik een site waar ik de Kunst en Cultuurkaart kon omruilen en heb de kaartjes met die kaart gekocht bij het theater. Maar dit kan toch niet de bedoeling zijn als je een Cadeaukaart krijgt. Als ik weer een Theatercadeaubon vraag zeg ik erbij Geen Kunst en Cultuurkaart!

A great company, good advice and people with integrity
Excellent advice regarding choice and configuration of computer. Went for a Mac mini bundle which was very competitively priced and is brilliant. Stephen has the right mix of friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. Above all he acts with integrity which is rare these days. I think the real measure of a company/person is how they respond to an issue. My brand new Mini was faulty. I was just unlucky to get the 1 in thousands that got through quality check with a problem. Stephen took ownership and resolved the problem speedily and without any quibbles whatsoever. So refreshing compared to the mindless helplines of today. I can't thank him enough and it's been a real pleasure dealing with Steady Comps.

Apple Computer Upgrade With Steady Comp Ltd
I had an old iMac which was no longer able to handle the apps that I use regularly and so was looking at upgrading. I sought advice from Apple and entered the usual story of long holds on the phone, being passed from one person to another and getting little real advice. In the course of my research I stumbled across Steady Comps offering Apple products including in carefully thought out systems they also offered advice and support. I checked out Trustpilot saw very positive reviews and decided to try calling; it was a fantastic decision. Stephen picked up the call immediately, listened to my description of the issues I was experiencing and what I wanted to achieve and then gave well considered and effective advice. This is a chap who really knows his IT and can put it in language that's highly technical or for a luddite like me simple and readily understandable. Having had a think about the advice given and the costs of the offered solution against Apple UK I decided to purchase my system from Steady Comps. Notwithstanding that Steady Comps Ltd is Ireland/EU based, the system arrived in the timescales agreed; there were no delivery issues whatsoever. From the off Stephen was on hand to support the set up including setting up the Virtual Machine and MS Office bundle included in the package. Now I had a few issues during this phase as I can use computers but don't really understand them. No worries, Stephen was available to walk me through each step and via 'share' ensured that the whole system is set up absolutely correctly; including tidying stuff up from my backed-up old system. Absolutely top support from Stephen and his company Steady Comp that I know from experience, would never have got from Apple Support nor an Apple Store. This is a genuine company run by a genuine chap.

I am a complete novice with Apple and it's operating systems but Steady Comps gave every assistance in helping me set up the IMac up correctly. The Bridge that contains the extra memory is a very smart looking piece of kit and looks completely complimentary to the iMac and obviously was a great deal cheaper than extra memory from Apple.

Very happy with my new computer and with the additional external hub making connectivity easier. Great after sales service too. On Stephen's recommendation I also bought a Luna Display device so I can connect my new iMac to my old one so I can use it as a second screen. I highly recommend Stephen and Steady Computers, I'll buy from them again when the time comes.

M1 studio Max with 4TB hub
This was the perfect configuration of hub & Mac Studio M1 for me, with a key need to have plenty of storage for old files without paying the extortionate rates that apple now expect. The 4TB ssd hub is searchable extremely quickly which was another key point having had external hard drives where advanced searching tended not to be speedy if it worked at all. The pre & after sales service was great - I was reticent not to have the storage on the main hard drive initially - and then needed some help with a hub-ssd setting for dropbox which I have always used, and is working well. So the M1 studio mac is a nice product of course, I am delighted I purchased through Steady comps meaning I got this excellent hub and great advice. Let's hope this Studio Mac will mean I don't need a new mac for ages, but when I do I'll definitely be coming back.

Super responsive service
Generally I dislike dealing with sole traders for the simple reason that the service you will get is unpredictable. It can be great if the trader is a good sort but might equally be off the scale bad if the trader is a fly by night rogue. Fortunately, Stephen Forbes is one of the good ones. He rarely took more than a few minutes to answer emails and was more than willing to put himself out to accommodate my schedule. Kept me up to date with the progress of the order and installed the system remotely in a very professional manner. Superb service from beginning to end. Recommended without reservation.

Our five stars go to the laminate guys and our carpet fitters. My God! These guys are heros in their jobs! I've just had our kitchen fitted with laminate (wrong one given to the men at the depot,but I accepted it) and after a lot of stressful phone calls to the salesman,and eventually to the owner,we were given a discount for our grief.. they done an amazing job ☺️ The carpet men ( bloody hell, they have more than two Weetabix for breakfast!) All we can say is, these guys,all of them, are professional, polite, hardworking and honest. Tonight,our home feels like new. And it's all down to the workmen. They left our house clean and tidy,they cleaned up as they went along and worked at an incredible pace. 👍🏼

