Umrah was ruined by Thier incompetence
I regret to say that my Umrah experience with Mina Tours/Travel Premier was far from satisfactory. Writing this review is something I never wanted to do, but I feel compelled to warn others about the challenges I faced. Umrah is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, including myself, and it should be a spiritually uplifting and smooth journey. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Mina Tours/Travel Premier. From the very beginning, communication was poor. I had made a specific request regarding plane seats, which I was assured had been arranged. However, upon checking, I found this wasn’t done, and I had to sort it out myself and pay for it. Things went from bad to worse when I arrived in Makkah, only to discover that my hotel booking had been canceled without my knowledge. This forced me to pay for my own accommodation on the spot, which, as you can imagine, is extremely expensive in Makkah. A significant portion of my spending money, which I had carefully budgeted, was used to cover this unexpected cost. I was promised a refund within 5-7 days, but over a month later, I am still waiting. Multiple promised refund dates have come and gone with nothing in my account. After sending numerous emails and being ignored, I was forced to threaten to go public to even get a response. When they did respond, it was just excuse after excuse, leaving me feeling helpless and disappointed. This ordeal put a damper on what should have been one of the most spiritually enriching moments of my life. Instead of focusing on my ibadah (worship), I was stressed about my financial situation and forced to go through the rest of my Umrah on a significantly reduced budget. The individuals involved in this disappointing experience were Abbas, Sheryar Majid (Director), and Noman Javed (Accounts Manager). I mention their names not out of malice but in the hope of encouraging accountability and transparency. Umrah is a sacred journey, and no one should have to go through what I did. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Mina Tours/Travel Premier. This is not the level of professionalism or care you should expect for such a significant and once-in-a-lifetime spiritual trip.

Exceptional Umrah Company
Mina Tours arranged Umrah for me and my family. We were a group of 8. All things were arranged superbly and on point. The staff are super helpful with everything and I would really recommend their services to anyone travelling for Umrah

Decieving and scammers
So i booked an umrah with these last year in january 2023 for December 2023. I was paying in installments. I was told by the staff that once 60% of installments have been paid, i will recieve my flight tickets. I had paid 60% and requested my flight ticket from them. They responded by saying i have to pay all the balance before they can do this ( they lied to me about 60% then get my tickets). So i paid in full and waited for them to send my tickets. Waiting for a few days and no ticket for me. I was then called by them and was told that my flight tickets have been taken and i would need to buy an upgraded ticket which i would have to pay extra for and i wil recieve my ticket in 2days.. i paid that... No tickets were given to me.. also at the start of my deal, i was told i would be in 5* and 4* hotel. When they sent me the hotel evoucher, it was a 2* and 3* hotel ( trying to cheat me). I had requested my refund in November 2023 because no flight tickets were given out to me even though i paid extra.. it is now the end of January 2024 and i am still waiting for my refund. I had sent numerous emails to the accounts team who deal with refunds. Only recieved 1 email out of 10 i sent. No updates regarding my refund, only told me they will process it once ready. I will wait for my refund right now because Allah has given me patience..

Mr Sheryar Majid is a legend!!! Absolutely beautiful service made sure my family’s umrah package was sorted and left no stone unturned. I have used a few different companies in the past to book umrah and they were good but Mina Tours is a Rolls Royce compared to the other companies in the UK. He made sure everything was perfect really appreciate the service which was provided will use this company in sha allah in he future again 💯

My name is Naeem Azhar and I paid £420 for Umra package for two adults and one child Mr Hashim deal with me 26 Feb 2020 and i paid this money for umra unfortunately covid case start in UK just before they applied for my umra I hand over our passport to another Somalian Muslim guy but embassies got shut down due to covid I call them to refund my money as they even didn't apply for our visas so it should be pretty straight forward but till now they have,t gave my money back or give me any voucher to apply again I been trying to call them on there mobile and the company number which is advertise on website but they are not picking up the phone at all I was waiting for there respond very passionately but now I am going to relevant authorities because this is unfair with innocent customers who paying for umra or hajj and getting this unnecessary stress. I would like to see response from Mina Tour's on my mobile number or give me any number to call

polly Drop links for My car few weeks ago finally got them Installed today by a mechanic at first He said they are too big never seen anything like this before then I explained try them first see if they fit started sayying they won't fit wrong links for car I said no they are not it's for the Right car I said once it tights they will compress and they did. But the only problem I gave know os cab hear abit of clunking noise know I did tell him too loose the bolt and re- position them still can hear abit of clunking don't understand how to get rid of this noise it is annoying to be honest. Please let me know how to get rid of this noise much appreciated. Apart from that handling is better know.

