We bought an expensive heat pump pool heater a year or so ago now we have no issues with it but I emailed them about some settings and 3 emails later I have had no response at all, I guess they have our money and no now longer what to help, I was thinking of getting a smaller one for our hot tub but I will purchase one from a company with with at least some customer service

I tried to place an order for a product which was £150 cheaper than its nearest rival of the exact same product. I could not get the online booking form to go beyond adding my name and address. I emailed the company and received an "address not found". I called the number and received a message saying that phone opening hours are only available from 9.30 to 10.30. I've no idea how a company can successfully operate on one hour a day! So overall I'm totally underwhelmed by Splash and Relax. If price is too good to be true there's usually something dodgy going on. As a result I will be placing my order elsewhere. Having read some of the other rather negative reviews on here I think I've had a lucky escape!

What a joak of a company, avoid at all cost. Bought a pool with 3/5 day delivery, 2 weeks later after contacting them via email was told stock is unavailable and a refund has been issued, over 2 later still no refund. All emails are being ignored and apparently reduced phone hrs 9am till 1030am where you can't speak to anyone and phone just cuts off!!!

Great service! Will 100% be using again. After being let down by 2 companies for the pool that I wanted - splash and relax were so helpful when I was in a panic to get the pool before hot weather as had left plenty of time and ordered weeks ago from other companies who let me down. I ordered the pool and then read reviews to much dread that a 3rd time things were going to go wrong with yet another company!!! This was not the case they over delivered on their service - I received the pool within 2 days and it’s exactly what it should be. All correspondence with them was professional and polite. Can’t fault them.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a pool and received confirmation that it was being delivered on the 12th July 2022. It did not arrive and it appears that the courier DX have not received my product. Splash and relax have said they have proof that DX have received it and are investigating it further. This could take another 5 days which is unacceptable to me as we wanted the pool for the nice weather not for the winter! I understand that there can be problems with a courier but on reading other reviews this seems to be a trend!! I cancelled my order and there was no apology, no offer of sending another pool using a different courier, just an “ok” it will take approximately 5 days to issue the refund!! Shocking customer service! They were more focused on blaming the courier company rather than sorting the issue out for me as the customer! Splash and Relax you should always remove the customer from any issue you have with a courier and resolve the issue for them, not expect the customer to wait for their product whilst you and the courier investigate! All you had to do was send another pool and sort out any issues with the courier in the background!!

My employer uses this company for payroll. I was suppose to be paid two and a half weeks ago and still nothing. She has called them to find out what is going on because this is the second time in a row they haven't processed payroll on time, not counting the several times they messed up payroll all together. Customer Service won't give any answers they keep saying they'll pass it along to someone. Today she called again just for them to answer the phone and not say anything to run out the clock until the end of business hours. Even my W2 was sent late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not trustworthy.

Stay away. This business is an absolute scam. I signed up for an annual subscription back in August of last year, I have been able to get on one 30 minute phone call with my advisor since that date. Every meeting has been a no show and now my "team" is completely unresponsive. Of course I attempt to email the support center and we are on day 12 with no response. I finally got the billing department on the phone to cancel and get a refund just to be informed there is nothing that can be done since we are out of the 30 day window, mind you just to schedule the second meeting with my advisor , which he did not show up to, took over 70 days. Its an absolute scam and a loss of 3k. Stay as far away as possible.

The Bookkeeper has been very helpful since the start of service. I was needing some additional assistance, so I scheduled an appointment. The appointment was quick and very insightful. The agent was patient and kind as she walked me through what I needed to do on my end.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They claim that if you open a case you hear back withing 10-15 days, which is already abysmal. It has been over a month and I have not heard back. The case was due to the fact that they did not complete payroll for the last SIX MONTHS of 2024, even though I paid for the service. When I cancelled the payroll service, they blocked so I cannot contact my former payroll "specialist." I have contacted everyone else possible on there and continued to hear "we added a note to your case." I need my W2 and to complete my taxes for this year, yet I cannot move forward because there is radio silence from their payroll team. They refuse to provide a phone number for their payroll people or any way to contact them and are saying "we just have to wait for them to respond." Again, it's been a month, with numerous contact attempts. A joke of a service. Will be suing.

