9 kg besteld, was volgens de e-shop in voorraad. De realiteit bleek echter anders, klein foutje dus. Voorstel gekregen om 2 x 4,5 kg te leveren tegen dezelfde prijs als 1 x 9 kg, akkoord dus. Topservice! Een kleine opmerking echter waar volgens mij Deschacht geen enkele schuld aan heeft: alle BGE kolen (9 kg zakken) die wij ooit gebruikt hebben waren grote, heel grote kolen; zoals het trouwens hoort en voorgeschreven wordt voor een BGE. Deze (4,5 kg zakken) waren klein tot zeer klein, niet ideaal om een BGE zijn ding perfect te laten doen.

Am Liebsten leider überhaupt keinen Stern vergeben. Habe am 29.04.24 bestellt. Am 30.04.24 benachrichtigt worden, dass die Sendung nun auf dem Weg ist. Heute 07.05.24 bzw 8 Tage später hatte man versucht die Bestellung mehrmals zu zustellen, aber immer wieder durch Sendungsverfolgung von dhl die Info, dass das Paket immer wieder fehlgeleitet wurde und das ganze 4 mal. Daraufhin schon am Samstag den 04.04.24 dinese.de per Mail angeschrieben, was falsch gelaufen ist, da ich auch nach Kontrolle keine falsche Angabe meiner Addresse feststellen konnte und bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung. Sehr schade das der Kundenservice so miserabel ist.

Unbelievable and amazing
Unbelievable and amazing! I thought I knew dogs, I have had them all my life after all! But Bill is next level or six! He has shown me a whole new way to be and live with my dogs, a way in which I now understand a lot more about why they do what they do, and how I can help them have a happier life. Bill's methods are all based on science (yes I checked, and Bill welcomed my research and has encouraged me to do so!) I hadn't realised how much further science had moved on in their understanding of dogs, their body language, and how they communicate with us. Bill does however! Bill explained my dogs body language to me, explained what they were saying to me, and each other. Showed me ways to ask what I wanted from them, and my dogs start to do it straight away! Such is Bill's understanding of dogs, and the Canine language. To understand that one of my dogs in particular was scared and nervous to go out the front door, and that was why, when I did take him for a walk, he pulled hard the whole time, (trying to get it over and done with), and barked at all dogs, and bicycles and pushchairs! I couldn't believe I had been stressing my dear boy out so much! Subsequent, follow up visits with Bill, and my boy is now able to handle small walks, no stress, no pulling, no barking, we are both, so so much happier! Thank you so much Bill, I cannot explain how much your help has helped us all. I really cannot recommend you enough. Your passion and love for dogs is clear. Your advice, whilst a challenge at times to hear, it's hard, after all, to change the way I have been with dogs all my life. I am so glad that I listened to you, and trusted in you to make these changes. My boys and I thank you and are so glad we found you. I have more to learn, I know, but I am so enjoying learning and seeing the difference in my dogs. Thank you again from us all.

Better understanding of our dog
We got in touch with Connors Legacy when our 4 year old black lab starting to get aggressive with male visitors. She has always barked when visitors arrive but seemed more scared than aggressive. However, after we embarked on a large renovation project at the house with all the noise, traffic and trades people that brought, she became very stressed and started to show signs of becoming a bit aggressive with deliverymen (only men, never women!). This then started to progress to all male visitors long after the project was finished and we were worried that this situation was escalating but didn’t know what to do. When Bill arrived she was as usual really overexcited and trying to see him off but within a few minutes she had completely calmed down. Bill’s slow calm speech and hand gestures seemed to instantly reassure her and she was perfectly happy to let him into the house. It was quite extraordinary to watch Bill communicating with her and explaining all the little nuanced signals that we were completely missing! We have been using the techniques Bill suggested and have seen a real improvement. Bill was really patient and professional answering all our questions and offering a lot of training techniques and tips. He is really passionate about his work and clearly loves the animals he is working with and we have happily recommended him to friends.

