I love how easy it is to use - no issues with filters/hoses/etc. Only problem was hinge broke on my So Clean 2 so I have to close it by pushing the front in first then pushing down on the back. Hopefully they fix this issue on future production.

The lid hinges on my SoClean 2 have failed again. I called the company and after being forced to give them all of my information before they would help me, the person informed me that there is no lid replacement part available and I would have to buy a new machine. This is classic designed obsolescence. They create a lid with substandard thin plastic hinges, and when they fail, the company gets to sell another very expensive machine. I will seek another cleaning method for my cpap mask, etc.

Ordered a SoClean 3 for my husband's CPAP machine for Christmas and they refuse to take it back because it's beyond the 30 days. Besides it being past the 30 days (Christmas Gift), Reliable Respiratory told us that the SoClean machine would void the warranty of his CPAP machine, and SoClean offered to send us an attachment for the machine that will not void the warranty. My husband doesn't like the smell that occurs after using SoClean and I told them I prefer to return it. They will not accept a return for a refund. I would avoid buying these SoClean machines at all costs!

I was so excited to get this machine. The concept is great and the company is fairly local to me. I was happy to support it and the local jobs. I had trouble, almost immediately, with the power supply. If I unplugged it from the machine and wall and the plugged it back in it would eventually work. After several months of “playing” with it I call the company. It appears it was a known issue with the power supply and they sent me a new one. The new one didn’t work for very long. I’ve called back and they won’t send another power supply, of course they say I can buy one. I can’t believe they don’t stand behind their product. It’s very disappointing! I’ve been using the same CPAP machine this entire time with no issues. They sold me a piece of medical equipment that is faulty I’m very disappointed to see they won’t stand behind their product. I am looking for alternatives and will tell anyone who is interested not to purchase from SoClean.

I bought SoClean about 2-3 years ago to clean my CPAP machine. I subscribed to their their 6-month-re-supplying service, which included a Filter Cartridge inside SoClean, and a small plastic black tube that connects the water chamber to SoClean. I pay $27.03 bi-annaully. This worked for the old CPAP but now I have a new updated CPAP which doesn't allow that small plastic tube to connect to the water chamber. I can only clean the mask with the white tubing. So, I thought I call soClean and ask them not to send me the plastic little black tube anymore since I do not need it, just the filter cartridge, hoping for a discount. I spoke to a customer service tech, whom I hardly understood because he did not know how to explain things, and he had hard time understanding what I was saying in plain English! It turned out, and after having the guy repeat things 10 times, that for the new CPAP I need an adapter that costs $15 with shipping. However, this adapter only temporarily cleans the water chamber therefore, since they have not figure out how to clean the newest CPAPs. Still, the Filter Cartridge you place inside the soClean machine comes as a package with that little plastic black tube that you don't need. SoClean will not break this package to give you a discount even though you only going to use the filter not the little plastic thing which is useless and you only use it for the trash can! Therefore, you will have to pay $27.03 for the filter (and small plastic tube) and $15 for the adapter! $42.03 for supplies?! That's what I gathered from this customer service person. Is this fair? No, this is called piracy and taking advantage of customers. I stopped the subscription of supplies and might not use the SoClean machine again. Very bad service.

Dangerous machine. It seemed ok but after using it a couple years, it could have killed me. The little rubber piece that goes into the CPAP cup does not hold up in the water. It puts black plastic in the water you are breathing. My skin was irritated & shortness of breath but it took me quit a while to realize it was the so clean. 4 weeks After antibiotics and an inhaler I feel better but still coughing. Buyer beware! Update. It's now April 2023 & I am still having breathing issues.

So far I'm giving it 3 stars. Haven't used it enough to know if it works but the set up directions, such as they are, are frustrating and next to useless. I finally tossed them aside and hoped for the best. Seems to be working... And yes, you still have to manually clean stuff so it's not the miracle cleaner I was hoping for!

