Big hit amongst the wedding guests!

The 9 hole mini golf course was a fantastic addition to our wedding day last week. Everything arrived the day before, and was easy to setup. When the sun came out for the afternoon of the wedding day, the course was packed with guests and was great fun for all involved. Nice and easy to dissemble the next morning, despite a few sore heads. Service was great and Anna was always on hand for any questions. Thanks so much putter fingers for making our special day even better!

Slecht te bereiken, langdurig geen reactie op mails of telefonisch contact en bijna twee weken nadat product eigenlijk bezorgd had moeten zijn hebben wij nog niets ontvangen. Het kàn natuurlijk in het bezorgproces fout zijn gegaan maar zonder track en trace kan ik dat niet zien en onbereikbaar zijn helpt niet om het probleem op te lossen.

Easy and good customer service

When you’re planning a trip it can be quite exhausting to search for travel insurance, so many companies and options, especially when you need coverage for a specific situation. Many companies only offer customer service via email, and it takes a long time to get a simple reply. I was looking to buy an insurance policy, so I called the phone number to find out which option was the most convenient for me and they quickly answered all my questions. It was super easy to purchase the policy on their website, very intuitive and clear. Let’s hope I won’t need to use the policy during my trip 🙏🏽. Tip: if you are already traveling or you already left your home country and you need an insurance you can purchase still and insurance with them.

I used this company in the last and they refused to reimburse me after I was robbed and assaulted before a flight I was meant to take. Beware all of the protection that they claim to cover as they have hundreds of exceptions so they can and will con you out of assisting you for the service you paid for. Would not reccomend to anyone.

One of my flights got cancelled and I want to book another flight in another airline, but True Traveler said they won‘t reimburse it so I said I will just let the airline rebook me to another date but I will miss some of my tours which are non-refundable. True Traveler also said they won‘t reimburse any missed tours and hotel bookings because of the rescheduled flight. I just tried to understand that it‘s their policy, I‘m just disappointed, hence my low rating. +1 star for at least answering my e-mail within 24 hrs.

Edit: I have been corresponding with truetraveller at axa-assistance.cz - claims at truetraveller.com were copied in to the original email on 3rd September. I had also called the number on your website - to say I haven’t been in contact with you at all seems, entirely incorrect? My father has been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, I had to fly home to see him. It's been a horrendous time. So far I haven't had any help from True Traveller and question what use the insurance is. After purchasing my insurance I received an email from True Traveller stating that I am covered for trip curtailment (see document Insurance Product Information Document). Tomáš, who I initially spoke and emailed with said I would be covered for the cost of economy flight tickets. After an email exchange confirming this I went on to book my tickets. Given True Traveller's assurance, I felt confident in booking the flights, only to face unexpected obstacles when it came time to file my claim. I have now temporarily resumed my travel to attend a course I had already booked and paid for, whilst my father undergoes treatment. This is an incredibly sad and stressful time for us as a family and I do hope you will escalate this matter and provide help. Otherwise, in distressing, unforeseen circumstances such as this, why bother paying for insurance? I have tried calling and emailing about this matter to no avail, if someone would be able to provide some assistance I would be happy to amend my review.