Amazing!
I can't recommend him enough!! Firstly, my rescue dog who is incredibly anxious of men greeted him happily which he has not done before. Clearly he has a great energy and is a truly lovely person. His training methods are so much more ethical then the typical trainers like Ceasar Milan etc and it makes so much more sense. It also works amazingly well as I saw even within the first 10 minutes of him being at my house and me implementing his advice. I've learned so much in such a short space of time as it's really about training the owner as they say, even the language I was using like 'telling my dog a command' can be changed to 'guiding my dog and giving instruction' which is a kinder and clearly more effective way to approach training as opposed to the 'I AM THE BOSS OF YOU, DO AS I SAY' Method of other trainers. My dogs WANTED to follow my guidance within minutes without me having to 'dominate and be the alpha' which is what I thought I had to do and I'm sure they will have more respect for me using this method which will make all our lives better. I found them to be much more engaging using a nicer approach then when I would use a stern tone of voice and 'tell them off'. I feel that my dogs will be so much more confident and happy and I can't wait to see how they progress. It was so interesting learning about their body language and subtle ques I was oblivious to before! 10000% would recommend!

We realised she wasn’t being naughty at all. Mostly it was Bills calm approach and his demonstrations of how to handle our dog that helped so much. We would really recommend him.

Via WhatsApp video calls he helped teach me how to work with the dog and slowly, slowly my boy Biggsy came very good. I would have been really stuck without Bill’s excellent help.Knowing I was on the right track gave me a lot of confidence in the difficult early days of rehoming. Would thoroughly recommend Bill.

Honestly I would post a 0 star review if I could. This is genuinely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the BOOMI corner sofa on 09/01/25 for £750 and during checkout I was told delivery time would be between 5-14 working days. I then received a whatsapp from a 'customer assistant' asking to confirm a few details in which he asked what sofa I was ordering, which side I want the chaise on, and what colour I ordered it in. He then asked whether I lived in a 'hose or flat' and then said delivery time would be 'about 3 weeks'. I responded with the fact that on the website It has said delivery time would be 5 days, to which he responded after christmas everything was sold out. I said how I think they should advertise that on the website as I specifically ordered from this website due to quick delivery time. I asked for a discount to which he said he would offer £50 and I accepted. I did not receive this discount. On 14/01/25 I asked if there was any update to which he replied there wasn't. I then asked the same question on 20/01/25 to which I had a reply saying he has sent a request about my order and he would let me know when they get an answer. One week later (27/01/25), I have still heard nothing so I sent another message asking for an update and that as he said my delivery would take 3 weeks it should be delivered this week. The response i received made no sense, stating 'Your orders are being realised. I will write to you in the fragile when the delivery is possible'. I commented how that didn't make sense and asked if they could please confirm what they were saying. The response was that delivery will be the weekend and they will contact me 3 days before delivery to agree on the details. I responded with the question 'this weekend?' to which the answer was 'yes'. On Thursday 30/01/25 (exactly 3 weeks after my order date) I sent another message asking to confirm the delivery day and had the response 'your sofa is scheduled to be delivered next week'. At this point I am really starting to lose my patience as not only have I been told I would receive a discount (which I didn't), I was also told delivery would take 3 weeks (which it is now more than that) and that it would be delivered this weekend (which is wasn't). I said how this is ridiculous and they replied that they experienced some delays but they wanted to deliver this weekend. They also said 'next weekend we will try on Friday or Saturday for 100%'. I asked for a refund at this point but they then said they would give me a discount of £50. I replied with 'you were already meant to be giving me a discount of £50 which still hasn't happened so will that be a discount of £100?'. They said they could give me £70 to which I responded I would accept a minimum of £80 since they have now offered me £50 discount twice. I also asked for this discount to be processed before delivery and that if the sofa is not delivered by next saturday I will be cancelling my order. I received no response. On 03/02/25 I asked them to confirm my discount is being processed and will be completed before my delivery and to confirm my delivery is still taking place this weekend. They said the sofa will be delivered this weekend and they'll provide specific delivery dates and time 2 days before delivery. They also said I had received a £50 discount from them but they cant offer more. Both of these statements are categorically false, as I had received no discount and they had previously offered me £70. I replied saying this and that I want to know specific details now as this is outrageous. Their response was ' you are an important customer to us, so in this special situation, I'll give a discount of £70. I said AGAIN that I had not received my discount of £50 like they claimed and I want details of my delivery. They proceeded to tell me they will write specific details by Wednesday 05/02/25 and that once they have delivered the sofa and I have confirmed in writing it is in good condition they will issue a refund. I then said AGAIN that that will not be sufficient and I will require my discount before the delivery. They then said they will give me a £50 discount and asked for my account details to which I responded that they said they would give me a £70 discount and that they should have my bank details and I would like it in my account be Wednesday. Their response was 'OK'. On Wednesday evening I had not heard from them regarding my delivery and I has still received no discount. I cancelled my order as I said I would because they did not do what they said they would do and they lied on numerous occasions. THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