Great Product but lacking in timely service
The product was great when it arrived, however, there was a lack of communication in when and where the product was currently at, as the order was placed and I did not receive any other confirmation when it was going to be shipped or estimate. Took a couple of weeks to get an initial response then finally another response to confirm it has now been shipped along with shipping number.

Couldn't be better
Bought one of their quick shifter linkage adapers, couldn't have been happier, top communication and helpfulness from Aidan, product is fantastic quality and does a brilliant job. Definately recommend Hypersport, I'll definately be back! Maybe some gorgeous Enkei wheels next time!

Unprofessional. 2 and a half years after contacting them, they would ask for forms that was already sent. Then I was told they would have to wait for a “test case” result. No communication from them. I doubt they even submitted my support claim to the court. I would avoid if given a second chance.

Small claim very well handled by Fairplane
I had a small claim against BA regarding a cancelled flight which they rejected. Having found Fairplane through the internet they handled my claim. Because of delays in the court system (nothing to do with Fairplane and of which as a litigation lawyer myself I am only too well aware) it took 3 years to conclude (!) but I was successful. I found Fairplane very impressive in keeping me informed and being persistent in pursuing the claim. Their fee at 25% of the recovery was extraordinarily reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them. Don't go anywhere else if you have a claim of this sort.

Flawless experience
My claim for an unexpected cancelled flight with no reasons was declined directly by EasyJet but Fairplane thought I did have a case. I have to say they've provided excellent service. The claim has taken two years to process due to EasyJet’s stubbornness and Covid, but thanks to Fairplane I haven’t had to lift a finger. They’ve kept me fully informed the entire time at any new development, set expectations from the very beginning including costs if the claim was successful so I knew how much I’d be getting if I did win. Lo and behold, I’ve finally got my money all thanks to Fairplane. Well worth the fee, they deserve it. I shall be recommending Fairplane to others in the future.

Contacted these people about three years ago. Still nothing apart from the same copy and pasted emails about waiting for the courts. I know that a similar case with EasyJet was found in favour of the airline at the court of appeal some eighteen months ago. Rubbish service.

475/5000 They waited over 3 years to tell me "We have looked into your flight and unfortunately due to the circumstances, we will not be able to make a claim for you on this occasion." I wrote to them many times that I wanted to hand over the case to a more competent company, and they told me that if I did it, they would charge me with the costs. The case was simple because it was about a 4-hour flight delay due to air conditioning problems. Now, after 3 years, it's too late !! They are useless !!!!

This is a real review. Ordered 4 books Part of a buy3 get one free. Received books and one of the books wasn't the ones I ordered. Which, I am understanding of, mistakes happen. But for several days now, I have not gotten a response back after I've inquired about this matter. No response, nothing. That...is unacceptable.

No Refunds
I accidently purchased the wrong book. I requested it to be cancelled on the same day I placed the order. Actually, within the same hour. I requested on the order page AND sent a separate email to support through the customer portal. The only response I received was the next day and it simply said, "Order has been processed". I immediately replied to that email requesting clarification and if a refund has been processed. I never got a reply back but I did receive a "Customer Satisfaction" email that day as if the ticket had been closed. The following day I replied to the email again requesting confirmation that the order has been cancelled and a refund issued. No reply. A couple days later, I put in another message through the customer portal about this issue. No reply. And then two days after that, I received an email saying the order has been shipped. A couple days after that, I receive another Customer Satisfaction email. And now, days later, here I am with still no reply, no refund, and supposedly a book I don't want on the way :(

I ordered a book through Abesbooks which shipped from SecondSale. The moment I ordered, I noticed I ordered a hardback instead of soft back. I immediately contacted SecondSale to cancel that order and refund the charge. They said they would. Never happened. I contacted them again a couple weeks later and they said they would re-refund the charge. Now, over a month later, nothing. I contacted Abe's and, through their site, again requested a refund. No response at all. So, if you order something and you change your mind, do not expect any refund for you. Therefore, I can say, no customer service. Be sure of your order because there is no chance of a refund, in my experience. Be ware!