Feeling abandoned by True Traveller

After leaving the UK for an 11-month trip, my partner developed a chronic infection. We sought medical treatment and she received multiple rounds of antibiotics (all of which were ineffective), before being told by both a Japanese doctor and a UK specialist that she needed to return to the UK for treatment because Japan doesn't widely recognise this condition, does not have access to her health records, and cannot give her the treatment she needs. We appealed to True Traveller to help get her home and were told that they would not do so because the infection can be treated in Japan. This is despite us having written confirmation from two medical professionals stating that it cannot, as well as evidence from multiple rounds of ineffective antibiotics that have been prescribed here. True Traveller are treating the incident as a standard infection, which it is not. The dangers of chronic infections are well documented and, if left untreated, can result in long-term organ damage. True Traveller refuse to take this into account. What's worse is that True Traveller's 'medical team' will not take her case seriously. We keep receiving copy 'n' paste responses saying they won't recognise the claim. When we ask them reasonable questions, such as what additional costs might be covered if we have to stay in one place to receive treatment, they ignore us (as other reviewers have noted). When she left her own review on Trust Pilot, True Traveller immediately responded saying that they were only made aware of the situation yesterday. This is absolutely not true. We have been seeking medical advice since 23 October, which we have paid for ourselves. We contacted True Traveller's Emergency Medical Assistance line on 2 November asking for help so they have known about this for five days. As a result, my partner has spent the majority of our trip in Japan in bed and in substantial pain. I'm extremely concerned for both her mental and physical health, and True Traveller are showing no inclination to help us. I'm sure True Traveller will provide a prompt, comprehensive response to this comment refuting my claims. If they put as much effort into providing medical support for their clients as they do to managing their brand image, we wouldn't be in this situation. They haven't even responded to her questions about whether she needs to attend the appointment they have arranged for her and what information she needs to get from that appointment to support her claim. Between us we paid in excess of £2,200 for this policy, and paid extra to have curtailment protection added to the policy. Which True Traveller are now refusing to come good on. Avoid this company at all costs.

Leaves you stranded in medical distress

I am currently stuck in Japan with a chronic, antibiotic resistant UTI for which I have managed to arrange a specialist appointment in the UK for treatment but True Traveller are refusing to acknowledge that, after five rounds of antibiotics and being sick since at least the 20th October, I cannot be treated properly here. I have even obtained a medical note from a Japanese doctor explaining that the course of antibiotics I probably need is not available here and have been advised to return to the UK for treatment. Their responses are cut and paste, their 'medical team' does not seem to understand how dangerous an unresolved infection of this kind and back-to-back antibiotic treatments can be, and the potential long-term damage this could be doing to my bladder and kidneys. I have lost half a stone and can't eat properly. They do not fully answer my questions around what I need to do/get to qualify for curtailment (for which I paid extra to have added to the policy), or what next steps will be. They just keep telling me my 'condition can be treated in Japan'. If that were the case, why am I still ill after four appointments and five different antibiotics? TT have an office based in the UK but all of our correspondence has been funneled through the Czech Republic through medical teams who don't offer the same level of care expected from a UK company, and won't even respond to questions or requests for advice. We are now making a formal complaint and will be taking this further. We had to decide between TT and another insurance company and absolutely regret our decision as this has both ruined what should have been an 11 month trip (we are one month in) and left me sick, stranded and in chronic pain on the other side of the world. Edit: Thank you for responding - seeing as you have been ignoring my emails to the .cz address. In response, I contacted the assistance line on the 2nd. I sent them details of all my issues to date on the 4th along with a request for curtailment. I submitted my claim for all medical treatment to date yesterday - but let me be clear - I am absolutely desperate to go home and have a medical note from a Japanese doctor telling me that I should. I cannot be treated properly in Japan. I am in pain and absolutely losing my mind and this response just goes to show that they have no idea what is actually going on across their teams. Maybe if someone could contact me directly and actually tell me what I need to get to prove to you (beyond a medical report) that a chronic infection that is not going away is dangerous and terrifying, please do let me know as every request I have made has been ignored. THIS IS AN UNEXPECTED ILLNESS THAT MAY TAKE MONTHS TO RECOVER FROM - I'VE HAD THIS BEFORE. 10 years ago it took almost a year of prophylaxis antibiotics to fix and I have had confirmation Japanese doctors will not prescribe these.

l ordered your hemp seed oil bundle as shown in your shop add . ( which shows 250ml bottles of Oil ) , l received 3 bottles of capsules . Not what was shown which is alot less hemp oil. What will be done about this ??? Please correct your shopping pages or send correct products. Have been a long time customer.