Bought a large bed and tray so was not cheap. Had a cat with an upset stomach so needed it asap. Never received the first delivery. Second delivery finally arrived after waiting a week (don’t deliver weekends). Had to throw the lot away after 2 weeks as the grass had flies living in it and gave me an infestation. Only wish I threw it away earlier. Emailed and text them twice to tell them. No response. The grass is actually very good quality however the experience and customer service was a disgrace. And the price is unjustified. In response to their reply. Flies were present immediately. It took me a week to realise the source of the problem. It took me 2weeks to cut my losses and throw it all in the bin. I emailed them twice and texted. No response. I have also bought cat grass from other place since with no sign or threat of flies etc. At a fraction of the price, quicker delivery and without any attitude.

For me it seems its a money making scam as it must be renewed annually ?? You submit same documents etc every year and pay thousands for it. For small businesses it's an expensive option for repeats. The documents are just common sense and have been used long before ISO was created so I don't understand the need. In reply to my comment. I trade in Aviation with ME and have emails and certificate to prove my comment.

The experience can be considered great because the information is available, well explained and is easily purchased. The whole system is user friendly. I have been using the service for many years and I have always found it to be a good source of up-to-date information.

It's great, has a lot of helpful tools. It's a little more complex than what I am am ready to understand so some of it is confusing - I wish there was a little more in the guidance section of the toolkit. I'm new at this role so learning at the same time. But I have not finished going through all of it yet! The more I delve into it the more I like it! Money well spent I think!

Excellent trip from start to finish to the Breeders Cup with Racing Breaks. The morning trackwork session with breakfast was a great way to whet the appetite prior to the top class racing, where Frankie Dettori took time to join our table and introduce himself to everyone. Celebrity preview drinks night with Matt Chapman, Rishi Persad and Frankie was well organized and in a good location. Transport to and from the track and transfers to and from the airport were all on time. We chose the Turf Club Restaurant, the food was very good, the seating / location provided great views of the track and finishing line with easy access to all accessible areas of the racecourse. Thanks to Aaron, Tom, Dave and Basher. Have already booked for next year.

Having just returned from the Breeders Cup, I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of going on the 2025 trip with Racing Breaks. The whole experience was seamless, air travel and transfers from the airport and to the racing at Del Mar on both days were organised for us, we had lunch on both days at the Turf Club which offered superb views and food. We were all given the opportunity to meet Frankie Dettori on the night before racing who gave us his views and tips on American racing, which proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable evening. A special mention for Tom, Aaron, Dave and Bash, for looking after our every needs, thank you, we will definitely be returning next year!

Just got back from the racing breaks trip to the breeders Cup and as usual, Dave looked after everything fantastically...nothing was too much trouble (especially with me being online thick) met Frankie, Donacha,Ralph and many other racing heroes of mine...all in all, a top class, well run excursion..thank you Dave, Aaron, Tom & Basher....Marvellous!!!

Went to Pardubicka oct 2024. Had a great trip. Dave the rep was extremely helpful with questions pre- trip and during, and couldnt do enough for us. Hotel was amazing too. We had a fabulous time, everything was very smooth from start to finish. It was very well organised we had nothing to worry about, the racing breaks people were fantastic, especially Dave who stayed with us at all times and even organised a restaurant for our last night as the hotel restaurant was closed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

My wife and I went to the Arc last weekend with some friends of ours. The trip was brilliant from start to finish thanks to Racingbreaks. Everything was sent to us in advance and very clearly explained. We arrived in Paris via Eurostar and as we stepped off someone was there to take us to a hotel with our name on a card. Our hotel was in a great location. Every bit of the weekend was brilliantly organised, even when we staggered out of the racing in the dark slightly worse for wear, and late, there was a Racingbreaks person at the gate who got us a car straight away. Will be booking for next year. So much better than the faff of organizing it all yourself.