BUYER BEWARE
On October 14, 2024 I contacted SecondSale telling them I had received 2 novels instead of two copies of a particular book I had ordered. I wrote asking how this could be fixed, I wanted the 2 I had ordered and I needed to get the wrong books back to them. On the 15th they emailed saying, "If you would like to keep the item - please reply indicating you would like a 20% credit back to your original form of payment due to not meeting expectations. OR if you would like to return the item, for a full refund, please let us know." I emailed back, "I want a refund so I can buy the 2 books I originally ordered of Carmen Renee Berry’s. I don’t read novels. So, how do I get these 2 books back to you? And, do you not have her Loving Yourself as Your Neighbor?" I emailed again on the 22nd AND the 29th. No response back. So, I'm stuck with books I don't want and have been beat out of the money I paid for books I didn't get. BUYER BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND... SPREAD THE WORD!

I placed an order during their buy 3 get 1 free sale. I received 3 of the 4 books. The 3 I received were sent in a timely manner. I emailed 3 different times over a 2 to 3 week period and have yet to receive a response. I would prefer to have the book but would have taken money back but I have neither. I will not be using nor recommending them unfortunately.

Very poor customer service. I messaged three times regarding a missing book that was not included with the three other books I ordered at the same time, no response and out the book and the money. Other orders included books described as very good or good that are not even in acceptable condition. I believe they pull any book off their shelf and not the copy condition that was ordered. I will NEVER purchase another book from this company.

Received a soft cover book that fell apart from the spine - Handmade Christmas: The Best of Martha Stewart Living - Paperback. And this book was labeled as Very Good. Very misleading and I now have a useless book in 3 sections detached from the spine. Very disappointed and will not be ordering any more books from this place.

A heads up if you’re considering…
A heads up if you’re considering purchasing from Solent Beds. We have purchased from them before and had quality issues addressed quickly and without fuss but not on this occasion. We purchased an extendable table and four chairs. They arrived and were assembled by Solent Beds but it was immediately obvious that the table was faulty. It was only supplied with two of its four feet and one side of the top was warped so that in places it stood proud of the other leaf. When the table was extended it this was even more apparent. It was not possible to adjust the top and despite what Solent Beds suggested the missing feet were not the problem, it was a poorly manufactured sintered stone top. The fitter agreed saying it wasn’t acceptable took photographs and we rejected the table. We then had telephone ping pong with customer services who had to keep referring back to their manager for decisions. Eventually we were told that they would only refund the table or replace it, if we accepted a refund it would only be for the table and not for the chairs, despite the fact that they were part of the original order. It was agreed that the table was poorly manufactured. We like design but because we could not get a refund on the chairs suggested replacing the table with the fixed top version, reducing the likelihood of receiving another defective top as the top would be one piece. They would do this but unbelievably would withhold £100 of our refund as a ‘re selection admin charge’. We asked the question - what was to stop us getting the refund for the defective table one day and returning the following day to order the fixed version thereby saving £100 ? Their answer - nothing stopping us. Solent Beds supplied us with a defective poorly manufactured table, we reasonably asked them to replace it with the fixed version, negating the possibility of being supplied with another defective table. Solent Beds think it acceptable to charge £100 to re order a replacement for defective goods and despite the chairs being ordered with the table won’t refund them. To charge £100 to cover the administration for ordering an alternative for goods that they supplied in a defective condition and refusing to refund items purchased to complement the defective item is an extremely poor policy and clearly indicative of this companies true attitude towards its customers.

The staff at Solent Beds could not have been more helpful when I went to choose a Sofa and chair. A couple of days after I chose the fabric for the accent chair I changed my mind and went back to the store to see what my options were. The salesperson went above & beyond to change my order. I could not have asked for better service from all of the staff at Solent Beds including the delivery drivers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Broken promises
Ordered single bed, delivery expected within a week. Eventually took 4 weeks. Three phone calls to give updates were promised, but none materialised. When arranging final payment a receipt was requested. Promised one via email within 5 minutes, after 4 days still nothing. Found that once a sale was made there was little interest in customer's needs.