How disappointing

a positive experience in plumbing work

We had a full refurbishment of our flat although when we moved in was still unfinished with workers inside. Among the rest, in addition we incurred also in a frustrating experience about plumbing, carried out late at high charges by a person (recommended by the builder). He was asked to fix (twice) a water pump under our bath. After that job was paid too, the plumber vanished after 2 failures leaving us with the water pressure problem unsolved and an unsightly mess for one year! Finally, after a few other interviews, we got in touch with Gabriele Moretti and his outstanding professional skills. He could reinstall a proper pump, get rid of the mismatching materials (plastic and copper even of inadequate diameter). And finally the marble panel was also back. He also identified water leaks, readjusted the toilet flushes wrongly fixed and without adequate water pressure, Finally readjusted also the unsightly pipes and fittings sticking out under the basins He also pointed out and fixed the serious issue of a douche fixed contravening water regulations as it represents a fluid risk category, highest of water contamination. After the above previous disappointment (in addition to others in our flat despite high charges and below the standard results), we are grateful to Gabriele, his honesty and his highly professional approach. I just recommended Gabriel after reading a Nextdoor Neighbour post seeking a competent plumber in West London and I have now come across the reviews by other customers. I endorse every single comment made about Gabriel’s work; he has done big and small jobs for me over the years, is thoroughly honest, identifies the problem and explains clearly the best and most cost-effective solution, leaving the place immaculately clean. Because of his intelligent approach to each job, the wide range of his technical knowledge, his politeness and regard for his surroundings as he works and, most of all, the results that he achieves, I can honestly say you won’t find a better plumber in London.

I have been using the services of Gabriel Moretti for over 10 years now at a couple of different companies and I have had nothing but brilliant service and a second to none level of expertise and skill. I completely recommend Gabriel Moretti for his incredibly strong work ethic coupled with his exceptionally high skill set that has meant every problem has not only had a solution, but the best and most cost effective resolution has been attained each time. I have asked Gabriel to sort out problems at my house, my partners house and also my mums house. They have also both been as thrilled as I have with the speedy and professional resolution of the problems they had. The value offered is also remarkable as you may expect to pay through the roof for this level of service, but again we are always pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. It’s rare in any trade that you find someone so dedicated and professional with such strong morals, ethics and an exceptional customer service. peace of mind with a solid professional plumber

I’ve always thought that there are two areas of work that need to be done by professionals! Electricity, and plumbing. If you cut corners (cheap) you get what you pay for. Gabriel from proheat&plumb saved me from a potential disaster at a decent price (cheaper than the previous plumbers) It’s never easy to come in and fix bad work. Gabriel who is aware of all UK protocol and standards made sure my house was safe from any potential future problems and advised me to buy a boiler that has not had any problems (touch wood), since installation 5 years ago! If you’re looking for solid, Professional, Peace of mind work then look no further than proheat&plumb! Highly recommended! .

I actually called them from Canada to help my sister. They helped to prove everything we needed to help her get child maintenance, that her ex was working under the table. Waste of Money!!!

Made contact again for a refund and asking for their complaints procedure. Their terms and conditions are commital from the instance you make payment. They say you can cancel but you are committed from the time of signing their contract as they start the investigation as soon as you put the phone down on them! This means that you lose your cancellation rights straight away. In reality, this company commits you to paying with no refund available and their ability to deliver results is very poor. Even though I challenged and asked for a response to the results I had found openly from Land Registry, no acknowledgement of this in their response to my complaint! They just keep sending me back to their terms and conditions.

Very rude people answering the phones. Called up to ask if they could help identify some people for us to do with a death of a family member. They said they cant. We asked why, in a nice way, just want to know why as we will be asking others, and no explanations given why they wont help just a very rude reply from two different people. One just hung up on us, the other was very sarcastic when we told them they should not speak to customers in that way. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not even give us their own name due to "data protection". Strange manner of dealing with customers if its a legit company.

This place is an absolute GEM!

This place is an absolute gem! I moved to the area around 6 months ago and thought it was just a regular wine shop, however, Kosh and Kiran have created something really special. It's a place where one can hang out, theres seating indoors and out, great selection of high quality products and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable owners. They host events and tastings too, but it feels like you've gone for a drink at your best mate's place! My first time here, I met so many lovely folks, its a real community hub and everybody is so welcoming. I feel so lucky to have this place as my local.