I have had my SoClean 2 for over a year. I purchased it on the recommendation of a local medical devices store where I got my ResMed AirSense 10. My CPAP is now whining loudly sometimes at night, so I discovered an issue after talking with the dealer. She asked if I had a SoClean, and I told her yes, and she said it was the cause of motor seals and bearings failing, due to Ozone, and to get rid of it. She told me that Phillips, another mfg of CPAP machines, was forced to recall their machines because they were failing because of ozone. Interestingly the last time I looked at my water tray I noticed that it had yellowed everywhere it was exposed to the ozone. So now I am out not only the SoClean, but $1000 for a new CPAP. Be warned.

I wish I could give them minus 10 stars. This is the most unprofessional operation you will ever see. I ordered SoClean 3 version and paid a fortune for it. When it was delivered, it would not work. When I called, I was told I was sent a defective unit and that it would need to be replaced if I could just return it and they will send me a new one. New one arrived. Guess what?? Is suffers from the same defect that cannot be fixed so I have to return that unit and get a new one! What kind of company does that? Why would a company not test a unit before sending it out?? What kind of a company would then a second unit with the same exact defect? I am looking for alternatives now to clean my sleep apnea equipment.

Having read all the Reviews on both this and Ensign Advisory Ltd I can only agree with all the 1 star reviews and echo their anger and frustrations . It's part of my job to check fraudulent companies and you only have to do a Company check to see that something just doesn't sit right , and to make it worse if HMRC are aware of this they are just as much to blame . Worst decision I've ever made. Quite apart from the extortionate fees they made one excuse after another to delay paying me the money they owed. Took months and who uses cheques anymore? The cheque is in the post? Really? Save yourself £100's and do it through the Gov website, quicker and money paid into your bank!

We have used Attwells for other services successfully but we had a very negative experience with their conveyancing team. The sale was of a leasehold flat for probate and it started with Attwells losing all the paperwork I had completed for the sale. In short : 1.They quoted for freehold not leasehold. 2.They assumed the property was 4 not 5 storey which had implications for the complexity of the sale. 3.I had to get the same document witnessed twice because of poor guidance. 4,Generally the service was slow it took from July 2024 until 21/02/2025 to complete the sale. Even though the buyer was a cash purchaser in no chain. 5.As executors we had to constantly chase and email. 6.The paralegal sent an email meant for us to the buyer's solicitor. 7.Once the member of staff was changed in December 2024 things improved. 8.I could not recommend Attwells conveyancing team.

Once we had sorted out who from Attwell's Solicitors would be contacting us, we found this company to be efficient and easy to work with. Christmas did get in the way, but we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Josh Barber was easy to deal with, polite and communicative. He kept us in the picture and when things weren't going as planned he sorted them out as quickly as possible.

I have used this Company for several years and have been very pleased but the last two orders have been very disappointing as I ordered some Provincial Regalia, when it arrived I was not happy with the product I phoned and was informed that they would replace it from another manufacturer it eventual arrived after waiting over 2 months. The next order which was for a pair of trousers was ordered on 27/9/2011 and eventually arrived on the 14 November 2011. I feel this is an excessive time to wait for a product. I will of course give them another chance next time I require anything

De organisatie van de reis verliep heel prettig, alles in overleg. We kregen prima adviezen en zijn dan ook zeer tevreden. Helaas hadden we een kleine aanrijding, per mail kregen we toen uit Nederland een uitstekend advies met de hartelijke wens om onze vakantie hier niet door te laten verpesten.

Er is goed naar onze wensen geluisterd en een mooie reis op maat samengesteld. De informatievoorziening was goed en we hebben alles gekregen wat beloofd was. 1 B&B viel tegen maar alle andere overnachtingen waren heel fijn!

Alles heel goed geregeld, goed advies en vooral uitgebreide reisbeschrijving met heel veel nuttige informatie.

We hebben een prachtige reis gemaakt door heel Ierland, 21 dagen. Vooral Noord-Ierland, Donegal, Conamara en de Burren waren prachtig. Echtierland had goede overnachtingen geregeld, ook de vlucht, met al stoel reservering, en huurauto waren goed. We hadden een mix van BenBs en hotels. Daarnaast ook veel tips in de reisbeschrijving. Op een paar plaatsen hebben we E-bikes gehuurd, erg leuk, en ook een fiettour gedaan in Belfast en Dublin.