We went to the store in Newport and we were looking for a 2 seater couch. We chose one that we liked and there was a special that was being run. If you chose the electronic recliner you would get the head support free. We did get 2 quotes, one with that special and another with the lumber support. When we went back to finalise we had decided that we did not want to pay the extra fro the lumber support as that was £500 extra. The sales person took the quotes so that he could draw up the invoice as he said he needed to see what had been agreed to, we did not get the quotes back. When he asked us to sign the invoice we asked where it mentioned the head support, we were told that because it was the special it would get done automatically. Yes being trusting we believed this. When the couch arrived it did not have the head support, I called immediately and spoke to another sales person as the one we dealt with was away. He confirmed that this could have been an option previously but now you either get the head and lumbar together or just the recliner. We went to the store the next day and confronted the sales person, he said that is not what he had said and we were confused. He said we had upgraded from the manual to the electronic recliner and that is what we had. He referred to the invoice we had signed and was really aggressive. I was obviously angry as we had allowed ourselves to be hoodwinked. The manager and sales person refused to give us copies of the quotes we had been given previously and basically we were forced out the store after being threatened that they would call the police. The manager called later that day and they had listened to the recording of the phone call, obviously did not believe what we were saying, he initially indicating that it is what the other sales person had said when i called to complain but then changed to say he may have been talking about another unit. I knew i was not going to get anywhere after he also became aggressive on the phone and confirmed that he was not prepared to do anything to deal with this problem. Do not trust what is said, make sure you get everything in writing and make sure it details everything otherwise you have nothing and they will deny everything.

I've just been to your Lake store and whilst the service was good I could not access the upstairs as their is no lift and I am disabled. I was told to go to Newport which is all on one level but has no parking so that's not much good. Also they do not do a disposal service, all I was given was a telephone number for someone who would take my old furniture away which is not very helpful as it would cost quite a bit on top of the price of the furniture I would like to buy. All in all quite a disappointing service

Jeg bestilte for ca. 250 kr. og det meste af det blev smidt ud samme dag som vi hentede slikket. Leveringen var super hurtig, og det er så også det eneste som trækker dem op. Vi havde udelukkende bestilt “kendte favoritter” til lidt hygge herhjemme, men meget af slikket var helt hårdt at bide i - ikke som når vi køber hos andre bland-selv slikbutikker.. stor skuffelse for hele familien

Amazingly smooth, no fuss
I used Seven Seas to move from the Bay Area to Singapore. I had about 20 small and 20 large boxes to move, and used Seven Sea's Large MoveCube. The quote was straightforward. As I paid for their boxes, they dropped off the boxes on time and clearly explained what would happen on the move date itself. They texted me the day before moving day to confirm the time window, and they came right in that window (giving me a call 30-min beforehand as well). After that, they gave me semi-regular updates on my shipment through their platform and emails, about once in 2 weeks. When it arrived, I arranged for the pick-up and paid a little extra to get them to help me move my boxes from the MoveCube to my apartment on the 10th storey. Again, it was fuss-free, with a confirmation text the day before, a call 30-min beforehand, and arriving exactly within the stated window. The two movers who came helped to open the MoveCube and move everything to my apartment in 30 min. Boxes looked like they were in good shape, and while I haven't opened all the boxes, the items in the few boxes that I did open were in good condition, as I had packed them. The boxes arrived in Singapore after just over 2 months, which is on the earlier end of their 60-90 days delivery guarantee to me. Would highly recommend.