A bunch of crooks. I received a badly made couch. The side seams of which overlap seats of different lengths, one of them is 15 centimeters, the rest is 11 cm. In addition, there are holes in the sofas and white threads on the top where the sofa is mustard color and wrinkles in the material. After contacting the scammers asking to replace the sofa or return the money, the scammers want to charge 15% of the value of the sofa to do so because they wanted to cheat me by giving me sofa that can be thrown away. I am reporting the case to court. If anyone wants more information, please contact me at korzen.jk@gmail. com I will send the entire conversation and photos of this garbage they delivered to me. I do not recommend anyone to buy from these scammers. I don't know where they get their positive reviews. Oh, I waited 41 days for the sofa and then I immediately wrote about its shoddy workmanship and after 2 weeks I heard that they would not replace the sofa, but would take it away and rob me of my money of 15 percent. They were in constant communication to make sure things were done right and that is a total success. They are efficient and delivery was prompt (our event was in NW London and they are based in South London!), presented on trays that you are ready to serve with. The last thing I have to mention was the food, it was delicious, very tasty and everyone at my event enjoyed all the different buffet flavours that we chose. Absolutely delicious
Grace was absolutely amazing from my first point of contact. I made several changes and really appreciate how patient she was. She assured me that my guests and I would not be disappointed and she did her thing I must say. The talk of the party was the food in my party. This is my third time ordering from Afrisian and I would definitely be back. To be honest I loved it all but if I have to choose I would say the smoked turkey, fried rice, moin moin and chicken wings. Like I said, hard to choose, it was so delicious.

No response
I was looking for catering for my wedding and came across this company, food looked great on their page, I reached out and they sent me their catering menu which was very impressive, I made all my selections and requests. It was for my wedding so I was ready to pay what was needed. But they just stopped responding to my emails... I chased them up and still no response some weeks later. I was gutted! In the end I went with Taste Haven who done and amazing Job!! In the end it was a blessing but it was extremely unprofessional and disheartening at the time.

A special dinner party
I can't thank Grace and Shola enough. Together, they helped me to execute a Thanksgiving dinner for my loved ones and I can't fault the experience. Always responsive, thoughtful and I really appreciate that Shola took the time to see the venue with me. They went the extra mile and the food...?! I literally didn't have enough lol. Fantastic Pepper Soup
Fantastic Pepper Soup I ordered pepper soup from Afrisian and it tasted like it was from heaven. Not too spicy with the perfect depth of flavour and a generous helping of assorted meat. I’m currently in bed with the flu and this pepper soup really helped me to feel better!

Guests loved loved loved the grazing table
Wonderful catering service that was a winner with all guests. The presentation was phenomenal but more importantly the food was amazing. My guests really enjoyed Afrisian’s grazing table. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. 10/10.

Ein Immobilienmakler der „nur“ die Wohnung zweck Abmessen anschauen kommt und plötzlich mit Intressenten vor der Türe steht, ist ein absolutes No Go. Wir wussten nicht, dass er Intressenten mitbringt. Dies muss man mind. 3 Tage im Voraus mitteilen. Und dann noch sagen, wir sind vertraglich verpflichtet 🤔. Welcher Vertrag? Ja wir müssen Intressenten rein lassen, aber nicht wenn wir nicht informiert wurden. Sehr unprofessionell!

