I placed an order after reading through their shipping policy which to say the least is a bit worrisome with the current tariffs that have gone into place. I decided I was ok with their policies and decided to go ahead and order. Right away the company decided that only I have to follow their policies by taking over 7 business days to process my order even though it states they will take a maximum of 5. They also state that if any exceptions happen they would email me right away. Not only did I not get an email as to why it was taking longer, they responded to my cancellation request due to them breaking their own policy and they rushed, well took 14 extra hours, to print a shipping label and try to force me to accept their blatant breaking of their own policies. Now I have to deal with fighting this charge when they easily could have cancelled my order and just apologized for the inconvenience. While their products look nice and fit a niche market I would avoid them, especially now that they are essentially putting all the risk on the buyer.

I looked everywhere for a Ouija board bedding set and everything I came across was a duvet. Finally came across this site offering the quilt. Gave the gift today and the person absolutely loved it! The first thing she said was oh my God this has to be hand stitched. The quality was awesome, the size was perfect and she was really excited about it!

I would have rated you 5 stars, but when i originally tried to enter my order at "Check Out" you declined my credit card. I tried 3 times. There was no problem with my card as I had used it okay on a couple other purchases. This was December 27th. I even received a e-mail from you reminding me to complete the order. When I tried to phone you everytime it want yo voice mail, but no one called me back. Finally-on January 6th. I decided to try again and entered my order, and this time everything when like clock work. My credit card was accepted/processed and my order shipped & received January 13eth. I installed the Ink Cartridge, and it's working great. I am at a loss why no one phoned me back, or why my c/card was declined. I would appreciate any feed back you can provide. Oczywiscie reklamacja nie uznana, ponieważ są dystrybutorem i niby zakup w zestawie. Po odpowiedzi na odrzucona reklamacje na podstawie art prawnych cisza. Osoby które tam pracują niestety nie posiadają nawet podstawowej wiedzy prawnej z zakresu prawa konsumentów. Brak odpowiednich kompetencji i profesjonalizmu. Byłam stalym klientem.

Negatywne komentarze odnośnie produktów nie są akceptowane przez moderatora, stąd wszystkie mają po pięć gwiazdeczek. Jakość wielu produktów jest co najwyżej średnia. Wszystkie reklamacje odrzucane na podstawie tłumaczeń, iż są tylko dystrybutorem, nie producentem. Paczki pakowane staranie i ładnie, natomiast można było dostać produkt z bardzo krótkim terminem, a oni nie powiadamiali o tym na stronie.

Sklep usuwa negatywne komentarze. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona ze sklepu, szybka obsługa, produkty są dobre i starannie przygotowane. Jednak ostatnio kupiłam krem, który się nie sprawdził i chciałam napisać o tym w komentarzu pod produktem na stronie sklepu. Dla mnie to jest duży minus, gdyż przy wyborze produktu kieruję się często komentarzami, które pomigają mi w wyborze. W tym sklepie, komentarze nie mają wartości.

Prima di procedere con l’acquisto ho provato a chiedere qualche informazione in più via whatsapp, mi hanno risposto subito con gentilezza e pazienza. La spedizione è stata effettuata puntualmente il lunedì successivo all’acquisto ed ho subito ricevuto i dettagli per permettermi di tracciare la consegna. Il recapito (in provincia di Milano) è avvenuto puntualmente il mercoledì. Contenitore termico in polistirolo, con parecchi sacchetti di ghiaccio per mantenere la temperatura, il tutto molto ben imballato. I prodotti sono arrivati in condizioni perfette,tutti confezionati in sacchetti sottovuoto, con le targhette descrittive, con ingredienti e date di preparazione e conservazione. Il mio ordine riguardava solo prodotti di panetteria (arancini, pidoni, mozzarelle in carrozza e focaccia). Questi prodotti sono tutti già cotti, abbattuti e spediti, per consumarli basta quindi farli rinvenire in forno ben caldo per qualche minuto e torneranno fragranti come apprena preparati. Veniamo adesso alla parte più importante, il sapore dei prodotti: tutto semplicemente perfetto, mi aspettavo che comunque con la spedizione il sapore si perdesse un po’, invece no, una volta scaldato è tornato tutto perfetto, i fritti croccanti e non unti, la mozzarella in carrozza è rimasta bella croccante, con la besciamelle ben saporita e con quella puntina di noce moscata che sa tanto del Nunnari di una volta (i veri messinesi sanno certamente di cosa parlo), pidoni ottimi, sia il classico messinese che quello col prosciutto. La focaccia veramente perfetta, è rimasta bella croccante, si sente il sapore della tuma, diverso da quello della mozzarella usata da chi cerca di copiare (male!), e la punta di salato delle acciughe. Tra l’altro la focaccia ha superato la prova della “colazione del giorno dopo”, che chiunque sia cresciuto a Messina conosce bene: dopo il sabato sera con la focaccia, quella avanzata si mangiava fredda nella colazione della tarda mattinata dell domenica (…oggi lo chiamerebbero brunch…). Ebbene, anche questo test passato a pieni voti, anche fredda, appena tirata fuori dal frigo (…anzi appena “uscita” dal frigo… 😂😂) la focaccia è rimasta saporita e per niente gommosa. Mi ripropongo di provare presto anche i prodotti di macelleria, vi farò sapere…