Miscommunication
Moved our household stuff from The UK to Australia. I will give 2 stars because although we generally had a pleasant experience overall. There was a miscommunication we had with Australia Team. Our stuff arrived at depot in Melbourne. We live in regional Victoria (around 2-3 hours) drive to Melbourne. When I spoke with the staff on the phone, they said they do not deliver to the regional areas. Thus we do not have a choice but to take a train down to Melbourne and hire a transport truck ourselves. On the day of pick up at the depot, one of the Seven seas staff said they do DELIVER to regional areas! Seems the system is not centralised? or the staff who I spoke to on the phone did not know about the delivery options. Hope Seven Seas visit revisit their delivery rules and/or do more trainings to staff as it look like some staff were not aware of their policies/guidelines..etc **EDITED** (I couldn’t see a reply button) Seven Seas replied: “Thank you Hannah for confirming your Job Reference. You chose our MoveCube service, Door to Depot, from the UK to Australia. You were quoted online and accepted that quote. The service requires the collection of your shipment from our depot in Melbourne. The service is not to the door of your Australian address. We apologise unreservedly for the comments of someone in our depot but this is the only service we offer for the addresses that you entered.” MY REPLY: When I was quoted online, ofcourse I accepted the fact that we need to sort out the delivery ourselves as we thought you do not have delivery service. Come pick-up day, we actually cancelled our depot pick up when we went there in the depot in Melbourne. Seven Seas depot staff quoted us a delivery fee to our Australian address on that day (because they said they do deliver to our address). 3 days later, our stuff was delivered. That was actually amazing! However, so how will you explain that the service is not to the door of my Australian address? It was delivered! ________________ ***UPDATE*** Seven Seven said: UPDATE, great news, we are really pleased we could help you but this is something our team did to assist you on the day. MY REPLY: You mentioned “this is something our team did to assist you on the day”.. How I wish this was disclosed when I spoke to one of the staff on the phone as we would have opted for the delivery service straightaway (saves so much time, money and effort!) instead of arranging a very pricey private transport vehicle previously. We wouldn’t have also presented ourselves and traveled down to the Melbourne as we have no car yet. Anyway, thank you!

My experience with Medics Pro has been a positive one ever since I joined in 2020. The team are fantastic and whoever I communicate with whenever I contact the main office during the day and on weekdays or the out of hours team at night and on weekends is always willing and ready to help. My consultant Amelia Grocock has been good to me. She is approachable, friendly and efficient. I remember having difficulty obtaining accommodation when I first arrived in Wales. Amelia’s helpful actions throughout my house hunting journey gave me peace of mind and reassurance that I was not alone. Amelia demonstrates good active listening when I converse with her. She is calm, reliable, knowledgeable and diligent. She is also alert as she usually anticipates events before they occur. During the period when I am yet to be booked for a shift, Amelia encourages me, remains hopeful and is optimistic that a shift will become available - which usually ends up being the case! Amelia is also actively on the look out for new opportunities for me. Her actions demonstrate that she has my best interest at heart. When I work on a ward for the first time, Amelia would call to check on me after the shift is over. On the few occasions I have encountered difficulties on some wards, Amelia has been supportive. Throughout these incidents, Amelia demonstrated empathy, was non judgemental and was quick to do whatever she could from her end to ensure the issues I faced got resolved. The pleasant experience I’ve had working with Amelia is not reserved for me alone. Having listened to the various testimonies from other nurses who Amelia represents, their experiences working with her mirror and sometimes exceeded mine. A recurring trait from each account i listened to was how each nurse felt Amelia was dedicated and gave her all to them. They felt that she genuinely cares about their welfare and wellbeing and I also echo this sentiment. So overall, I can hand on heart boldly say it has been an extreme pleasure working with Amelia and long may it continue!

Lack of Support for Employee and Payment Delays
I've been working as a locum radiographer at Medics Pro since 2023. While the job itself is okay, I've had problems with the company. They don't support employees trying to get new jobs. Despite doing my job well, they refused to give me a reference for my new position. Payments are also an issue. I've experienced delays in getting paid and have had to follow up multiple times to receive my money. This has caused a lot of stress and financial problems.

I have worked with a few agencies over the years and I must say that none compares to MedicsPro in my experience. From the signup process, Billy in compliance was extremely helpful, going over and beyond to get me integrated. My current consultant, Amelia Grocock, is by far the most friendly and supportive I’ve had in all my years of working as an agency staff. She’s very approachable and extremely professional. Other members of staff are equally exceptional in their own rights, showing professionalism and mastery of their domain. Worthy of note is Lucy McCarthy who coordinates a package I currently work on and does a fantastic job. There are other great things about MedicsPro like the mobile app that lets you update your availability seamlessly and on the go; their out of hours staffing and enticing rates. But over and above, it’s the feeling of belonging that you get that makes them exceptional and that’s all thanks to the wonderful staff. Thanks guys.