I had approached Prepsmart for an online French tutor and they listened to my concerns and priorities thoroughly. Accordingly, they placed tutors for my son based on his needs and level. Unbefriedigender Kundenservice bei Rücksendungen
Ich habe die Produkte zurückgeschickt, die Rücksendekosten werden nicht übernommen (nicht toll, aber ok). Daraufhin habe ich eine Email über die Rückerstattung bekommen, in der alle Produkte einzeln mit "zurückerstattet" gekennzeichnet waren. Dennoch wurde mir nicht der volle Betrag erstattet, einen erklärenden Kommentar habe ich vergebens gesucht und daher nachgefragt. Als Antwort gab es einen Standardsatz, dass die Elektroden geöffnet waren und damit das Widerrufsrecht erlischt ist. Warum wird dann der Artikel als erstattet gekennzeichnet, wenn dem nicht so ist? Leider war bei den Elektroden von aussen nicht erkennbar, um welche es sich handelt, ohne die Verpackung zu öffnen. Dies habe ich auch dem Kundenservice geschrieben mit der Anmerkung, dass zudem ein deutlicher Hinweis im Paket, dass Hygieneartikel nach Anbruch vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind, sehr hilfreich und kundenfreundlich gewesen wäre. Ein Verweis auf die AGBs mag rechtlich in Ordnung sein, mit gutem Kundenservice hat das in meinen Augen aber nichts zu tun. Auf meine Email habe ich dann auch gar keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Weiterempfehlen kann ich axion leider nicht.

Ich benutze das Gerät schon über ein Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Nach meiner Bandscheiben und Knie OP war es sehr hilfreich, denn ich konnte total auf Schmerztabletten verzichten. Meine Frau hatte in letzter Zeit Rücken Probleme und da hat es auch geholfen.

Das Tens kam nach telefonischer Bestellung sehr schnell an. Einfach Rezept mit dem Smartphone fotografiert und per Email hinterher gesendet. Abends angewendet ist die Schmerzlinderung am nächsten Morgen da. Ohne Medikamente. Ich versuche lediglich Pausen in die Anwendung einzubauen, da gefühlt die Wirkung bei Daueranwendung nachlässt.

Beetje jammer dat ze op hun site adverteren met volgende dag verzending als je voor 23.59 bestelt. Dit klopt dus niet, vroeger werd het altijd snel verstuurd, maar de laatste tijd helaas niet. Product fatburner wel goed, anders zou ik hier niet meer bestellen.

I had water coming in for the longest time in our new home. The home inspector did not notice the water when we purchased the home and we were stock with the problem. We called many companies but after 4 estimates we decided to go with CGS. They had the best price way lower than the other estimates, which made us doubt their quality. We got our waterproofing done 4 months ago and no water since. We recommended them to 2 other friends and they loved it. Not always low prices mean low quality, at least not with them! Do your self a favor and get an estimate from these guys if you have water intrusion. Thank you CGS

As a general contractor is hard to find good sub contractors out there, specially in a trade so delicate like waterproofing. We have used them in many of our project and have never had problems. Their response is unbeatable when we need them. Great group of people!