Zeer aangename kennismaking met Ierland. Leuke verblijven en goed gedocumenteerde reis.

Echt Ierland is een aanrader. Goed advies vooraf mbt onze reis door Zuidwest Ierland met als eindpunt Dublin. Vooraf veel leuke en interessante informatie over bezienswaardigheden onderweg, zodat we ons goed konden voorbereiden. De B&B's waren super qua ligging en comfort. Ook bij onverwachte situaties wordt er op zeer persoonlijke wijze hulp geboden door Echt Ierland.

We wilden rondtrekken in Ierland en omdat het hoogseizoen zou zijn hebben we een reisbureau ingeschakeld om voor ons de boekingen te doen. Dat was een goede keuze omdat zij beter weten waar te zijn en wat te doen. Vragen werden vlot beantwoord, alternatieven werden geboden en adviezen gegeven. Het resulteerde in een fijne 16 daagse reis door het mooie land.

I had contacted their customer service to inquire about some of the options I was able to pick to customize the chair how I wanted. Having bought an Office Master PT62 from this company I would advise going elsewhere. I would strongly suggest also looking into other chair types as this one is not working correctly and no matter how often you ask for answers or explanations, you end up waiting forever! It is also dangerous as it slips out of being a flat seat into a tilted seat and propels one forward. I have not sat in it since I did that because I almost fell. Have had a few problems and typically it takes a couple of weeks if you are lucky to get an answer. I have had this chair for a while now and it is still unusable.

I ordered two Intellispace keyboard trays and an Office Master chair. I have a narrow desktop and needed a specific length track. I called for advice on what exactly to order and Mike was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right products. They all arrived quickly. A year later FINALLY got it together to install the keyboards and realized that four screws were missing from one of the keyboard sets. I may have misplaced them myself since it had been...well a year. I emailed Mike and he immediately had the manufacturer send me the parts I needed, no questions asked. They arrived in a few days. The products are high quality and as advertised.

Tried to stick with this brand, but the clunky website and lacklustre customer service made it too frustrating. I found a pair I loved during the home trial, but checkout errors stopped me from buying them - no matter what device, browser, or network I used. After already contacting customer service once to fix an account issue, I seemed to hit a roadblock at every step - what should’ve been a simple purchase turned into a tiresome ordeal. When I reached out again, the response was basically “Other customers have had no issues. Try closing and reopening your browser.” At that point, I’d put in way too much effort for so little help, so I (begrudgingly) took my business elsewhere.

Glasses need to be more modern and also have more choice. Feel very dated and quite cheap. The styles don’t seem to have been updated for years.

The home trial experience worked well, but their sizes are very small. My head is a little larger than average, but even their "oversized" frames are way too small. The whole experience left me soured on Arlo Wolf and even more self conscious.

We had 16 vehicles coming to the end of their original agreement with the manufacturer with a final balloon payment on each which we could not have afforded. The team at Tower Leasing worked very quickly and had the whole agreement sorted and finalised within 3 weeks meaning we could pay the remaining balance to the new provider over the next 2 years.

So proffesional and Lilly was great in resolving my issue. Had a major problem with a item i purchused from with the equipment been faulty. I suffer with anxiety and was on full panic mode in regards to the HP. After speaking to Lilly she was calm..Understanding and such a great help. thank you so much.

I would not recommend Roof-Rite as we got them in less than a year ago to solve an issue of water coming in through our en-suite air vent. As they did few things to various parts of our roof which were required after storm damage. However the main problem was with the condensation going from the vent and out of the roof apparently was rectified by them installing four vented tiles. We have found out through getting another roofer (friend) in due to water still coming in is that they have failed to attach the vent stack to any of those installed tiles which totally missed the point of why we needed it fixed and it was not cheap, They attached it to the roof tile with GAFFER TAPE.... to say I am angry is beyond words.