Der Inhaber versucht stets wünsche zu erfüllen und verfügt über das know how Anfänger bzw. Neulinge im TCG zu beraten und weiterzuhelfen. Er gibt sein bestes den Shop, der erst weniger als 1 Jahr existiert, auszubauen und immer mehr Produkte zu fairen Preisen anzubieten. In der WhatsApp Community Gruppe (Link im Onlineshop) bekommt man laufend die neuesten Infos, Ankündigungen etc. Im Laden trifft man regelmäßig neue nette Leute die das gleiche Hobby teilen, sodass die Zeit wie im Fluge vergeht. Worst landlady I've dealt with.
House wasn't ready for keys to be collected on date promised. Landlady changed her mind about not wanting a bond. She got a hefty bond - alongside a guarantor. Mould and damp throughout the house but worse in downstairs toilet as it appears it's a converted outer house. I paid a friend about £500 to help decorate throughout, just to brighten the place up a bit, he filled in the cracks in the ceiling in kitchen and living room, but the mould & damp just kept coming through and opening the holes again. Front wall crumbling down - badly, which doesn't help with the damp and mould. Staircase carpet and upstairs carpets need replacing (filthy and a hole in the stairway) - not caused by me. Gas cut off and condemned on 23rd December 2024. Landlady was taken to court so she's evicted me. I've had nowhere to wash, wash my clothes, cook and no heating since December 23rd, so I moved out on 12th February 2025. Many times I've stayed home expecting somebody to come out to replace a boiler, or the other issues I've previously had and people usually don't show. Not the best landlady and the estate agents can only do so much.

ESTAFA! CUIDADO, ES UNA ESTAFA! entras en la página, pones las fechas y no te dicen nada sino que pone el formulario para registrar la reserva. Te piden lo normal de todas las paginas, nombres, nº de tarjeta y cuando das reservar, te salta un aviso que pone "En menos de 24 horas te avisaremos si tenemos disponibilidad en esas fechas". Nunca te contactan y te quitan un euro del banco. Y como por un euro nadie reclama, se estarán forrando a nuestra costa.

Los viajeros que han llegado a mi hogar son personas amables y respetuosas, sin haber tenido ningún problema de ningún tipo. Disappointing for sure!
UPDATE: They contacted me finally on Thursday saying they no longer had the item in stock (the item was still in stock when I emailed, they waited to reply until the day after they sold out) & offered me either a 15% refund of the item price or I could return it. I said I wanted to return it that same day & since haven't heard anything back. It's been 6 days now!! Absolutely ridiculous I had nothing but good experiences with this boutique...at first. I recently found a small stain on one of the tshirts I purchased when I went to wear it for the first time. I emailed them on Sunday...still nothing today (Wednesday). Totally disappointed since they have super cute clothes & I was likely to keep ordering from them until this.

UPDATE: **I just receive a personal phone call from the new owner apologizing for the inconvenience and lack of communication. She also emailed me a gift card which was very above and beyond. I was completely shocked and it totally showed me how they care about their online customers. I have been an online shopper of theirs for awhile. I absolutely love their clothing and when we drove through their area on our vacation last summer I had to stop in and see the store in person. That being said, if you online shop be aware that they may run out of an item you purchased and just remove it from your cart. This has happened twice to me. I end up getting an email saying I’m refunded with no apology for the inconvenience or a discount code. Just an email saying I have been refunded. This was upsetting as I needed a skirt for an upcoming event, received an email saying they shipped my order (skirt included), and then received another email saying the skirt was refunded. No explanation that they ran out or apology. They also are very hard to get ahold of when I tried to clear up the situation. Love the cloths but the online customer service isn’t great.

But the best amenity is not listed in the description - the management. We’ve rented holiday apartments in a number of countries over a long period of time. The apartments were comfortable and provided all the necessary supplies and equipment. We always appreciate the reasonably priced and convenient taxi service to and from the airport as well. We will most definitely book with them again.

Great Selection of Accommodations and Customer Service
We have used Home From Home twice during trips to London and both times received outstanding service from their office. They were quick to respond to questions regarding our different choices of places to stay and also arranged for pickup from Heathrow for us. During our stays, whenever an issue came up they were there to respond to it. It was a pleasure dealing with their customer service than with one of the big “giants“ of Airbnb or VRBO who had horrible customer service. Will definitely use them again on a return visit to the UK.

I have rented from HFH twice in London…
I have rented from HFH twice in London and both times I found them helpful, friendly and competent. The flats were as described , were clean and well kept and the pickup at the airport was a plus. I travel to London regularly and plan to us them always.