This so-called travel agency made my trip a complete disaster and it was so horrible. I I trusted these people when they sold me a five star package deal. We felt like we were on our toes the whole time waiting on their responses. It almost feels like once they got my money they did not keep contact or keep us up-to-date. On top of that, we paid a lot of money for these package deals just to find out after booking our plane, tickets and hotel they canceled the original itinerary without saying a single word about it. I also paid for upgrade seats, which I ended up losing money on secondly the hotel that they showed us was a beautiful five star hotel, but switched us into a two star hotel claiming The hotel was sold out or had issues. The rooms were old and I was told by the locals that the area that we stayed in can be dangerous and to not walk around outside at night like I don’t understand how this company Can do this to an entire family with kids when trying to reach them they were very unresponsive almost up to no contact at all upon several times of reaching them they would tell me that they are trying to fix things and to give them a little time they always a huge refund But till now they have refused to do it.

Will not be using AlMadinah travels. My family bought 5 star packages and we were given 1 star hotels without our knowledge. We even lost money on upgraded seats that we paid for since almadinah canceled the original booking. The rooms were old and outdated. When attempting to contact almadinah, their response was the hotel originally booked was sold out, how can that be if it was booked advance? After calling the original hotel that supposedly was sold out, the hotel told us they weren’t sold out and the booking that almadinah booked on our behalf was canceled the next day. When telling almadinah this all they can say is “ we’re working on it” but after that they ignored our phone calls and messages on what’s app. We’re still waiting on our refund.

Me and my brothers attended Umrah for the first time. We purchased the 5 Star package from Al Madina Travel. I just came back from our beautiful and holy 10 day trip to Mecca and Medina. We are very pleased with all their services. They had great and convenient hotels, great flights selections, the hotels were very close to the Kaba and the Masjid Nabi. The food was excellent in the hotels. The transportation was clean, on time, with reliable cars and vans and plenty of space. Price was the lowest. They deserve to be 5 star.

Trip details change in the last minuet , not honoring their package detail ,they moved us from five star hotel to less than one star place we could not do anything at that moment but accepting it just because we have no other place to spend our last two night , moving us from one hotel to other in Makkah and trying to have use all five in one room while we reserved two rooms in the package l

So & Mo provides good service and timely delivery, but my initial experience has been mixed. The winter treatment seemed oddly timed in early April just before the spring treatment was dispatched, and the quantity didn't quite cover my lawn as expected despite following the instructions. I’m giving it another chance with the next treatment and hope for better results. Decent, but room for improvement.

I've had a mixed experience with So & Mo so far, but overall it’s leaning positive. Delivery has been reliable, and the service team is great at keeping customers informed. The products seem good, though I had a slight hiccup with the timing of the treatments and quantity guidelines. It’s too early to judge the full results, but I’m hopeful the second treatment will show improvement. A solid 4-star experience so far!

I was looking for Jordan retro 4 that recently dropped. After searching and searching i found them here. I ordered and it wasn't until after i read the reviews. The reviews had me having anxiety and panicking being i spent quite a bit on these shoes. I got the shoes right on time and they were exactly what i ordered. i even called the nike store and they recommended a place to get them verified to see if they were fakes. I paid to get them verified and they turned out to be real. my son was super happy and so was I.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/26, the pricing seemed a bit too good to be true. But the shoes came on time, 1/3 and in perfect condition. I hadn't received a shipping email so I emailed customer service to make sure. They responded in less then 24 hours. So overall I'd say my experience went pretty well 👌🏻

I ordered the Air Jordan 1 High OG ""Shadow 2.0 on July 31 and received them on 8/5. Service was fast and seamless. The sneakers were new and fit my son perfectly. They were dropped off by my garage with no problem. I would definitely order from them again.

