This is a scam website. The shoes finally arrived and are fake plastic rubbish. Not orthopaedic as advertised. Falling apart. Contacted number and email for return but phone is fake number and email returned. I purchased with a credit card and have put a complaint to them to deal with…

Please do not order from this company, uK Shoes, they are not in the UK. Ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers which took ages to arrive. Cost 39.99. The shoes finally arrived and look like something you could buy for a few quid in the UK in a discount store. I have emailed but the email comes back from Postmaster who says the email address does not exist! The phone number is fake too! I traced the company to Haichen Technology but can get no further. I am asking my bank to get involved to see if they can trace this company! I intend to do everything I can to get my money back! It may not be a lot of money but this is about teaching these scam companies a lesson!

I ordered 2 of the trainers in purple and pink/navy. The purple ones turned up but the pink/navy turned up as a black pair. They refunded 10% of the order. So I ordered the pink/navy ones again and this time a black/red turned up. This time they offered to refund 20%. I now have 2 pairs of trainers in colours I don’t want or like. I have now demanded a full refund of the two pairs that turned off and the pink/navy ones free of charge to be sent to me immediately. Let’s see what happens The worst company ever!

I bought the shoes and came up too small, customer service is disgusting…returned the shoes that costs £185 and so far no communication whatsoever!! Will soon start procedures with all social media, ombudsman, credit card company and so on… Absurd!!!!

They sent me a wrong size and now do not even bother to get back to me. Ordered size 2, they sent me size 6.

Bought shoes and they don't fit so I emailed asking for a returns label. N reply. I have emailed thee times and there has still been no answer. My Bank have suggested that I send them back to the address on the packet and use a 'signed for' package return. The address on the package is different from the one on the website. Meget små portioner og desværre dårlig øl, øv vi er kommet der mange år

God mad, men en kæmpe overraskelse, at restauranten lukker kl 22:00. En tjener kom med regningen for vores juleafslutning kl 21:50 og sagde vi skulle være ude af lokalerne kl 22:00. Havde det ikke været mere fair at oplyse dette ved bestillingen af en juleafslutning så vi vidste det på forhånd.

Maden var super fin og øllerne gode og kolde! Vi fik en stor frokost og trillede ud mætte og glade Pris ok

De to stjerner er for betjeningen. Maden er simpelthen blevet så kedelig at den får “nul” stjerner. Hønsesalat med “slæbehøne” man skulle virkelig lede for at finde hønen i den salat. Den stegte sild var “ok” men heller ikke mere. Gammel ost, som tidligere har været serveret med løg og en sjat rom, var kun en flad skive rugbrød med to tynde skiver lidt kedeligt skæreost der var mere sur end stærk, en enkelt løgskive og det var det. En øl til hver og så endte vi på lidt over 1200kr. Meget langt fra hvad det var værd. Det blev så sidste gang for os som ellers har besøgt Skovlyst flerr gange om året i de sidste 10-12 år. Sørgelig udvikling 😢

Så skulle vi lige have en kop kaffe på Skovlyst søndag kl.16.30. Uvidende om at man lukker kl.17 bad vi om kaffe og en romkugle. En ualmindelig sur kvinde fortalte, at de lukkede kl.17, men vi kunne få en kop kaffe. Ingen romkugle, da køkkenet var lukket??? Skulle hun ikke bare tage den i køleskabet. Hele attituden var, at vi var til besvær. Vi endte med en cookie fra disken, som man kunne bruge som diskos.