A lovely stay
I have rented my away home for my vacation from Home from Home at least 10 years every November/December. I truly recommend their business. The houses are very comfortable and always have all you need.The staff assist you at any time and anything you need. Sandra is very careful about everything.

Quick & Simple Emergency Loan
I was quickly approved for enough to cover my dogs emergency medical visit. Had several months to pay off loan with no interest. However, if you don't pay off loan in the scheduled time frame, you'll be charged for all interest. They do tell you how long you have to pay it off.

Had a great experience. No problem getting the help I needed. Only issue was trying add a new payment method. You have to go on your laptop or desktop computer to do that. No big issue and I would highly recommend ScratchPay to others.

Very predatory
Very predatory. My husband asked for a $4K loan and was given $5K (we did not want 5). You get 6 months interest free if you set up autopay upon signing up, but it set you up for 12 month repayment without being clear about it. If you don't double check it you will not repay the loan back in time and be hit with interest fees. You also cannot adjust the payment schedule, so now we have to go in manually every month to pay off more to make sure we don't hit the 6 month mark. It is one thing to have fine print but a whole other to trick someone into owing interest due to your autopayment schedule which sets people up to fail.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish We recently took out a new policy, and Charlotte Clifton handled everything. The level of service was exceptional from the very beginning, and based on this experience, we look forward to working with her for many years to come. In all my years dealing with insurance, I've never received such fantastic service. Other brokers had quoted between £18k and £13k for fleet vehicle insurance, but I declined. Avoid like the plague!
A pathetic, embarrassing and vile insurance company who use their replies to deflect from who and what they are. If you’re looking for an immoral, criminal and crooked insurance broker, Motum Insurance Services are the one for you. No doubt some nonsensical and pathetic response will come from Motum on here, but I implore you all to ignore it and stay away from them like the plague! I explored new insurance options and received a cheaper quote from Motum Insurance Services after they called me randomly as a 3rd party. After reluctantly paying a deposit (because that’s what the Account Executive wanted), they later informed me of an undeclared claim against us that I was unaware of. To avoid complications, I decided to stay with my current insurer and requested that Motum did not proceed and that the new policy was not to be incepted. In turn, I also requested that my deposit be refunded. Despite this, Motum threatened cancellation fees and ultimately, 12 days later, refused to refund my £605.15 deposit. They also allowed Aviva to proceed in starting the insurance when explicitly advised not to and charge an additional £548.78 as a monthly payment for a policy that should never have been live. Despite promises to resolve the issue, Motum has not refunded any of the payments. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, Motum's staff were extremely unhelpful and insisted they could keep the money. The member of staff who I was transferred over to was presented as a Director of the business and quite successfully goaded me into losing my cool over the entire situation on the phone upon being advised that they will not be refunding me. He refused to answer whether the policy had incepted or not and stood by that it’s their money now and it will not be refunded, but I’m more than welcome to complain. Knowing how much the loss of £605.15 for absolutely nothing impacts things, I lost my temper and hung up the phone. I sought out one of the Directors and subsequently put Motum Insurance Services on 7 working days notice to refund the money being illegally held by themselves, or I will proceed with legal action as well as providing honest reviews about their thievery and disgraceful business practices. The Director I contacted responded to my email advising that following FCA guidelines, Motum have up to 8 weeks to perform an investigation and respond with their decision. If I had become a customer of Motum and the policy had officially incepted then yes, of course, the policy would be protected via FCA guidelines and an investigation would be required. However, as stated above, I have NEVER become a customer of this firm and the policy was NEVER incepted. After taking advice from a contact of mine at the FCA as well as legal advice, it has been made clear that Motum have zero grounds to withhold the deposit money as the policy was never incepted and ultimately, I never became a customer of theirs. Legal proceedings will now be commencing against Motum Insurance Services and even though my warnings were fair and just, it’s quite clear that their desire to punish me for deciding not to become their customer seems to outweigh them doing the morally and legally correct thing and putting an end to this matter once and for all. I am now down a total of £1,153.93. I have never had such an abysmal, stressful and mentally draining experience with an insurance broker in my life and if I’m able to stop at least one person from going anywhere near them then I’ve done my job with this review!