First time I've used Racing Breaks, absolutely tremendous. Easy to book, Tom was brilliant throughout the whole process from initial deposit, to checking tickets for Eurostar and Longchamps had all arrived, great customer service is always a bonus. The hotel was fabulous and a great location for the Metro, as I went to Saturday racing as well. The coach on the Sunday for the Arc day was a god send, as the weather wasn't being kind. Already booked Cheltenham for 2025 and will be booking Paris again. Thoroughly recommend Racing Breaks for the complete one stop shop.

I ordered a LED mask from their website but hadn’t received any confirmation email. Considering it was a $700 order I was a bit worried and sent multiple emails to their customer service but without any answers. Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review to hear back from them. They were very helpful from then, and my parcel got delivered to NZ within 7 days. Overall good service, too bad their customer service ignores all emails unless you leave a bad review.

Had a very bad experience with this service, their customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when I did it takes about 3 days for every email to be replied to. I have been waiting for over 7 days for a parcel I paid extra delivery for. When I contacted yodel they were relatively helpful and said they needed more information from the seller and had been trying to get it but it clearly has still not been actioned. It’s incredibly frustrating as their products are not cheap either. Do not recommend. Hopefully my issue is sorted otherwise I will be asking for a full refund.

Goede duidelijke site. Bestelling wordt snel geleverd en het matras ligt net zoals wordt beloofd, TOP! Matras is eenvoudig naar wens in te stellen. Na heel veel matrassen te hebben uitgeprobeerd en te hebben geretourneerd, is eindelijk het juiste matras gevonden.

Het kussen is geweldig en de matrasbeschermer is ook goed. Gemakkelijk om het bed te trekken en af te halen.

Dit matras zag er top uit en het bestelproces en de levering waren goed. Het is een kwalitatief matras, maar het was niet voor mij geschikt dus heb ik deze retour gedaan. Het contact hierover was al moeizaam met de klantenservice via WhatsApp, maar dit is uiteindelijk wel gelukt. Volgens de voorwaarden wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 30 dagen teruggestort en ontvangen ze normaal gesproken de retourmatrassen van PostNL binnen 14 dagen. Ondertussen zijn we anderhalve maand verder en ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Twee weken geleden heb ik gemaild, er werd me toen verteld dat ze het matras nog niet van PostNL hebben ontvangen. Daar hadden ze zelf twee weken eerder al zelf achteraan kunnen gaan. Maandag gebeld, het zou worden uitgezocht en er zou contact met me worden opgenomen. Niet gebeurd. Gisteren en vandaag geprobeerd te bellen. Er wordt niet opgenomen. Dat PostNL de afspraken met Morningstar Sleeps niet overeenkomt is vervelend, maar is simpel gezegd niet mijn probleem. Ik heb het matras netjes verpakt en retour gestuurd, dus dan verwacht ik ook een terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag. Edit: na nog een aantal belpogingen eindelijk goed contact weten te leggen en de terugbetaling is nu geregeld. Ik heb nog een persoonlijke verontschuldiging ontvangen en dat wordt zeker gewaardeerd!

Fantastisch kussen! Enorm verschil met andere kussens die ik heb geprobeerd. Hij blijft de gehele nacht stevig en in vorm. Hierdoor ben ik veel beter uitgerust in de ochtend. Ook had ik jaren last van slapende armen en een stijf gevoel bij het wakker worden. Dit is voorbij, een echte aanrader dus!

Heerlijk matras, makkelijk besteld en netjes en op tijd bezorgd!

Na ongeveer 20 verschillende kussens te hebben geprobeerd, te hard/te zacht/te plat/te hoog en altijd wakker worden met pijnlijke schouders en hoofdpijn heb ik besloten om nog één keer te investeren in een ander kussen. Had ik dit maar eerder gedaan! Ik slaap nu ca 2 weken op een kussen van Morningstar Sleeps en kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik echt veel beter slaap. Het kussen wordt geleverd met aardig wat vulling, maar eigenlijk slaapt dat helemaal goed, dus voor mij was wat vulling eruit halen niet nodig. Eindelijk geen hoofdpijn en nekklachten meer en ik word uitgerust wakker. Voor mij niks anders meer!