Vi fejrede 80 års fødselsdag i går på Bryggeri Skovlyst som vi har kommet på i over 10 år .. men noget er sket på den restaurant... det er overhovedet ikke den lækre mad man får mere derude .. vi var meget skuffet over maden... vores bøffer var lækre men det tilbehør vi fik serveret svaret ikke til det man skulle betale ! Pomfritterne var slatne de samme pomfritter du kan købe frosne i Netto ... De grilleded grøntsager var under alt kritik " skulle ha gået ud til kokken med det samme " de skulle ha været nylavet og varme .. gulerødderne var rå og de var iskolde og sammen med resten af grøntsagerne lige taget ud af et koldt køleskab...og så var de overhovedet ikke renset ordentligt..vi sad og knaste jord og sand når vi tyggede dem !! Der var en mikroskop lille flødekande med pebersoves og bearnaise mayonnaise også ...det var virkelig bare ikke i orden.. det er desværre sidste gang vi har spist der ...

Var inde og spise på skovlyst her på en lørdag aften, virkelig god perfekt stegt bøf (mediumR), sprøde fritter og flot anretning på resten af hovedretterne, & virkelig god is! Kommer snart igen.

Vi spiste en familiefrokost og fik både meget lækkert smørrebrød og en service, der var helt i top. Vi købte nogle specialøl med hjem for at forlænge oplevelsen, og de var også en stor fornøjelse. Min mor har svært ved at gå, og her oplevede vi også både et meget hjælpsomt personale og en restaurant, hvor man fik kan komme rundt med en rollator, og der også er toiletforhold, der er indrettede hertil. Bryggeri Skovlyst kan varmt anbefales - bare køreturen dertil er meget smuk, og sæt gerne tid af til en gåtur i skoven.

Fiskefilet’en var lækker, varm og sprød, fisken frisk. Men tartelet med hønsesalat var slem - tarteletten slatten og svær at skære igennem. Kødet var ikke kogt samme dag. Smagte som 2. eller 3. dags restemad 🥲😳 En del gik ud igen. Derfor bestiltes et 3. stykke mad, stegt flæsk med rabarberkompot. Flæsket var fuldstændig blødt, fedt og sejt - derudover smagte det som for gammelt kød. Det kostede en del lakridser resten af dagen at slippe af med den smag i munden :-(

80 års fødselsdag i skoven Netop hjemkommet efter super arrangement til frokost hos Bryggeri Skovlyst og sikke en fornøjelse…. Skønne lokaler, super lækker mad og vigtigst af alt - konge servering og betjening. Vi var virkeligt positivt overrasket. Kan kun anbefale

Hi, I ordered a NPQ dartboard from them and it had 10 defects in it. Plus it is not supplied with the proper fixing kit. Would not recommend using them and not very good customer service and at the moment I can't seem to leave a review on their website even though they do have reviews.

Bought some nitro flute as everyone was recommending them then after a couple of days it snapped and for that to happen and how much they are is not good enough and the it was made out of a cheap material so therefore snaps easily so that’s why they get a 1 star review.

When I first made purchase I was singing their praises all over,then when I went on to make further purchases that's when the trouble started? I had a messed up order, I phoned them to complain they were rectifying it only for them to send the very same items out they sent previously😤 Eventually I got what I ordered, then I have an issue with the £80 dartboard Winmau triple blade 6 has more holes than a cheese grater brand new? I spoke to them was told to send in pictures via email did so,I got no reply when I reported back to them I was then told they hadn't received it which I find strange as they were getting any other email I sent in to them. So I've practically given up on them now as the last time I spoke they were supposed to be sending me out replacement flights to the new ones that came that actually creased up in the tighter than tight barrel, I have not had any reply for the emails or any replacement flights!!! So I will shop elsewhere from now on shame as some products are decent. Also I wish I had come to trust pilot first as there are many customers who have been done over by them!!! Not one apology either many thank you for your reviews, very generic replies but that is where it ended. Terrible company pure and simple.

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience I will debate using this website as I’ve purchased new dart flight during last weekend a received them on Tuesday and already the flight has broke. After a throw where the darts landed close to each other one just fell off as if it weren’t even attached. Disappointed as I was hoping to receive good quality dart flights.

