I attended this year's Global Innovation Race, met with people from around the globe, and learned a ton. The whole program was well organized, and it is something I can definitely recommend. It was my first time working with Digital Media Academy but I love it already!

I participated in the Global Innovation Race 2023. The race was well-organized, and the project team took care of every detail, diligently following up on the activities performed by our students. They displayed a remarkable level of innovation and uniqueness in the way they engaged students with cutting-edge technology.

Dear the Academy, Thanks the Academy and Stratford Hall for your continuous support for students' path of Applications Programming & Web Development. We have registered for Harry's to attend part 2. Hopefully he can catch up with the curriculum and will apply the knowledge he has been achieving. When interviewed by us, below is his exact comments about his coding class: "After 3 months of learning Python with zero knowledge from the start, I can safely say that this class is pretty good at teaching those things. When I first started this with 4 other people, I knew nothing about Python or how it worked. I’ve heard of it before and vaguely know some information but that’s about it. Some of my friends do Python and I thought that it was very common and easy to learn. Well, I learned two things after that. Common? Yes, it is. Easy to learn. Not quite. Learning something is easy when you already have some knowledge about it. Not when you have no knowledge. Like the For loop. I did not understand how it works until very recently when the teacher explained it again. But I persisted and now, I can safely say that I know Python. At a beginner level of course, unlike my friend who wrote a script that can find people’s passwords. Additionally, the teachers did great on teaching Python and making it as simple as possible. They also gave everyone a chance to give their progress and thoughts on the lesson. Generally, they did everything the best way possible to maximize the great learning experience." We really appreciate the Academy for giving Harry a very good start. Other than that, may we suggest the Academy make a minor change so that at the end of each term, the students will have a final project where they apply all of their knowledge and make something out of Python. Such would really make the students actually use their knowledge while us parents could observe their real work. Furthermore, we suggest you help connect them with the community's peers other than their Python classmates. We happen to know there are some coding clubs or teams somewhere in British Columbia/Vancouver but it is not our area of profession; thus we are not sure how to or what level should be. We expect the Academy can guide Harry and his classmates to attend those outside clubs or teams to learn and share with each other. Other than the above, we believe the Academy did an exceptionally great job at teaching our son & his classmates the basis of Python. I hope he can keep learning more next terms. My twins took courses on digital media academy and they both gained skills and knowledge as a result of their training. My daughter learned about app development using thunkable and she continues to develop her own apps using thunkable and now she wants to take more courses, the course ignited her passion and interest. My son took an online course about game development using unity and he is interested more than ever, he spends a good amount of time to learn more about it and that's what he talks about now. The instructors were really helpful and understanding. Thank you to the trainers we highly recommend Digital Media academy.

Excellent learning experience for children. They learnt new skills and thoroughly enjoyed the sessions

The Minecraft Java class was perfect for my son. It's definitely not for beginners though. I was very surprised in how much my son already knew about coding. The group assignment should have been started earlier in the week so there was more time to brainstorm and complete it instead of the last day of class. But other than that, my son really enjoyed it.

The course is great according to my children, however; the registration and subsequent emails prior to beginning was very disorganized in our experience.

My son absolutely loved this course!

While searching online for a reparable used auto part shop that sells used auto transmissions and engines, I came across Best Used Auto Parts LLC. When I called them, one of their sale representatives by the named Roy took my call. I informed him that I was looking to buy a reasonably priced transmission for my vehicle. I realized (after speaking with him) that he exhibited a keen sense of expertise and knowledge about transmissions. After requesting the Year, Make, Model as well as the VIN number of my vehicle, he soon informed me (after searching the inventory) that he had three transmissions in stock that matched my vehicle VIN number; each with low milage (under 100,000 miles). He quoted the price of each of them, I soon agree to purchase one. I realized that the prices were lower than the other shops that I contacted previously. Roy drew up the order contract and I went ahead and gave him my credit card information and we finalized the purchase. Afterwards, Roy connected me with Brian; one of the customer support team members. Brian was very instrumental in handling the shipping aspect of my order. I gave him the address where I wanted the transmission delivered. Sooner than expected, the order was shipped a couple of days after. At which point, Brian provided me with the tracking information and early the following week the transmission arrived at my mechanic shop in the condition in which it was shipped. I couldn’t thank Roy and Brian enough for all that they have done in making it possible for me to get my vehicle back to operating condition. I would definitely order used parts from Best Used Auto Parts LLC again.