Did the work, took the money...leaks remain and still is not resolved.
I had CGS Waterproofing come to my home in July of 2019 to repair a leak in my front porch. The work was pretty extensive and all of the stone that made up the floor of my front porch had to be replaced. CGS showed up and did the work and all seemed to be good. A little over a year later in August 2020 I noticed some water spots on the ceiling in my basement. Luckily CGS offered a 5 year warranty on their work so I called them. Someone showed up within a week and cut a huge hole in my basement ceiling to investigate the leak. It was determined that there was a leak as well as the porch was not pitched correctly to begin with so the porch was pooling water after big rains. CGS first suggested a drain in the middle of my porch, which for obvious reasons was unacceptable. Finally they agreed to do the job the right way and after a month of calling them almost daily someone arrived and removed half of the stone on the porch...then no one showed up for another three weeks. Finally someone arrived and ripped more of the porch apart. (At this point it has been over two months of dealing with a leaking or demolished porch.) After about two weeks of working a few hours every few days the porch was put back together. The first big rain I now had the original leak plus three new leaks. Repeated calls to CGS went unanswered and unreturned. Finally the contractor they hired came back out and sealed some additional areas. A week later another rain and I have three plastic bins still collecting water. If you choose this company proceed with caution... the work they do may last a short period of time but it is clear they have no intention of standing behind their work. The last time I contacted them was 4 days ago and I have still not heard anything from anyone there. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a home and I hired CGS Waterproofing to help us with our waterproofing needs. We did Interior waterproofing in our basement around the entire perimeter with a sump pump. They worked very fast and efficiently. I would recommend them!

CGS Waterproofing was the best thing we could do when we found water in our basement! We called 10 different companies to asses and get estimates. We got estimates for up to 20k, CGS Waterproofing did it for 3K! We have had many rains since and not a drop of water in our basement. Great team to work with, very professional! I would recommend them to anybody!

We had three major problems
We had three major problems. 1. Gustavo drinks alcohol on tour. We watched him drink before swimming with the kids. 2. We had a student with a phobia of animals (hyperventilating) Gustavo never stepped up for her. I had to talk to every guide to keep the dogs and cats (that are pets of the caving company and indigenous People’s Park) away from her. That was not taken seriously. 3. Flying Southwest and being paired with other the Norwell High School was awful. Their students knocked on our kids doors at night, they pushed our kids out of the way and attempted to board the flight out of their boarding groups and when I asked Southwest to step in the Norwell H.S. students verbally abused me and my students. Assigned seating is very important. Here is the day by day information. All breakfasts were great, especially Ponce. Day 1: we knew we were having a tour of Old San Juan but we were never told if we had admission to any sites until we were outside of one. Students needed to use a bathroom and they were brought to a place that charged $2 per person when we could have gone to a fort (where we went next) and used the bathroom for free. Lunch day one we overran a local fast food shop, El Messon. Dinner was one main and one side. Many students had chicken and a salad without any carbohydrate. This was not good. Day 2: sustainable farming was a nature preserve - not farming. It was rather rundown. The guide only spoke Spanish and 2 of our students translated. Gustavo watched and did not help translate. We did not know students were required to work. We were happy to do so but we were unprepared. At that location a student tracked her AirPods (in the case) to a location where three people who worked there were helping her look but they could not be found. Her backpack had been hung in the fence by someone who worked there. Lunch was at a mall food court. Dinner on the second night was great. We anticipated a boat ride the next day between lunch and dinner. Gustavo notified us it was an 8pm swim. I asked him to cancel but he could not. Instead of Gustavo providing an itinerary, I and the three chaperones spent the bulk of the day researching things to do. Day 3: Lunch at another mall food court. Gustavo told us he would take us to a museum, a waterfall, and then to Peguero. The town with the museum was CLOSED. Kids wandered around shops until the bus returned. Next, Gustavo cancelled the waterfall and said there were hiking trails on the coast. We arrived in Peguero and one of our chaperones had to take over. He found a trail map and led the kids on the walk. Gustavo followed us. We returned to town. Gustavo then said he was going to get waivers from Paradise scuba and WE should arrange dinner with a budget of 25$ per student. As he disappeared, we did that and I negotiated the menu with the restaurant. Gustavo settled in away from the group and drank beer with his dinner. We then went floating in the biobay if the kids wanted to - 2 of our kids can’t swim and I told Gustavo this. 6 students were left out of the activity. We arrived back at the hotel at 12:30am. Day 4: El Yunque was great, Loquillo was great, lunch was great, kayaking was fine but again dinner was not arranged. Kayaking was “fine” because 2 people had to be pulled out and go with another company. 2 chaperones stayed behind. For dinner, Gustavo was recommending anything open. He recommended restaurants that were up dark streets with exorbitant prices. It was clear he had done no research or did not know the area very well. Again, because of the size of the group the kids didn’t finish eating until 9:30. Day 5: drive to Ponce. The cave was great! Lunch at a pizza place. Gustavo said it was great and told us there were many options. He then asked me to order pizza for the group. Then we went to Ponce, dinner was great. Tour of the square was good. Day 6: the Indigenous People’s Museum visit was wonderful, but stressful because of the dogs. Gustavo wanted to drop us at the airport 4 hours early citing the USDA inspection. We arrived a more rational 3 hours early but I had to call his attention to the timing. All in all, the students were largely shielded from the weakness of the tour guide and the behind the scenes scrambling. By the end of the trip the students’ noticed when Gustavo shared that he wanted to buy books about Puerto Rico saying he needed to learn more. I know this was a lot but it needs to be shared.