Voor het eerst een matras gevonden die echt lekker ligt en relatief ook betaalbaar is. Ik lig op de stevige kant, maar door de wat zachtere bovenlaag ligt dat toch heel comfortabel. En omdat ik zonder kussen slaap gebruik ik wel de zachtere schouderkant zodat mijn hoofd en schouders daar iets in wegzakken. Superblij dus met deze matras.

I ordered white membrane for my garden and was sent black. I was told white would be despatched but more black arrived. I rang and was told to return all 8 rolls of black and the same day I would receive white membrane. No white membrane! I have wasted £32.99, a lot of time and energy to be told they don’t stock white and I can keep the rolls that I have! I don’t have any!!!! I returned them!!! This company are a joke!!! I shall be contacting head office and Amazon as they have just wasted my precious time, energy and money. Now they are saying I could have a refund and keep the product for free!!! I was never given this option so they are lying! I am contacting Amazon and head office!

Great company with great products, would recommend service was incredible

First, the positives: - very quick shipping - excellent customer service - replaced broken items without hesitation - would definitely use again. However, the overall experience was marred by the fact that the items I bought (marble placemat sets) arrived damaged with chipped edges. Mathilde at Rinkit was very helpful and sent replacements out the same day, but some of those replacements also arrived damaged. Mathilde once again sent out some more replacements...that also arrived damaged. At this point I was offered a partial refund, which is acceptable but does leave me disappointingly short of the full set I originally ordered. So, overall, it's clear that Rinkit do care about providing good service, especially if things go wrong. But some improved quality control on shipped goods might be in order, where possible.

Highly recommend ordering direct from this company. Great items and outstanding customer service! I ordered 4 garden chairs that were delivered by DPD following day. They were flat packed, we checked contents same day, all seemed ok. When we made chairs up a few days later, one had moulding issue, meaning it was wonky (couldn't be adjusted). I emailed Rinkit that evening, and early next morning had a response apologising. Once provided photo, I received immediate reply advising a replacement had been sent out by DPD and would be with me within 2-3 days. It arrived even quicker. No need to take apart faulty chair and go through a lengthy return process/wait for collection return. The customer service was outstanding, the chairs are excellent and I would highly recommend. Would order direct from Rinkit in future! Impressive all round experience, from service to updates to price and quality of goods.

We ordered a garden setting through secondary seller and when arrived the table was slightly damaged so with no response from secondary seller I emailed Rinkit as the seller and received an immediate response with a replacement table being sent out immediately with apology. Super fijne webwinkel! Ik heb hier eerder een proefpakket voor verzendzakken aangeschaft, na het passen kon ik dus doelgericht de verzendzakken aangkopen welke ik nodig zou gaan hebben. Onlangs wilde ik cadeauzakjes, maar welke heb je nodig en als je de grootste neemt past het dan wel. Na een paar samples aangevraagd te hebben welke helaas te kleine waren, heb ik tijdens het bestellen van nieuwe verzendzakken nog 1 sample aangevraagd. Deze zijn (al hadden ze een paar mm groter gemogen) wel geschikt waarvoor ik ze wil gaan gebruiken. Na het weekend heb ik deze dan ook besteld! Køb ikke Bordplade hos NEROSTEIN!! NEROSTEIN arbejder sammen med El Giganten, dem skal man ikke handle med. De kom i en hel time og målte op. Da den blev leveret var den for lang, rev de listen ved dørkarmen af. Da de kom næste gang, passede hullet til vasken ikke, så de har savet så meget af køkken element neden under vasken, så den hænger ikke i meget. Så snart der var problemer blev montøren ubehagelig og uvenlig. Jeg kan jo ikke gøre for, at Ingen af de 2 firmaer er bistand til at måle op. NEROSTEIN er et lettisk firma og de vil jo at de måler op, bringer og monterer, så de tager ikke ansvar

Har netop modtaget og fået lagt en smuk bordplade fra Nerostein gennem Elgiganten. De er totalt professionelle og slipper ik før alt er perfekt. Vores køkken har umulige vinkler, men med en perfekt opmåling og dygtige håndværkere faldt alt i hak, som var den skåret på stedet. Håndværkerne er dygtige, yderst grundige og man føler sig tryg, de ved hvad de laver. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra. God pris.