It’s just a shame there isn’t an option for zero stars. I ordered a darts set (board and cabinet) and a set of darts 2 weeks ago, the cabinet arrived a few days later and the set of darts the day after that but no dart board or other accessories. 3 emails and several attempts to call them on the phone over a five day period didn’t elicit a response until finally 7 days later they reply, accept they messed up and offer to complete the order or return the delivered items for a refund . Having requested the order be completed I receive a further email 2 days later asking if I’ve checked in the box because the dartboard will be in there!!! How inept are this firm??? Avoid at all costs

Am 21.12.2024 hatte ich bei Rameder eine Anhängerkupplung nebst Montage in Braunschweig bestellt und auch gleich bezahlt. Die Montage sollte am 18.02.2025 erfolgen. Am 17.02.2025 teilt mir Rameda per Telefon mit, das mein Termin in Braunschweig zur Montage der Anhängerkupplung ausfällt. Neuer Termin frühstens Ende April bzw. Mitte Mai. Darauf hin entgegnete ich, das ich dann keine Anhängerkupplung mehr benötige. Die Dame am Telefon meinte dann, das Rameder mir dann mein Geld zurück sendet. Das war am 17.02.2025. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Zahlung erhalten. Lt. § 357 Abs.1 BGB muss eine Rückzahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen erfolgen. Jetzt sind es bereits 17 Tage ohne eine Nachricht von Rameder. Ich habe den Eindruck das Rameder zahlungsunfähig ist und somit absichtlich wichtige Gesetze missachtet.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum eigentlichen Termin war die Kommunikation hervorragend! Am Tag der Montage lief alles perfekt! Sehr netter Service vor Ort, kundig, kundenorientiert und sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter!!

Anhängerkupplung für VW T5 Bus bestellt, zack war da! Super! Der Einbau war dann doch etwas holprig, da die Schritte nicht ganz exat beschrieben waren... aber es hat geklappt. Der E-Satz alles da, aber auch hier nicht exakt beschrieben... zB. der Anschluss der Masse - nicht erwäht in der Beschreibung... Aber! mit der nötigen Grundkenntnis... alles supi... Danke!

Insgesamt ein sehr guter Service. Vom Bestellvorgang bis zur Abholung. Ich war nicht sicher welche der Schwenkbaren AHK verbaut werden kann , nachRücksprache wurde mir eine AHK empfohlen die zu meinem BMW X4 Mpaket passt. Termin zeitgleich vereinbart. Die AHK lies ich direkt zum Montagepoint Schwarzwald senden. Bei Abgabe noch erklärt das ich die Heckstrebe die abgebaut wird noch benötige. Nach ca.3 Stunde bekam ich eine SMS das mein Wagen Abholbereit ist. Vor der Zahlung wurde mir vom Monteur Herr Köckritz alles erklärt und gezeigt wo was verbaut ist. Eine Funktionsprüfung wurde durchgeführt und mein Strebe lag gut verpackt im Kofferraum. Sollten Fragen auftauchen kann ich mich gerne melden. Der Monteur Herr Köckritz hat meines erachtens sehr gute Arbeit geleistet.

Don’t buy from here if you have builders lining up with renovation work. They accidentally delivered the scotia on wrong date/quantity and missed delivery for a week with me chasing daily for a week. The delivery supplier they use is not reliable (no notification/tracking and damaged the products). Have tried to sort it out with the sales team and just poor communication post order. Gave them 2 star because flooring looks ok.

Floorboards are beautiful however easily damaged on install which is a shame. Having to purchase more packets so it has been more costly to install than anticipated. Further boxes will be needed. I would go over the basic wastage calculation on the site. I would also have bought a recommended installation kit if they sold this, realised I needed one to put them together. It doesn’t just click into place.

I just ordered 190sqm of laminate flooring, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Khalid was incredibly helpful, arranging a super-fast sample delivery when I needed to make a quick decision. Thanks to his prompt assistance, I was able to place my order without delay. My flooring is set to arrive next week, and I can’t wait!