We arranged car hire online, and everything was clear on the website regarding charges and insurance cover. The pick up in Reykjavik was efficient and the car was well presented. Very pleased with the service and would have no hesitation in using Go Rentals again.

The car we got Dacia duster did miss a beat. Very comfortable for both of us. Manual transmission and 4x4 is also very handy when we were up in theountains in the north. The pick up was a little late to bring us from airport to the depot admittedly it was late Sunday 6:45pm and they were a little short staffed. However the return was a breeze and we were at the check-in counter in less than 15 min. I would recommend and use them again. We had the car for 9 days. The diesel engine was powerful and torque.

The booking process was extremely smooth. The self service key pick up was explained in details in an e-mail which greatly helped. The self service key drop off was a bit of a challenge only because there was no e-mail to explain how and where to drop the keys. I guessed it would be same process but unsure where to park, would we need to leave the same key locker room or elsewhere. It wasn’t clear and caused a bit of stress for me. Otherwise all good.

We rented a Duster from Go Car rental in September 2024. The car worked great, and the company was legit and the personnel we met were welcoming and professional. The problem was that we had opted for only key retrieving from the airport with no need to go to the actual office and the car should have been at our disposal when we arrived at Keflavik airport. This was, however, not the case. It turned out that we should have given our address in the online check in that we did in advance for the airport pick up of the car. Also, there was no place for giving the details for the second driver in the online check-in that was included in our platinum deal, but we had to email this information separately, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, there is a question in the hiring form that asks for “drivers’ license” but no idea what this question refers to. So, remember to give all the details even if they are not marked with an asterisk if opting for airport pick up of the vehicle.

Genial comunicación de principio a fin con la empresa. A los 10min de aterrizar nos llamaron para comprobar si ya estábamos en el aeropuerto y venir por nosotros porque era de madrugada. Nos dieron todas las directrices posibles y cosas importantes a tener en cuenta para conducir por Islandia y el coche que elegimos muy bien, limpio, cuidado, era un 4x4 pequeñito que nos llevó a todos los rincones de este gran país! I really like the prodact inside on the baby oil, but the thing is that se package is very bad. Since the label starts to shield to tiny pices if it’s on any contact with water. That’s just really sad, because the product is really good but the packaging makes it really difficult to use.

After many years of cat litter hell, discovering Natusan was like heaven. My last order was a bulk one, and it goes so far that I've only just found out they no longer stock in the UK!! I'm gutted. Please, please find a way to bring it back! ☹️

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Avax Rent a Car at Split downtown. Hired a car in Dubrovnik, paid the premium insurance which supposedly covered all damage to the car. Car got a flat tyre near Split. Was told to bring it in and they would replace the car. When I arrived, they said I could only have another car if I paid MORE insurance. Showed them their contract which states any replacement car has all the benefits carried over from the original hire (including insurance). Manager was very rude and refused to give me the replacement car without me paying the insurance AGAIN for the remaining days. Emailed the complaints department at Avax, but they have not replied to my email or refunded me the money they fraudently charged me. Beware - looks like they are happy to rip off tourists and ignore their own contract. Edit to add - Amazing! Only days after leaving a negative review, Avax is able to respond on here, but almost 20 days after sending a complaint to their official email address, still no response. I think this just goes to show the level of customer care by this unprofessional company. Then again, why am I surprised? They clearly make up rules as they go along (nothing on 'insurance only covers one event' in the contract. In fact, the wording of the contract is quite clear that this is NOT the case), so why should I expect them to respond within 15 days as per the automatic response I received? Carry on Avax, you're doing a great job proving to everyone how terrible you are. Edit, edit: sure Avax - why don't you confirm the email address I should reach out to you on? I'd hate for my email to get 'lost' again, or you have some other 'technical issue' which prevents you from receiving it. Or will I be ignored again? Final note; Ignored it is - I think this sums up Avax's customer service perfectly.