The tour leaders are always wonderful and the experiences are thought out and meaningful. The company needs to improve on the options for students meals. The fact that they have to pay for their own soft drink for dinner after the amount they have spent seems a bit silly.

Amazing trip some small flaws
I loved dc and it was amazing to do this tour with world strides. The people were kind, helpful, and welcoming but as with everything there were a few flaws. There was a small communication struggle on the last day when our bus got a flat tire so it couldn’t pick us up but no one knew for about 30 minutes so all the kids and chaperones had to wait outside until we got the message from world strides.

I loved the tour guides. The DC tour guide, Josh, was great at storytelling and getting our attention. The tour guide in New York City, Lawrence, was comedic and down-to-earth and captured the culture, people, and lifestyle of NYC very well. The restaurants weren't amazing though.

Budget Lacking Tour on 5 Star Cost
I was shocked at the lack of transparency and cost of this Washington DC trip. We were given no details until a month before the trip that we paid over $700/night for our kids to stay at a Holiday Inn not in DC that cost $20/night, to eat in food courts and fast food restaurants with $20 vouchers, and to fly on a return budget airline. They didn’t even make it to the White House or Pentagon because World Strides didn’t schedule it and asked parents to organize. If there were a way for a refund, I’d like it because we did not get what we paid for! By the way, all the tours are free in Washington!

Poor professionalism
The trip itself was great, but I was really unhappy knowing these kids would spend half the day traveling from one plane to another, only to arrive in Puerto Rico late at night despite having a morning flight. I had to pick her up after midnight. They waited until the last minute to book, even though they had months to plan. Extremely frustrating.

Inferior product
I purchased an airfryer in November 2023. After a week the touch screen started to cause problems. The faulty part was returned and a new one replaced. Unfortunately in the 9 months of buying this air fryer we have had to contact customer services at least 5 times requesting a replacement. I am now left without an air fryer as they refuse to replace or refund because I did not send back the faulty part for the 6th time!!!! Absolutely frustrating. Will not use their service again

I purchased a Dihl sensor bin a few…
I purchased a Dihl sensor bin a few years ago and I had to replace the lid which was okay and it’s still working but the base of the bin has gone rusty and unsightly so I have tried to purchase a new base but cannot find one anywhere even on the Dihl site,is it possible to just replace the base please.

Best bin ever…
We recently purchased an automatic opening bin from Dihl ( SB-CRM35-RT23) and we're delighted with it. The bin is made from first rate components, we're very happy with it, it was a great choice, in fact it's the best bin we've ever bought

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a triple monitor stand (TV-DSK-03) a few years ago prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and I found that I had lost a major part ready for moving home. (Desk clamp) Contact made online via their contact form and received a fantastic phone call from Max who has now resolved my missing part and supplied some additional parts to get me up and running again. Goes without saying but some of the best customer service you could ever receive. They'll be getting a recommendation from me to my family and friends. Fantastic! Thank you!