Recently bought 60M2 of wood floor from floor street . They have a what’s app contact for dealing with delivery which I found super easy and efficient as it was awkward to set a delivery time and day with the house being empty and myself away . They were super helpful customer service. After getting the wood floor and fitting there were a default with a few packs , the team at floor street done all corresponding with the floor manufacturer on my behalf and were very easy to deal with even tho the manufacturers were not being so accommodating. Due to the default of some of the planks at the fault of the manufacturers . I ended up short around 3M2 . After sending some pictures and videos to the customer service team they promptly sent out 4M2 of what I needed to finish the job . As well as continuing contact with me and chasing the manufacturer on my behalf . The floor it self is actually amazing and very nice just a shame the manufacturers won’t hold them selfs responsible when it’s clear to see the issues I was getting with the floor was a fault on their behalf. I do believe i just got unlucky with a bad batch as the reviews on the floor I got were all very good and also it was not budget floor . The manufacturer should spend more time trying to deal with customer satisfaction. Other than the manufacturer the floor street team are supper efficient and attentive and helped deal throughout.

Rigtig god service før, under og efter vores fantastiske rejse til Sharm El Sheikh I vinterferien. Selve hotel Baron Resort, restaurant, strand, personale, underholdningsteam og omgivelser fortjener minimum 5 stjerner. Også god flyvetur, vi blev opdateret med alle nødvendig informationer undervejs. Min datter havde fødselsdag på rejsedagen. Kaptajnen var så sød at ønske hende god fødselsdag over højtaleren og give hende lov at se cockpittet efter landingen.

Dejlig velkomst af guiderne på Porto Santo ,blev godt informeret om mulighederne samt udflugter på øen.

Jeg var i sommers på Rhodos med Primo Tours, hvor vi boede på Oceanis, som er et virkelig skønt hotel tæt på stranden, med lækkert poolområde og ikke mindst virkelig god mad. Med kort gåafstand til Ixian og ellers en kort køretur til Rhodos by, så har hotellet en fantastisk placering og kan varmt anbefales til alle 🥰🤩

Servicen var helt i top fra vi bestilte til vi kom hjem. Det er ikke sidste gang vi benytter Primo Tours. Hjælpsomme guider on location. Fint hotel med lækker buffet.

Havde den meste fantastiske tur til Halkidiki 🤩 Alt spillede - lige fra flyturen til indtjekning på hotellet- smil og service. Søde guider der var til at forstå - og fedt med fællesspil på stranden. Hotellets beliggenhed var det jeg havde søgt - så alt i alt en god oplevelse. Vi kommer igen 🤓 bare lang tid til næste ferie

FINGER WEG !!! Es ist kein Einzelfall, dass leere Päckchen versendet werden. Nach langer Lieferzeit, Bestellung vom 28.12.24 hab ich am 10.01.25 ein leeres Päckchen erhalten und umgehend das Problem gemeldet. Der Kontakt mit dem Service hat keine Klärung herbeigeführt. Ich habe einen leere Sendung erhalten und soll nun zahlen.... Verantwortung wird abgeschoben. NIE WIEDER !

Die Bestellung war unkompliziert und die Lieferung wie gesagt gut. Das Set war für meinen18jährigen Enkel und er hat sich tüchtig darüber gefreut.

Fietsen zijn prachtig, maar mocht er wat aan je fiets zijn uiteindelijk heb je de meest slechtste service hier in dit bedrijf! Me accu is kapot gegaan, en heb gebeld er over moest ik perse mailen terwijl ik ze aan de lijn heb, en moet ik ze 5 keer mailen om uit eindelijk alles goed te hebben, en is het geregeld wordt mijn accu die ik heb besteld in eens geannuleerd en willen ze in eens me ID of creditcard zien! Ik heb ze noterbenen nog aan de f lijn gehad over een f accu annuleren ze het wegens "mogelijke fraude"..... Wat de f! Ik moet door eeze rotzooi nu gwn een extra verdomme week zonder fiets zitten en moet nu daardoor 2 weken opgehaald worden door collegas... Echt een ontiegelijke K service! Enigste voordeel is dat de fietsen echt mooi zijn buiten alles K! Owh en bel niet 10 minuten voor sluitingstijd, want ze nemen toch niet op! T lijers!