Vedran il nostro agente (che parla un italiano perfetto) ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari e ci ha permesso di pagare in loco in contanti, senza alcun anticipo. È stato molto disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze, oltre a essere un gran simpaticone. Nel momento in cui abbiamo lasciato l'auto alla sede vicino l'aereoporto, Vanessa è stata così gentile da accompagnarci fino all'ingresso del terminal. I highly recommend the car rental. We were looking for a rental company that doesn't require a credit card and deposit because we didn't have a credit card. We decided on Avax, it was enough to buy only premium insurance without any deposit/cards.The service is very nice and contact with the agent and the rental itself was provided all the time. In the future, when we are back in Croatia, we will definitely decide on Avax again. The car we received was practically new with very low mileage, it was well-kept and clean inside. I highly recommend it, there's no hidden cost. Thank a lot for good rental experience 🙂!

Fantastic experience dealing with Eugen and Avax. We flew into Zagreb and picked up the car at 1.30am, our flight was delayed an hour but that was no problem as Eugen was tracking the flight. Before arriving there was clear information via WhatsApp on where we'd meet and a video of the car so we knew what we were looking for. After a couple of signatures and payment we were off in 5 minutes. Before we left Eugen made it clear if we had any problems or questions to get in touch any time, day or night. On the day of returning the car we were provided with an exact drop off pin which made heading back to the airport much less stressful and Eugen was waiting for us there even though we were early. Another signiture to say we'd handed the car back and everything was done. If you want no hassle car hire I'd definitely recommend them, no stupid deposits or holds on funds, no mileage limits or other nitpicking small print. Will definitely be using them next year.

Strongly recommend Avax rental car company. New cars, flexible approach to customers. I will be back, for sure! Especially thantks and greats to Bojan 🙂💪

J’étais d’abord très satisfaite car livraison super rapide. Suite à l’achat d’un air pod gauche d’occasion car j’avais perdu l’autre , je réalise quelque semaine après que mon air pod droit cesse de fonctionner. Les AirPods étaient quasi neufs comme je les ai acheté en juillet. Je contacte le service client et tombe sur Sophie hyper réactive je lui ai expliqué la situation et la elle me propose de nettoyer mon boîtier les écouteurs ect. Chose que je fais et lui envoie des photos à l’appui même si ce n’était pas sale en réalité. Finalement, une fois que j’envoie un e-mail pour dire que rien ne change plus de sons ni d’image. Je suis forcée d’aller acheter des écouteurs neufs chez Apple maintenant. Ne perdez pas votre temps.

Dog kom de ikke kun med ridser, men var også voldsomt beskidte. Altså der var stadig ørevoks inden i. Det kunne dog rengøres med lidt acetone. Jeg tænker om det ikke var muligt bare i det mindste at tøre dem af med en våd klud inden de sender dem ud til kunderne...

Return with qr code is not possible, they don't provide that so you need to send it through post office or dhl, which cost up to 50€. So tell me now what should I do?

Wauw,eindelijk na jaren knoeien met alle mogelijke domotica merken zoals bij de meeste wel bekend.Is er eindelijk de LIVOLO EC.Mijn stukje gaat ook alleen over de EC als product.Naast de professionaliteit en klant gerichtheid die ik heb mogen ervaren vanuit Livolo Hardinxveld-Giessendam ben ik razend enthousiast over het product EC (wat er chique en verzorgd uitziet) en de medewerkers. De aanmeld snelheid de accuratie en het storingsvrij werken van de EC producten heeft mij weer aangezet verder te gaan met de domotica in onze woning. Twee zaken die mij aangaan nog ontbreken zijn in de eerste plaats een koppeling met de Homey door bijvoorbeeld Matter en een bewegingsmelder EC uitvoering. Kontaktede 3 virksomheder for at få et tilbud på en større cargotrailer og skrev det hastede da behovet var opstået akut. Eneste virksomhed som vendte retur indenfor et døgn var Selandia, derfor faldt valget på dem og 4 timer efter jeg ringede og sagde ja tak til tilbuddet, parkede jeg hjemme i virksomhed med en ny trailer.