If you check their deliveroo menu, all the wine is tripled in price! This is terrible, taking advantage of people who can’t go out in these difficult times and charging them three times more. Example: T’air d’oc syrah is £9.95, this shop put £29.95 on their Deliveroo menu!!!! Decide for yourself Answer to the shop’s comment: Deliveroo doesn’t mark up the prices three times for sure. None of the restaurants or shops are 3 times more expensive than normal in Uber eats or Deliveroo.

Avoid This CRM Tool from Vyapar

This CRM tool is a complete disappointment. It was released for sale before being fully developed, and it’s riddled with bugs. It feels like they’re using customers as guinea pigs to test their software. Even a high school student could have done a better job developing it. The support team is another letdown. They promise support on Saturdays and Sundays, but in reality, they don’t work on weekends. This is especially problematic since many sales organizations have their peak business days on weekends. The concept of urgency seems lost on them. With a premature product like Neodove, they desperately need to strengthen their support team. Whenever there’s an issue, no one from the support or sales team answers your calls. We opted for a custom plan, paying a premium for “personalized support” compared to the “Neo One” scheme. It’s all a gimmick to extract more money from you. After purchasing this useless CRM tool, you won’t receive any support. I’m writing this review after giving them ample time to improve. We’ve been using their service for a month, and it’s been a nightmare. They don’t keep their promises. Their software will likely take at least two more years to be fully developed. At the moment, it’s nothing more than a high school project.

Am very happy with Launtel after lots of problems with other ISP's

Am very happy and cannot find fault! I have had a host of bad and horror experiences with other internet service providers. Sometimes the connection was okay (not brilliant but okay) but often the customer service was lacking... sometimes both were lacking. So, when my last ISP upped their prices significantly, I went spoke again to Launtel. Every time I've engaged with their customer service team, they have worked to assist me, to understand and provide assistance. The most recent contact was not actually technically their job (the connection was brilliant, I just couldn't get my laptop to work!) yet, the gentleman that assisted, like all those before, still assisted me (and it was actually an easy fix). They are not patronising, they don't get frustrated and they don't speak to you like you're an idiot! Yet neither do they only have limited knowledge, as they truly understand the product and systems required for to effectively use the internet. On one day, my neurological issues were causing me a struggle and a lovely new lady hadn't undertaken the issue I was having setting up a payment (which worked perfectly once set up by the way) and I explained that I could see she was trying to help, she hadn't done anything wrong but could she transfer me to someone who knew about this aspect of the platform. Instead of taking offense as so many others do or delaying a transfer, she said, "Yes, of course I can!" with no hint of annoyance towards me. The next lady was able to give me the instructions and it was sorted in about 3 minutes. I consistently have had excellent customer service and unlike all prior ISP's, I have had NO issues with connection speed! Given I had come from one of the "big three" telco's and they were registering speeds that meant you actually couldn't do anything (as my mother who's an IT expert said, "that's like burying a line in antarctica and expecting it to do something!"). I like how they "bill" people, it's essentially a type of prepay, however, you control your payments. Plus if you go on holiday or like me, perhaps end up in hospital, you can pause your connection and you don't pay for that day (as long as you remember to actually pause it!). Which is great because you're not paying for what you're not using. Am truly very thankful. Also note: Their business tech support is available 24/7 whereas residential is 8am-10pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. But know, often smaller providers, have the same or LESS technical support. Even Optus and Telstra are limited after approximately 8pm. They do have their app, but the assistance you'll get after these hours depends a lot on the person "assisting". So in my opinion, the support hours that Launtel offers are still brilliant and helpful. As things stand, I would highly recommend this service.

I was wrong....BIG TIME!!!

I recently wrote a review that was was 1 star for Launtel. It was written out of pure frustration due to an automated NBN response. That response was Rejecected. Reason being is that the NBN fibre is built on a passive system meaning if you already have a MAXED out connection, an new ISP cannot do an automatic connection. Hence the Rejection. So I must apologise to Launtel and all of their staff. I was WRONG in my review. To NBN, pick up your game!! To Damien, Lachie, Olivia, Alpha and Justin.I am sorry Cheers for the awesome service :-)

Honest and helpful

Launtel have been always been very honest and helpful. I connected their service to my new house prior to using it, they called me when I hadn't use the service in 3 days to make sure everything was fine and indicated that I could put the service in standby mode for a fraction of the cost. They didn't need to do this to save my money. They have a 1 time fee for a global IP that is refunded if you return the address. You can take your IP if you want to change providers. They allow you to keep old rates, if the new rates aren't cheaper. You can change your speed/cost by the day. Couldn't recommend them more.