Ik mis de zin... Kom anders even langs en dan kijken wij er naar. Ipv naar een KwikFit verwezen te worden waar je aangekeken word alsof je van Mars komt. Ik vindt dat als je een fiets koopt van €5000,00 dat er een specialist van het merk zelf ernaar moet kijken of er iets mis is en niet 1 of andere automonteur.

Het is een leuke fiets maar service is echt ver te zoeken vooral wat je betaald voor de fiets Mensen koop maar beter zoon chinezen v8 fiets daar is de service een stuk beter Wat een super slecht merk is het die moet je niet willen hebben Ik heb een probleem met de accu maar kan nergens heen met de fiets ze willen niet eens kijken de fiets heef garantie gewoon nog maar ze doen er niets mee het gaat alleen via de mail het contact maar ze sturen je van het kasje naar de muur Voor mij nooit meer een super 73 Mensen koop maar een goedkopere super slecht fiets die zijn beter goedkoper en beter service

More recently, I purchased some fuel injectors - they didn't exactly work properly and Rovers North allowed me to return. This is my first choice for any Land Rovers parts. Thanks!

The prices are not always the lowest, which is fine, because the knowledge of the staff, customer service, fast shipping, and excellent warranty are worthwhile. I've rarely had problems with my orders, but on the few occasions I have, everything is resolved quickly.

ich habe einen Garantiefall, eine Solarlichterkette ist defekt. Nachdem ich das Problem per Mail gemeldet hatte, bekam ich umgehend Tipps, um eventuelle Störungen zu beheben und nachdem das leider nicht funktionierte, wurde mir ein Ersatz angekündigt. Der steht noch aus aber bis hierhin bin ich mit der wirklich schnellen Bearbeitung und Hilfestellung sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank.

Ich hatte mir ein Outdoorkerzenset bestellt, davon war die kleine Kerze defekt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer ging es recht schnell das jemand antwortete. Ich schrieb, dass ich das Verpackungs Material schon entsorgt habe und es deswegen nicht zurück schicken kann. Daraufhin habe ich sehr zeitnah ein neues Set zugeschickt bekommen was ich gratis bekam.

Bei der gelieferten Lichterkette fehlte eine Ornament-Kugel. Nach meiner Reklamation wurde sofort eine Ersatz-Lichterkette an mich gesandt. OHNE weitere Kosten. Das ist Kundenservice!

Die Lieferung ging schnell, die Prdukte sind toll und der Service ist spitze. Leider ist die Verpackung nicht ausreichend, so dass 1 Teil der Lieferung kaputt angekommen ist. Ich hatte allerdings zwei Tage später Ersatz erhalten; aber leider auch nicht gut verpackt. Es blieb aber heile.

I have written a review already on my difficulties dealing with this company. I have been unable to make any returns through the UK website. I finally got a response from Tennis-Point through instagram messaging. They said they were restructuring their systems but could not give me a timeframe for when they will be up and running. Consequently, 2 weeks after receiving my order I remain unable to make a return. It's interesting to note that a UK company called Tennis-Point UK Limited (company number 13064027) was dissolved on 11 March 2025. This company may not be related to Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, but it is my strong suspicion that it is. Trading while bankrupt is, of course, illegal. Either way, I would advise you not to order from this company until the position is clearer.

Ordered a bucket of tennis balls 8 days ago, still no dispatch email. Emailed to the company and just straight bounced back telling me to click "Contact" in their website which is not functional.