I have an Air Fryer and a slow cooker
I have an Air Fryer and a slow cooker. Both are really good products and… What’s an amazing Customer Service!!! I had problem with my Dihl Air Fryer and since beginning They gave me all the assistance I needed with attention and care. This is so important to me! Amazing experience with them! Thanks for Nathan who begins the attendance and Max who solved the problem. Thanks a lot.

Leveransen är alldeles för långsam
Leveransen är alldeles för långsam! Beställde kattmat förra vecka och har fortfarande inte fått något förutom ett mejl om att order har blivit ”packad”, såå sega!! Ändå står det på webbsidan att leveransen för frysta varor är 4-5 arbetsdagar när den inte ens har blivit utskickad trots att det har gått en vecka!

Brilliant Add-On to our Insurance Policy
Our Cockapoo, Pablo has been ill over the last few days being unable to hold down his food and being lethargic in himself which is completely unlike him. To avoid paying out of hours fees to attend our actual vet, we tried FirstVet in the first instance to see whether they had any advice. We spoke to Dr Ines Nunes and she was brilliant. She listened to all of our concerns and provided a response of what we need to look out for over the coming days, as well as an action plan of how to help him get better. I then arranged a follow up call 3 days later and was (virtually) seen by Dr Ines Nunes once more. Again, she was incredibly informative and put my mind at ease on some reoccurring concerns that I had about Pablo. I'm glad to say that Pablo is now on the mend after following Dr Nunes' advices so I can't thank her enough. I would highly recommend using FirstPet, whether their services are included in your insurance or whether you just need some virtual advice. Not only did their plan of action help our dog get better, but it also saved us a very expensive visit to the vets!

Beställer ofta hundmat härifrån och lite andra hundrelaterade saker som leksaker och godis. Alltid snabb leverans och bra grejer. Kan dock vara något dyrare än vissa andra.

Our excellent experience with FirstVet
Had to contact FirstVet when our 8yo rescue dog, Ollie, was vomiting copiously at 11.30pm last night . They are available through our insurance policy. Got a return call appointment within 15mins and spoke to Dr Rebekah D who was so lovely, kind and reassuring. She got us to show her Ollie's gum colour, palpate his tummy, check his ears for a high temp and asked many questions. Then explained it looked like gastritis. Recommended a course of action but to return to her if he continued to be sick. This was folliwed up with an email detailing all our discussion from the call. We made another follow up request for a consult because although much recovered in himself he had had one more vomiting episode. She came back to us within 15mins. Explained what she thought it may be, after another visual and verbal exam of him, and suggested an alternative course of action. This was then immediately followed by an email again, explaining her recommendations. So reassuring when we were worried sick. Highly recomnended.

Min sambo var i kontakt med firstvet…
Min sambo var i kontakt med firstvet idag pga misstänkt problematik med vår tik. Veterinär Lena Rubin gled av sakfrågan helt och antastade min sambo med att hon blir ledsen av att vår tik "eventuellt" är dräktig och slängde med olika diagnoser till höger och vänster utan att ha träffst hunden. Någon vidare vikt la hon inte på frågeställningen som uppgavs. Har tidigare varit i kontakt med er och era bedömningar brukar vara innehållsfattiga och man får oftast hänvisning till veterinär. Men denna gång fick Lena Rubin bägaren att rinna över med sina påhitt.

Great 1st experience
Contacted firstvet for 1st time as our 17 week old puppy had a rash on her tummy, completely put our minds at rest, very professional and helpful. They emailed details of our call including any treatments that were advised. Overall could not fault and would not hesitate to use the service again.

I have used FirstVet on three occasions I cannot recommend them enough sometimes they have said I need to review a bit mainly they’ve put my mind at rest. They’re always pleasant very thorough highly professional experienced helpful. And you can pretty much call any time of day or night they’re included with my insurance policy and I now wouldn’t pick an insurance policy that didn’t have them and if I didn’t have them, I would pay anyway Much better than going to the vets in the middle of of the night who charged the absolute earth!!  decision or do I go to an emergency vet and put the animal through more distress? It’s so helpful to talk to these people highly recommended.