I had the worst experience with this website, First, I placed a bid on a pair of shoes and was charged for shipping on top of that. Then, I received no updates or confirmation. After repeatedly contacting them on WhatsApp, I finally got a message saying the price had increased, and I needed to pay the difference—plus shipping fees again! They assured me they would refund the first shipping charge and promised my order would arrive within 2-6 days. But after 7 days with no delivery, I reached out, only to be told my order was lost, and they would refund the full amount. It's now been a week with no refund, no updates, and no response

We purchased a pair of shoes from this store a month ago through Instagram, we requesting size 45.5. The store provided a link to complete the order, and as trusting customers we used the link they sent without double-checking the order details. Unfortunately, we received the wrong size. We immediately contacted the store multiple times via Instagram and email to inform them of the mistake and get the correct size, but we received no response for weeks. After repeated follow-ups on all their social media accounts, the store finally got back to us and offered store credit, stating they only accept returns for damaged items. This was incredibly disappointing. Why should we accept store credit when the mistake was entirely theirs? And we requested a refund because of the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused have completely eroded our trust in this store. Given this poor experience, we don’t feel confident buying from them again. We’re sharing this in hopes of helping others avoid a similar situation with this store and their customer service.

Excellent customer service from Rhino with advice on their products and recommendations for an installer in my area. The greenhouse is such good quality. Pleased to be buying a British made product. I had it installed last June and managed to grow some tomatoes. This year will be my first full sowing and growing season. I can recommend Rhino without any reservations.

I've had my greenhouse for 2 years now and I'm really pleased with it. Top quality construction makes it capable of withstanding all weather conditions. Proved to be superb for growing tomatoes and cucumbers as well with very good quality glass. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Storm Eowyn blew through here 24/25 January 2025 and here in central Scotland we were in the RED (danger to life and property) warning zone. We had fences come down for miles around, we had the top of two trees break off at the bottom of the garden and locally road s blocked with fallen trees and the trains were off due to fallen trees and....trampolines! My Rhino greenhouse however was unscathed, not a mark, I ensured the roof windows had the latches secured and auto openers disconnected, with the door firmly shut. Cant fault my greenhouse in any way...apart from I should have bought a bigger one.

We love our Rhino. Third season is now apon us , the Rhino is not only beautiful it's robust,strong and incredibly well made , it has weathered some extreme weather in the last few years. It's held up to all the British weather, moreover the wind , to compliment the automated vent openers I have installed solar irrigation, to make a growing paradise, the Rhino was a investment and it has been a worthwhile investment, looking beautiful holding it's own, very much looking forward to our third growing season.

Easy to choose and order the one I wanted. Delivery takes a while but there are lots of updates and forms in the meantime. Its not an easy greenhouse to build yourself - coming from someone who has built 3 conventional ones in the past. But it is worth it all - outstanding quality. Strong and beautiful!! It has stood up to a few nasty storms so far - one year on and I love it so much!

Solid as a rock! Rhino greenhouses really are solid and well constructed. We are situated in the Scottish borders and our garden is exposed to a lot of strong winds, regularly gusting around 50 mph. Storm Eowyn in January 25 gusted at up to 70 mph and the greenhouse was fully exposed, thankfully it came to no harm. There might be an element of luck involved, but we are impressed by the strength and rigidity of the construction. Well worth the price!

I have had my Greenhouse now for a few years and its brilliant. I love it and its the envy of my family and friends. But i wanted to add some more shelving and racking, only to find that as in my previous experience with Rhino, that they don't yet deliver to Northern Ireland, which is rather a shame as NI is part of the UK.

A quality product that looks fantastic a real asset to the garden. Really really pleased with it, would recommend this to everyone.

Super webshop! Jeg har bestilt derfra flere gange. Sidst var der dog desværre en fejl på en af varene jeg modtog. Det blev lynhurtigt rettet ved at sende en ny varer samme dag.