Can anyone help? I brought from their other website running-point.uk. Can anyone advise on what address they have sent the items back to. I want to return my items and then do a chargeback on my credit card. I ordered multiple sizes to try. And also the sent one set of trainers in a size - 7 sizes larger. Hence i need to return these also.

I have had the same issue mentioned by others. I wanted to return an item and found that the online return system does not work. The email address they offer is unmanned and I have had no response to the contact form I submitted on their website. I have now paid through the nose to send the parcel back to their address in Germany and preparing myself to pursue a refund through my credit card provider if needed.

Absolutely terrible experience with Tennis Point! I have received an incomplete order, where the missing item is a tennis racket, worth more then 200 euros! Awful disgusting and non existence of customer service i will never buy from this website again after being a customer for several years . I hust recently bought tennis shoes and clothing and tried to return some items. The website return service doesn't work . Their interactive communications on website site doesn't work. I have completed several form with no response. I also emailed them and the only answer I get they are not reachable and their phone numbers are no longer working. I absolutely no longer recommend Tennis Point, despite having used them successfully over the years. The K-Swiss carpet tennis shoes I ordered arrived and are too small despite me having ordered a half size larger. I now seem to be totally unable to print the return label as suggested and cannot find a method of contacting Tennis Point to ask for assistance. I am extremely unhappy and sadly will never use Tennis-Point again. I do not recommend them if you think there is any chance at all that you will need to contact Customer Services - they don't appear to exist :-(

I bought tennis shoes and wish to return two pairs of them as size are not right. I have tried to generate the return label from return portal which doesn't work, I also attempted to email them to ask for assistance with my return, but the automatic response tells you that they are not reachable. I tried to call their customer service number listed on the website, and was told their customer service is no longer available by phone. They make it impossible to return those shoes, there is no customer service at all.

You feel valued as a customer and Jo was lovely in guiding us through the experience of designing a special piece of jewellery. We wanted a solitaire diamond setting in a new ring and Jo helped us with lots of ideas. My wife's new diamond ring is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. I have made a number of purchases in Avanti. After drawing me in with their gorgeous window displays I always receive excellent advice and service. They are there to pass on their knowledge so I feel confident in my purchase.

After popping into Avanti to ask about having my wedding and engagement rings enlarged for a second time, due to my hands suffering the fate of arthritis and extremely large knuckles, the lovely staff offered me a quote for the work but also showed us alternative option of an innovative new hinged ring for hands suffering just like mine. I was super impressed with this ring, but I was a bit cautious about a new ring as original wedding and engagement rings had the sentimental attachment. A further suggestion was made that I could have both my rings incorporated into a new hinged ring. They gave me a quote and we discussed the design to incorporate my gold and diamond into the new hinged ring. Dawn and Jo were very helpful and really wanted to help me. We went back into the store to finalise sizing and place the bespoke order. I was kept informed all the way through the process and when the final completion date was confirmed I was shown some pictures of the process but none of the finished ring. I was excited for the collection time to see how it had turned out but also to be able to wear my original wedding and engagement rings again, albeit in a new form. Thank you to Dawn, Jo and the goldsmith who made my beautiful ring possible. Excellent service from excellent staff.

Avanti was recommended to us, and my other half was looking to buy a watch. Dawn took the time to explain all about buying watches and the pricing of them. She showed us the watch seen online and made sure that it was adjusted to fit correctly. What an amazing jewellers! My partner and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and ideally didn’t want to go to a high street jewellers. After some research, we came across Avanti and loved the look of their products online. They absolutely did not disappoint- our first meeting with Dawn was amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting two super ladies who are part of a very dedicated team of people who went above and beyond what I expected for a turnkey service. A big shout out to Dawn and Jo who both had a huge wealth of experience and expertise that made a bespoke jewellery challenge absolutely trouble-free. I entered the shop knowing roughly what I wanted but not having a clue on how difficult it would be or how it could be delivered – especially in the short timescales I had left. The challenge was for two bespoke rings engraved with specialist characters and inset diamonds for a special family occasion. Dawn went through the design process with me in great detail, working out the logistics of all the different supplier processes to suit my timeframe and proposed laser engraving for the characters which would have more definition on a small band width. Jo, amongst her other skills, was the diamond expert who selected the right product to suit the style of ring. Many other challenges were raised by me and true to form, the team at Avanti’s along with the expertise of their master goldsmith, sorted everything - even bringing the finished articles in two weeks ahead of the date required. The quality was amazing. They took what I had as an idea and turned it into a reality! I would highly recommend Avanti for any piece of bespoke fine jewellery you may want. A refreshing experience of pure customer service.