First thought I was a good idea that I could pay weekly, but I've had a disgraceful experience, the lads rushed there work, was talking about women in a diogitry manner, foul language. I had to have 2 refits cos off poor standard, rips, creases, etc and let a bit of flooring to cut. I'm still waiting for a refit. For the 3rd time. Can't even get my washing in the gap or get to my sink cupboards,due to deep scraps on the flooring and washing machine being in thr way cant do no washing. My app was last week been waiting over a month. They just palmed me off and said the guy had left and they cancelled my app with out telling g only cos I phoned them I found out. when I said I had a recording off the guys foul language etc. They said manager would call me and they never did. The guys that come out didn't prep the floor, not cut flooring correctly to the line. Had a crease, rips and gaps, cuts in flooring. Just threw flooring round like a rag doll. The lads were even swearing, talking disgusting about women and sexual remarks. Have lumps and bumps under flooring. Buckled too. Terrible service. Paid way over the odds and had to wait for a refit a month and half. Disgraceful. Very poor quality of work and diogitry towards women. Being quite rude and chavvy. Disgraceful service. They scratched and dented fridge freezer. Won't be using them again. Buy your own lino and get a professional fitter to fit it

Absolut skrald af bestiller dagen før de tjekker ikke deres mail inden de får hentet pakker og så skriver de 15 min efter pakken er hentet "ej det for sent" nu så den kom retur og nu har de også taget 50 kr fra mig i at få den afviste pakke retur fra postnord. Så bravo i har spildt forsendelse og opkrævet retur som allerede var leveret af postnord. det sidste gang jeg handler her.

Super BOM! Højtaler til halv pris, tak for det. Nu kan jeg blæse min bagrunde ud på bilen, med hardcore techno. Kan ikke arbejde med de små familie højtalere i vognen. We've been with TuGo for the past 4 years (annual policy) after our broker recommended them, and it's been a great experience. Their prices are fair, and when we needed to file a claim, it was hassle-free. Even with some receipts in Spanish, they processed everything and provided a full payout. All good- with a free bonus
We have used Tugo for the past 4 years (annual policy) because they were recommended by our broker and their prices were good. The test comes with a claim and they were great. Some of our receipts were hand written in Spanish but we got a full payout. And, the bonus is the MyFlyt flight delay insurance that comes free with your policy. Just benefited again tonight. When our flight was 2 hours late leaving we got a text and email asking if we wanted a lounge pass or cash. Took the cash and chose transfer and the money was in our bank account in minutes. Slick. Third time we have had a benefit under this insurance.

They Take Care of it ALL!
TuGo took care of all the details in covering the cost of my medical dilemma. I didn't give 5 stars because of the months it took, which caused me concern about whether the costs would be covered or how much I would need to pay. It simply came down to the deductible in the end, which was great. I would recommend them.

Complications, but problems solved
I’ve had a pretty bad experience with this company in terms of billing - the billing proceeded past the end of the agreement and I got charged for a service I didn’t receive. However, they went to great lengths to sort out this problem and help me process the cancellation and refund correctly. Moreover, their services have been good. Therefore, despite the difficulties I’ve had with them, I would recommend using them.

Great service in Difficult Situation
I had trouble locating a Fed Ex that was received in a local office. The customer service team (Lau Garza) was able to track down and find this package quickly and responsibly, after the local office said it wasn't there. The Fayetteville, NC Alliance virtual office is unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not take your business there. They have one lady that runs the show, if she is off (forget your mail) and they only notify you when they remember. This has been a horrible experience as they will not cancel your subscription if you are unsatisfied with services. Needless to say, I will be cancelling after my subscription and taking business elsewhere.

Poor service and harm
Our non-profit corporation punctually paid a year's rent until January 31st. 2025, I had arranged with the company Alliance Virtual to pick up the mail on January 31st, the day that I had paid up to. They told me that I could go until 5pm that day and I arrived at approximately 1pm, however the receptionist informed me that the mail that had arrived during the last month had been returned to the postal opffice. Then a man came out (I believe he is the office manager) and the only thing he did was to reaffirm what had been done, that is, that the mail that had arrived for our non-profit corporation and for which we had paid up to that day to Alliance Virtual, had been returned to the postal office, not caring about the damage that this could cause. The manager mentioned that this was the company policy and maintained his illogical position even though he knew that we had paid until the end of the day, however, they suspended the services that we had paid for without notifying us despite having paid for them in advance on December 31 and despite the fact that I had agreed with the office to go pick up the mail that day. Not only did they suspend the paid services but they did not care about harming us and the worst thing is that they have staff serving us who did not even apologize or offer to correct the error. I hope that the executives correct this staff member.

Bad business experience multiple times over.
I started alliance virtual office and within days knew it wasn’t what I needed. Even though it was just a day or 2 they refused to stop my virtual office agreement and made me pay for 6 months. They said this was their policy. So I said cancel at end of agreement. I got an email yesterday notifying I would be charged for the 7th month. I told them I tried to cancel at the beginning and had to wait till the end of the agreement so I cancelled then. The person on the phone Jesus Salas said they never put in the cancellation so I have to give 30 days notice so I am now paying 7 months when I attempted to cancel immidiately. He told me it was policy which I heard before. I told him that I will leave a review of my experience and he said go ahead. They just want to capture your money as long as they can. Buyer Beware.

If I could give zero stars I would Awful awful people Totally non responsive and unprofessional They agreed on a flat price then as soon as I signed up with them started threatening me that they won’t do viewings until I reduce the price! Their phones didn’t work for weeks then they took my Property offline on key websites When I queried no one came back to me for weeks!!! DO NOT hand over your property to these people!