Hej, Vi fick monterat bänkskiva, backsplash och köksö den 29/6 lördag med ett resultat som va under all kritik. Inte bara att varorna hade fått skador i frakten till oss, utan era montörer eller vad man nu vill kalla det förstörde bänkskivan, täcksidor/fronter på köket och även en vägg. Än idag, exakt 1 månad senare 29/7 så är inte detta fixat från Nerostein sin sida och då har vi legat på ordentligt i form av samtal, mailkontakt med både Head of Claim och vanliga kundtjänst. Detta är så dåligt att jag inte finner ord! Over and out.. Mvh Johan

Jeg har bestilt 2 special formede granitplader hos Nerostein; det gik meget nemt med ordren, fin konstruktions tegning retur, accept og betalingforetaget. Tak for en fantastisk oplevelse med Nerostein. Jeg havde hørt fra professionelle at de var de bedste i Danmark, men de overgik mine forventninger. UTROLIG flinke engelsktalende ansatte. Spørg specielt efter Tanel han er helt utrolig flink og dygtig. Vi havde nogle små mærker på vores bordplade som vi først så 1 uge efter levering og de kom og løste det. Det er ikke et firma hvor man blot bliver efterladt til sig selv efter købet. KÆMPE anbefaling herfra.

Virkelig positiv og professionel oplevelse. Både mht kommunikation med salgsafdeling (Kristina), opmåling, levering og montering Vi har købt keramikbordplade (Marazzi CALACATTA EXTRA) hos Nerostein. Har tidligere fået leveret denne type bordplade af et dansk firma . De leverede plader er virkelig fine og ensartede i overfladen, hvilket ikke var tilfældet fra dansk firma

Vi har benyttet Nerostein som leverandør af "Silestone Eternal Statuario" og vi har været meget tilfredse med både professionel tilbudsgivning, opmåling og levering, som i alt tog 16 dage fra første henvendelse 🙂 Jeg har ikke nogen tilknytning til firmaet, men vil lige give min anbefaling til dem med herfra, hvis du selv er i markedet. Firmaet er fra Estland (opmåleren talte kun engelsk, men var meget venlig og de to montører var danske).

Kæmpe anbefaling. Købt lige knap 8 kvm dekton bordplade. Klart den dedste pris, og virkelig god service fra start til slut. Og super kvalitet ift. Opmåling, levering og montering👏 vil klart bruge jer igen, hvis jeg får behov for dette 😊

Jeg leasede en bil igennem dem som finas, problem ligger så i i slutning af leje perioden så informere de der mangler betaling for de første måneder, mens jeg så spørg dem undrende hvorfor jeg ikke har fået noget vide da det gældende om 2 måneders betaling der mangler, de siger bare de har skrevet til mig på mail jeg kigger så efter den mail som de aldrig havde sent, hvor personen så er svare flabet igen at da havde jeg da fået