This is a follow up to my previous review of Mr. V Appliance Repair. After leaving a voicemail, Mr. V contacted me and discussed the events from my service call. The 10% coupon was applied to my account. I appreciate the effort made to have a satisfied customer, so thank you to this small business owner for making that happen.

We have used Mr. V's twice in the past 6 months due to a leak in the washer and some clothing being stuck in the blower wheel of the dryer. On both of these occasions, Mr. V's responded with same day service (which my wife very much appreciated). Similarly, upon their arrival, David Chemikov (washer repair) and Boris Andreyev (dryer), were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of our problem. They were quick to disassemble, repair, reassemble and complete a check on the proper operation of the appliances. We highly, highly recommend Mr. V Appliance Repair for any of your appliance repair needs.

Fast, courteous, professional & reasonably priced service. I called Mr. V Appliance Repair for washing machine help while we were traveling in our RV near Cumming, GA. The woman who answered our call said she would have a service technician at my location between 4:00 & 7:00. A service technician named Mark called three hours earlier than scheduled and asked if he could come to our RV site earlier than scheduled. "Who does that these days?" Mark assessed the problem, had the part on hand, and in less than an hour my wife was washing clothes. I can not give enough praise to Mark & Mr. V Appliance Repair and their same day service policy.

Boris called in route, gave assessment, finished the work promptly and left the area tidy. Very polite and professional. Will use Mr V again and request Boris.

I was desperate to get get my oven working with the holidays approaching. Dennis was my tech. He was punctual, polite and most importantly HONEST! He could have easily overcharged me for a part he originally thought I needed. When he realized I didn’t need the part he told me right away. Had a great experience with Mr. V Appliance. Dennis, the technician, came out same day within a couple of hours. As soon as the part he needed arrived, he was back and repaired our dishwasher in no time. Friendly, competent guy. I thought the price was quite reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

Takes after hours calls til 9 pm. $60 diagnosis fee which is waived if you get repair Got my prearrival call. Arrived within the window I was given. He was neat and organized. Knew what he was doing. I got an explanation of what he was going to do. Diagnosed and repaired. Cleaned up. Super polite and personable. Gave a very good impression. They have been added to my contacts for next time. Five stars !

Had an issue with our washer where the washer would not spin or advance cycles. A broken coupler was fixed for $220 but upon using the washer, the timer was still not advancing to spin. After calling Mr V's again, they want $80 to diagnose and fix the lid switch. If we had know we'd have to spend $300+ on a repair, we would have bought a new washer. Now we're stuck with a washer that still doesn't advance to spin and we're out $200. We will note this experience in the NEXTDOOR website so others do not let Mr V's leave their house without knowing the total repair cost. 8/15/2018: Your work order mentions 2 problems and says 2 problems were fixed. We did a couple loads over 2 weeks and still had an original problem...not a new problem. Please don't tell us the machine worked "excellent for 3 weeks". That's revisionist history. And, yes, we did land on the moon. ;)

Came out to check and repair or advise on replacement of dishwasher and refrigerator that both went out during the same weekend. Turned out both were cost effective to repair. Dishwasher was repaired during the first visit. Refrigerator part had to be picked up but the guys (David and Tony) got everything squared away really fast ! Mr.V Appliance is my new go to for repairs to appliance repair and HVAC. Thanks again guys !