So far, so excellent

I get 980/48 mbps so I'm very happy with them. Signup couldn't be easier and the free 7 day trial is fantastic. Even though we can change our max speed on a daily basis I don't really see the point. The slower speeds aren't that much cheaper but I guess it may be useful for someone.

Launtel Slow Speeds - Not Recommended

I've just ported to Launtel after experiencing extremely slow downloads and uploads with Telstra. This is, unfortunately, and despite all Launtel's wonderful self-promotions of how their service beats all other ISPs in Australia, simply not the case. In fact, sometimes Launtel's speeds are worse than Telstra's—if that's at all possible! I'm guessing the company just doesn't purchase enough bandwidth, and/or has no peak period overhead. It could also be throttling my service, although I'm sure they'd hotly deny both claims.    EDIT: I have this morning (17/12) received an email from Launtel blaming the NBN Co for "dragging their feet" and not completing the transition. However, this transaction is between me and Launtel (as the merchant), and not between me and the NBN Co. This excuse is used far too often by ISPs, and in fact was used several times by my previous ISP. It prompts the question as to why Launtel (and other ISPs) seem unable and/or unwilling to press the NBN Co to respond to consumer complaints such as mine. Still not good enough.

Wow….just left Mate glad l did better, service, support and speeds have been excellent. Took me all of 3 minutes to change over. Had challenge due to my technical disability, their technical guy was fantastic l am over fifty technically challenged he had me up and running within 5 minutes or actually less. Very impressed and love the flexibility to choose my speeds. Excellent bang for bucks. Will recommend family and friends. Thank you for a great service and customer experience it was refreshing.

WAY better than the big boys.

Quick easy setup, performance better than advertised, friendly & helpful (knowledgeable) staff. Really glad I switched to Launtel and my internet connection is great. I already had my own router (or launtel can sell you one) and the blck nbn box was already at the house, i was connected in just 8 minutes. You can try out different speed plans during the free 7-day trial. The different approach to billing (put credit in your account and then be charged at whatever speed you've chosen works great and is a nice bit of freedom. you're not locked in at any time and can switch to a faster tier for a day and then change back to a lower cost lower speed just as easily. Very pleased & highly recommend them :)

Stayed for over a year, excellent service

I have been with them over a year and am very happy with the service. Their customer support was always very helpful and available, the online chat enabled them to take screenshots of what I needed to do which helped considerably! The speed was always at the max of what I paid for, and any rare temp shut-downs where communicated in advance via email and where always at convenient times. Being able to quickly change the internet speed when needed was awesome too. Unfortunatally as I was only using the lowest speed, it's not efficient for the price, so I had to switch providers for a cheaper option.

Poca competenza, tanta arroganza

Da ingegnere informatico sono una persona moderata e calma essendo abituato alla programmazione ma ho un'intolleranza totale verso chi si crede più furbo del prossimo. Acquisto un TAMBURO per stampante Neverstop 1202 HP in quanto il mio lasciava segni bianchi sui fogli (diagnosticato da HP usura lamina metallica calamitata adiacente al rullo), dopo installato noto aree bianche sul foglio. Contatto l'assistenza che mi chiede quante pagine ho stampato con quel tamburo, rispondo di averne stampate 19. Mi chiedono allora se il toner è carico perché probabilmente è da caricare e vado in confusione in quanto quel tipo di tamburo ha un serbatoio interno e non dispone di toner separato. L'assistenza mi risponde dicendo "non è vero, noi vendiamo anche i toner" e mi invia il link dove di fatto non è venduto un toner ma una siringa che serve a caricare il serbatoio interno al tamburo. Sostanzialmente non sanno neanche cosa vendono. Per rendere il prodotto ho pure dovuto accollarmi le spese di spedizione che, chiaramente, in un modo o nell'altro saranno rimborsate (ho un debole per le cause civili). Ho dunque ordinato un altro tamburo dal famoso store del sig. Bezos e ho risolto. Ps la siringa di ricarica la avevo nuova a casa e il toner difettoso non consentiva la ricarica in quanto il sistema lo rilevava già carico. Tanti auguri per i vostri acquisti!