I obtained several quotes for a replacement roof for a 1960s semi-detached - I was cautious as the roofing trade can be an absolute minefield. I was impressed with the professional way Ian from NERC carried out the survey and I promptly received what I felt to be a reasonable estimate. So I went with NERC and all credit due, they were excellent. The whole process from estimate to job completion was highly professional. The communication, quality of work and materials used was all of a very high standard. Despite some poor weather, the job was completed by Lee and the team on schedule and my new roof looks great :) I believe in highlighting companies who get it right and my experience of NERC genuinely deserves 5 stars. Da jeg valgte at ville afhente varerne i butikken, fik jeg en meddelelse om, at mine varer kunne afhentes i butikken inden for 24 timer. Jeg så efterfølgende på deres sociale medier, at de havde lukket på grund af intern sygdom - fair nok. Jeg valgte derefter at kontakte dem for at høre, om det stadig var aktuelt, at jeg kunne hente mine varer den følgende dag - jeg fik aldrig nogen respons. Jeg har efterfølgende forsøgt at komme i kontakt med dem via telefon, mail og sociale medier, men jeg får ingen respons. Jeg har sågar forsøgt at kontakte ejeren via telefon, men ej heller her har jeg fået nogen respons. Deres telefon går direkte på svareren, og på sociale medier læser de ikke en gang mine beskeder. De har dog haft tid til at reklamere med deres udsalg på sociale medier, så de burde også have set mine beskeder. Jeg har én gang modtaget respons på mine mange meddelelser, hvor de tilbød mig et par sokker, hvis jeg kunne vente “lidt endnu”. Pengene trak de fra min konto med det samme, og jeg har nu flere gange også forsøgt at få mine penge tilbage - dette har de ej heller responderet på. I dag modtog jeg så en mail fra dem med et ønske om en bedømmelse på Trustpilot, så det får de her. Jeg synes, det har været en forfærdelig og ekstremt dårlig oplevelse at handle hos dem. Jeg har fuld forståelse for, at man kan blive ramt af sygdom, men dette burde bestemt være udmeldt på hjemmesiden inden køb! Desuden virker det i mit hoved, og ej at forklejne den udmeldte sygdom, mærkværdigt, at man, efter udmeldingen om sygdom, lægger 20% udsalg på samtlige varer, trækker penge med det samme og så derefter på ingen måde er til at komme i kontakt med. Det er små 2 uger siden, og jeg står nu uden hverken mine varer eller mine penge. Det er simpelthen for dårligt! Så kære Oceanstore Kontakt mig gerne hurtigst muligt med en løsning! Jeg gider ikke vente mere. Jeg kan desværre på ingen måde anbefale andre at handle ved Oceanstore.

Very happy with the service I've received so far. I looked at another similar VNS product but was worried about having to pay so much money up front and not have anyone based in the UK to contact if there were any issues. I found Alpha Stim and was very happy to be able to rent the device first to see if it works for me. After renting it for several months I've decided to purchase it. Be careful with the alarm company Canadian Security Professionals! After 28 years of alarm services at our office from the respectable but expensive Chubb, I found this Canadian Security Professionals on the Internet. Their account manager named Katie promised me a lot of attractive things by email. However, when I received the draft contract, I saw that some points in it did not fully correspond to her promises. I asked to include in the contract everything she promised me in emails. She refused, but at the same time stated that I can use her e-letters as confirmation of her promises. But, I always carefully read the small print. And I saw that section 14 of their standard contract says that any promise, representation, condition or warranty made by sales representatives or consultant of Canadian Security Professionals are not valid if they are not written in the contract. In other words, their consultants can promise you anything in a conversation or even in correspondence. This has no legal significance. I made a last attempt to resolve this incorrect situation. I asked Katie to connect me with the owner of the business. But she refused to do this too. I thank God that he did not let me sign an alarm contract with these people.

I was with ADT who were taken over by Telus. I needed a new system as mine was 15 years old. Was not impressed with Telus and went to CSP and was treated with care & consideration. They helped me understand what I would need and where it should be placed and what everything cost. The base package was free but I wanted an additional item. The installer was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the base unit. It is very user-friendly, any time I've had questions they've been answered within 24 hours, and the unit has functioned beautifully for 6 months so far. I delayed writing a review because I wanted to see what happened over time. Five stars for system, usability, and service and support.

Great customer service, Patrick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked, had to have them come back as I had some connectivity issues, but they responded very quick and have zero issues right now. Great company, highly recommend.