Har en Ford Focus fra 2017 kørt 95000km Købt Hos Per B.biler ( Ford silkeborg) for 2 år siden da bilen havde kørt 9000km. Nu gik bilen så i stykker på motorvejen i fredags, det viser sig så at knastakselhjulet er knækket midt over, samt tandremmen er sprunget og derveder motoren komplet ødelagt. Jeg kontakter selvfølgelig straks Ford og fortæller om sagen, og jeg har selvfølgelig en klar forventning om, at min SÅ nye bil selvfølgelig er dækket af Ford på den her kæmpe skade. Vi taler om en 3 år gammel bil, der kun har kørt 95000km springer tandremmen og smadrer motoren komplet. Men så er der ellers kø ved den store håndvask. Ford silkeborg vil intet høre om sagen selvom bilen er købt hos dem og første service udført der. Ford Gildberg Haderslev vil heller intet at ha med sagen at gøre, selvom jeg har fået lavet nr 2 service hos dem , samt fået lavet en frontskade på 30000kr sidste år, begrundelsen var at man ikke var en kendt kunde, hos dem og ikke havde fået udført ALLE service hos dem! Vi taler om at de sidste 2 gange, jeg har fået lavet helt almindelig service med olieskift og filter som det eneste var hos en autoriseret automester (ikke Ford værksted). Alle(4) mine service er udført til punkt og prikke i service bog. Begrundelsen var at kulance , kun kunne ydes hvis alle service eftersyn var udført af dem(Ford)? som om de havde opdaget på et almindelig service at tandremmen stod til at springe?? Ford Danmark, var lige så svære at danse med. Så nu står jeg ene mand med en total smadret motor, og en mekaniker regning på 60000kr! En total smadret privat økonomi, og en slem følelse af svigt og skuffelse. ! Så Ford se at kom ud af busken, og giv mig en klar melding om i virkelig mener det kan være rigtig at man skal behandles på den her måde. selvom fabriks garantien er udløbet for 1 år siden! Til alle læserne, tænk jer godt om inden i overvejer at købe Hos Ford.

Først et udskiftet partikelfilter i februar 19 m.m. pris ca. 15000 kr. Dernæst et udskiftet partikelfilter i juli m.m. 19 pris ca. 20000 kr. En og samme bil! Firmaskifte midt i perioden til Viabiler. Man bør holde sig fra et værksted med masser af undskyldninger/forklaringer, men dobbeltarbejde og dobbelt betaling...godt og vel!

Igdali is a great communicator and responds very quickly. We asked him to design a retractable stand for us, since we did not already have a design, and we did amazing work! Five stars, will definitely go back to him for anything else we may need.

Dansk Hørecenter er solgt og bliver nu til Audika, det kommer ikke til at betyde noget for Dansk Hørecenters kunder skriver de. - Mit hørecenter i Næstved lukker, jeg skal nu trave ned i Audikas lokaler, Dansk Hørecenters Webshop er lukket, så bestilling af filtre og kupler er nu henvist til afdeling i Næstved eller Vordingborg, en tur på 20 km. Audika fører ikke det fabrikat af høreapparater som Dansk Hørecenter har solgt mig for 2 år siden, jeg har service aftale på 4 år på høreapparater som Audika ikke fører, er det særligt trygt? Jeg synes bestemt at vi som kunder hos Dansk Hørecenter, må føle os bortdømt.

Jeg vil gerne give 10 stjerner til Pia i Dansk Hørecenter Esbjerg. Jeg har har lige skiftet til de nye Orticon Intent 1 og fik suveræn hjælp til valg, opsætning af Pia. Jeg blev godt modtaget og fik gode oplysninger om høreapparaterne. Jeg fik for nogle år siden høreapparater gennem det offentlige. Jeg havde oplyst, at jeg let fik kløe i ørene, jeg havde nemlig nogle år tidligere selv anskaffet mig høreapparater. Dem jeg fik var blevet allergitestet men det kløede alligevel. Da jeg fik de nye høreapparater sat i, og kørte hjem, ventede jeg bare på, at det skulle begynde at klø ----- MEN DET GJORDE DET IKKE!! Jeg bruger dem hver dag fra 8 morgen til 22 aften. Dejligt-dejligt, min kone er også glad.

Leader floors was good and delivery was on time. The problem is the quality of the flooring. I left the floor to climate to the house and have started laying it yesterday but there is quite alot of the lvt that is scratched as its black flooring it is very noticeable

Don't deliver when they say they will. When they are late they just say "somebody should have sent you an email!". You ring up for tracking details, as they advise, and they give various DUBIOUS stories: "supplier was hacked", "it's here now, you'll get it tomorrow", etc. none of which is true. Don't reply to URGENT emails, left in the lurch, cost me thousands.