De var meget imødekommende og havde styr på deres kram.

Placed order for IPA 7880 TDC tool and paid $34.35 as agreed with PayPal on 4/28. Tracked package, arrived 5/5. There was no tool in package, but a plastic plug instead. Deff Audio has never replied to multiple emails to make good for order or refund. Do not do business with Deff Audio!

I was very pleased with the quality of work that I received from Same Day Transcriptions. I am a doctoral candidate and needed to have my interviews transcribed for my dissertation. I found the employees to be quite friendly and accommodating as I needed a Letter of Confidentiality for the IRB process prior to even using their service. I received each of my interview transcriptions within 24 hours of me uploading the audio file (some I received within 4 hours). The transcriptions were very accurate, and the few areas that could not be transcribed due to poor audio quality were noted with the time stamp. I not only will be using this company again for my future transcription needs, but have also recommended their services to other doctoral candidates at my university.

Unreliable service and very poor (rude!) customer service. I submitted a file, the company was late, I called to ask and the answer I got was that "they were busy." A few days after I came across an email from the CEO soliciting customers promising: "If we ever deliver late on your regularly scheduled transcription, it's FREE." I called back to ask how come I had to pay when company policy is that late reports are with no charge? I was told by the customer service rep that she is not sure what email I was referring to or that such an email even exists (!!), that it isn't mentioned on the website, and that they get busy sometimes. I talked to the CEO (which responded to my email fast and I give him credit for that). However he told me multiple times not to "lecture him," didn't see any reason to be kind after I told him that I was not going to stay as a costumer, and after a grand total of 10 minutes he hang up on me mid sentence (something I didn't know adults do). He did offer me a refund, which I am expecting. Shame it took to talk to the CEO to get to that point. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with them - there are other companies out there and that is kind of behavior that shouldn't be rewarded. They are also expensive, which I mistakenly thought would mean impeccable service. The truth is the opposite. Also, you all see the irony that this happened with a company called Same Day Transcriptions right ? Last thing, their website is terrible and there is no way to find the link to upload files on it. No reason to use them.

Same Day Transcription is the best service I've found and I've used others. They are very reliable and timely. Their customer support on email and phone is great when I had questions or made a mistake and wanted files deleted or reprioritized. Their transcribers are awesome.

My company had a last minute need for something to be transcribed. I called and spoke with Kay Darrow, the Production Manager. She clearly walked me through the easy process of getting started. When I had follow-up questions, she was extremely responsive. I received the transcription document in a very short turnaround time frame. I won't hesitate to reach out to SDT again if we require transcription services in the future.

Although the system is not very user friendly, the customer support is superb. They are very helpful. They respond very fast around the clock all days of the week. They sometimes interfere themselves to do a task that is hard for me to do. They were generous enough to extend for me the duration after my subscription was over to extract my reports from the system. The system needs some enhancements to reach the tasks easier and to find your way through the system. It needs a clear organized and detailed help system or tutorial to refer to so that you can find your way through the system The error messages in the system are not descriptive so you don't understand the error to be able to fix it. You have to do some workarounds to do the tasks as they happened in reality.

A large comprehensive course that compiles all the knowledge you need about telegram bots of various complexity. Without it, you have to search yourself through a lot of documentation, and look for something you don't know yourself. Grab scraps somewhere on YouTube, where 30 minutes listening to what you already know and a minute 4 that you were looking for) In general, not everyone knows how to documentation) I am for example visual, I need to see it. So this course is a godsend for me

We had dinner last night for the first time. Friendly staff, great fish. Although you can't eat the atmosphere, the atmosphere is great. In summer, outdoor dining will also be great. Only negative (slight) is it's very noisy.