Har handlet der nogle gange nu uden problemer. Det gik dog lidt galt sidste gang, da jeg modtog en forkert større vare. De var hurtige til at sende mig den rigtige vare sammen med en retur-pakkeseddel til den forkerte, så jeg ikke skulle vente længe. Fik oven i købet en lille lækker gave, som plaster på såret. Se, det er service og man føler sig værdsat som kunde. Kun varme anbefalinger her fra.

Imponerende! Jeg lagde turen forbi butikken, da jeg til min store overraskelse og glæde opdagede, at de havde det produkt, som jeg havde kigget på på nettet. Mange af de amerikanske, australske og canadiske produkter er ikke til at finde i Danmark (el andre lande i EU, hvor man kan handle uden toldafgifter mm). Så ja, dejligt endelig at kunne få én af de ting, jeg har haft på ønskelisten! Og så endda helt lokalt 🙌 Det var sjovt at se alle de ting i virkeligheden, som jeg har brugt så mange timer på at tjekke ud online. Den mandlige ekspedient var enormt sød og venlig. Da jeg f.eks spurgte ind til størrelsen på deres perlite - fin, mellem el grov - så åbnede han en helt ny stor pose, bare for at vise mig det. Det var virkelig pænt af ham. Jeg fik gode råd og gratis pipetter med på vejen. Jeg vil varmt anbefale at handle hos dem og ser frem til at skulle besøge butikken igen.

Ultimately I do not recommend buying anything from Brindlee. We purchased a pierce ladder truck from them and now it’s getting junked/sold for whatever the department can recoup. The truck was driven back to washington from Alabama by a paid professional driver. The driver noticed several issues / items that needed to be repaired and addressed. Our current Cheif at the time who’s since retired went back and fourth with brindlee and a local facility in attempting to get the repairs fixed and the truck in service. Roughly 9 months after the truck was in wa state we finally took possession and had in in our station. During yearly inspection of the apparatus the inspector had noted rust on the frame and the truck has failed inspection. Mechanically the truck passed with flying colors, engine and pump ops were great, ladder passed no issues. Upon taking the truck to Hughes fire in tacoma the truck has a hole in the frame behind the fuel tank notable in size. The truck was quoted at about 200,000 to fix new frame rails all parts and labor. Not including anything else that might be found. Our neighboring department bought the exact same ladder truck from brindlee currently going through the same thing rotted rusted frame. They’re spending about 350,000 to fix. Both departments spend about 175,000 on each truck. In our case we contacted brindlee a few months after it was in our station, in our possession. About 13-14 months after it had been in washington state. We were told it didn’t have any warranty it stated the day it left there lot and drove up here, and it had since expired. Brindlee took almost all of our departments money purchasing at the time the nicest truck we’ve ever had for our growing community filling with town homes apartments etc. With no help now we’re facing at least a 180,000 loss.. I will not recommend anyone to ever buy apparatus from them. They will not help you. They will no be there for your future. Just how I feel and ultimately our volunteer department suffered from it. I’ll keep this here as well… The truck never saw action on a single fire… just training in the station.

Made a purchase almost three months ago for a bolster and vinyl sanitiser. Was never advertised on the website that both products were out of stock, received an email only after payment was taken that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Called after 5 weeks, both items were still out of stock and told another two weeks and they will be in. Called after 3 more weeks and then had forgotten to send my sanitiser even though it was in stock, still no bolster. It has been almost three months and it has finally been shipped out. Zero communication unless I reached out first which is incredibly unprofessional. And to be out of stock of a product and a three month waiting period is a joke. Yes there are issues with shipping containers but no communication is unacceptable. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because staff were friendly on the phone. Probably won’t be ordering off here again after this experience.

Very poor follow up with good purchased after you pay for them. You have to ring them ( after 10 days) to find out what is happening, only to be told, your purchase order ( you already paid for) is way down the list and usually wont get to sent it out for ages. Then advised that they will put a high priority on it ( because you rang) to send it out. Not good customer service

I needed a replacement single slave door leaf to replace a badly damaged one on a double door install I did last year. We have used this company to provide their great quality steel doors for our building projects for a couple of years now. Great service and very efficient. We would recommend to everyone.

My doors took a couple of weeks to arrive because I wanted white powder coating, but the wait was worth it: they look much smarter than the tired out old wooden doors that they have replaced. DIY fitting was very straightforward and the company was helpful, answering all queries promptly. Best of all, the project cost me about £1,000 instead of the £2,700 that I'd been quoted by a local firm for fitting two similar doors.