Ciao a tutti. Vorrei condividere la brutta esperienza che ho avuto con la società logistica incaricata della consegna delle merci (4 penne). Ho effettuato l'acquisto il 20 dicembre, e sul sito era indicato che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta il 23 dicembre. Tuttavia, il giorno della consegna, l'oggetto non era ancora arrivato. Sul sito del corriere BRT, la consegna è stata posticipata al 27 dicembre. Quel giorno, il corriere ha segnalato che il destinatario era assente, nonostante fossi presente a casa. Inoltre, sul sito era indicato che era stato lasciato un avviso, cosa che non è avvenuta. In pratica, il corriere non è passato né ha lasciato un avviso. Abbiamo contattato il corriere, ma non rispondeva (questo non dipende dalla società venditrice). Successivamente, abbiamo contattato la società venditrice tramite chat, ma anche loro non rispondevano. Alla fine, siamo andati alla filiale del BRT per ritirare il pacco, che fortunatamente era lì. Morale della favola: L'oggetto che ho comprato era un regalo, e non solo non è stato consegnato in tempo, ma il corriere ha anche dichiarato il falso. Inoltre, l'assistenza è risultata inesistente. Se sapete che non potete rispettare i tempi, vi consiglio di non indicarli.

Pur di non ammettere l'errore e continuando ad ignorare l'evidenza continuavano a rispondere che l'articolo è CORRETTO!!! Alla fine,come se fosse un errore mio, mi propongono di esercitare il diritto di ripensamento, senza calcolare che le spese di spedizione sono equivalenti alla somma di rimborso!!! Buongiorno, acquisto set TONER HP , ìl 12 luglio per importo pari a €40,68, segnalo il 22 ottobre il malfunzionamento del TONER NERO , mi invitano a fare delle prove , ma il risultato non cambia ( scannerizzo prove malfunzionameto e le allego all'email) IL 24 ottobre mi rispondono di fare il reso, attivo pratica e mi rispondono: chiedo di spedirmi toner uguale in sostituzione del difettoso, dicono che non lo possono fare e mi propongono: "se per lei va bene vorremmo farle un buono sconto pari al valore del toner senza farle rispedire il toner in reso" accetto, ma NON mi emettono BUONO , ma rimborso tramite paypal che ricevero' il 28 ottobre !!! ASSURDO !!! e'un prodotto difettoso !! non rimborsano spese di spedizione !!! NON ACQUISTATE!!! Non potendo rispondere al commento di punto rigenera scrivi qui : Io non ho rifiutato niente !!!!! Scorretti: rifiutano di sostituire due toner non funzionanti (errore di compatibilità nonostante la mia stampante sia indicata come compatibile) perché passato più di un anno. Scaricano la colpa sul cliente dicendo che ha aggiornato la stampante, cosa non fatta. Costano poco ma possono dare problemi. Se volete beneficare dei prezzi oggettivamente buoni acquistate solo un toner alla volta (quando la stampante vi da il messaggio inchiostro scarso ordinate il toner) e sempre col toner buono di scorta.

Told the Motor office I was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander, specifically with a 360' camera and a panoramic sun roof and ideally a Black one and wanted to finance it. A week later the Motor office managed to find the exact colour with exact same spec I needed with the vehicle. The colour was better than I expected although it was black, it was a metallic finish that glows in the sun was a cherry on top ! The vehicle was spotless and shiny. Condition was good as Brand-new although the mileage was just close to 80,000. I had not financed any vehicles before, a week after my enquiry to them, I am driving a Mitsubishi Outlander now and it was just what I needed! Top Service and highly experienced ! Highly Recommend their service! We wish you great success at this top level of service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