Used to be on time calls, now I’m lucky to get one. Then they’ll call at obscure times and expect me to be sitting in front of my computer. Reschedule and the same thing, no call, just wasting my time. They were doing well but 2023 they’ve failed in many ways. Won’t be renewing with these guys!

For a couple of years, I had regular monthly computer services by IT Satisfy and I renewed my contract late last year. However, since the beginning of 2023, IT Satisfy technicians have failed to contact me for the monthly service. I was always 'satisfied' with their service while it was provided and would be happy for them to continue. I do not know why the contact stopped. I feel I have been cheated.

Yet again I received an ad-hoc call yesterday expecting me to be at my computer for my computer check up when I said it was not convenient as I was at work I arranged for them to call me this evening at 7.00 pm yet again I didn't receive a call. Still waiting don't expect a call anytime soon. Terrible service

I used them once back in 2005 they solved my problem but ever since then to present they are calling me on a daily basis and now in 2022 and still constantly twice a day useing diffrent phone numbers have asked them on many times to remove my number it's now classed as spam on my phone never again will I use them there like a parasite that won't leave you alone

I used their service once now they hound me everyday by phone using different phone numbers each time. It's tantamount to harrassment. Don't use them.

Spullen niet optijd binnen (duurt 2 maanden langer) terwijl voorraad aanwezig is op de website en leveren binnen een paar dagen. Vervolgens werklui verzetten, afbellen noem het maar op. Geen bericht wanneer de spullen wel geleverd worden, dus zelf bellen…. Nieuwe datum afgesproken met werklui. Spullen later nog niet binnen zonder bericht…. Weer werklui afbellen en verzetten. Met andere woorden iedereen de duppe behalve ventilatieshop. Goed bezig!

Ik kocht 19 ventielen via deze webshop, maar ontving er slechts 17. Helaas weigerde de klantenservice dit te erkennen. Zowel telefonisch als per e-mail werd ik onbeleefd behandeld. Ze gaven geen enkele blijk van bereidheid om dit probleem op te lossen. Hierdoor ben ik het geld van 2 ventielen kwijt, wat neerkomt op 50 euro. Deze ervaring voelt als pure fraude. Absoluut geen aanrader!

I received as a gift the Candover Yellow Pyjamas, and then purchased the Sunday Papers Pyjamas, because the quality is brilliant. Delivery of the latter took only 2 days after I ordered online which was impressive. The Candover Yellow are a slightly thicker weave compared to the Sunday Papers, but I like having this variety. And the Tall size option is so rare to find in pyjamas these days, so I was relieved that the leg length and sleeve length are in fact lovely and long! Only the Tembo Pyjamas were not in fact long enough sleeve length, in size S Tall (hence my 4 stars), but the return process was fast, and I received a full refund. Overall I am very pleased with the fit and quality of these pyjamas, and they wash well on 30 degrees, still like new. Worth the price, with a variety of designs and cotton weaves, I will only be buying my pyjamas from here!

If I can attach a picture I will. Side seam on right leg is not on side; it curves around inward to the front (the left leg is fine). Generally, this means that the pattern layout was not cut on the straight of the grain with the fabric. This is a manufacturing defect that I feel is not consistent with the price. Be aware that inseam length stated by US companies is different from European. US companies generally use the actual length of the pant whereas other companies (like PJ Pan) appear to be using tailor measurements; which use the ankle or the floor as the end point for inseam length. Unfortunately, this information is not stated.

Great products that wash well and genuinely last years. I've had several items from them and I'll be using PJ Pan again. They're a delight to deal with, very efficient and best of all manufacture in the UK.

I bought two pairs of pyjama trousers from PJ Pan about a year ago. I wear them most nights and i've had no issues with them and find them very comfortable. As i recall everything went well with the service; there were no issues. The only reason i haven't given them 5 stars is because they sent me review request via a review website, which means they passed on my email address, and perhaps other information, to that review website without my express permission. ( To be clear, i am happy for them to request a review from me. The part i have a problem with is passing on my information without my permission. )
