My 12 almost 13 year old son who was taking pictures of the toy cars. a man behind the counter with a train track in front of him told my son to stop "playing" with the cars when all he was doing was opening the doors to take pictures of them. Now I see why I hardly ever see other children in there.

ReplaceDirect hier moet je dus zeker niet zijn voor een goed product laat staan voor een betrouwbare service !!🤬 Ik bestelde er voor mijn laptop een nieuwe batterij, deze was bij aankomst slechts voor 15% geladen wat abnormaal laag is voor een nieuwe accu. Ook bleek ze helemaal niet te laden in het toestel, wat de oude batterij nog wel doet. Na contact op te nemen met @replace direct moest ik ze retourneren en men zou een andere opsturen. Stout als ik ben had ik de defecte batterij gemarkeerd. Vandaag is dus mijn “defecte gemerkte batterij “ gewoon terug aangekomen. ReplaceDirect shame on you!!!

De accu van mijn laptop had het in februari begeven. Ik bestelde hier een nieuwe. Die werd snel geleverd. Maar de accu bleek defect te zijn. De installateur kon enkel vaststellen dat hij niet laadde. Ik heb de accu terug gezonden en in plaats van een vervanging, mijn geld terug gekregen. Ik bestelde dan op 7 maart deze accu opnieuw. Ondertussen was hij opgeslagen. De levering zou rond 2 april zijn. Dan werd het 16 april en op 14 april kreeg ik kortsluiting door de defecte accu. De leveringstijd voor de accu staat nu op onbepaald en de prijs is nog eens met meer dan 10 euro opgeslagen. Ik heb mijn geld terug gevraagd en hoop nu mijn geld terug te krijgen.

Vreemd, tevreden geweest over replacedirect, maar de laatste weken lijkt t grondig fout te lopen. In november batterij besteld voor laptop, bleek niet te werken, support gekregen, blijbaar ging t wel degelijk om het juiste type batterij voor de laptop maar werkte toch niet. Geen probleem, mogelijks defect exemplaar volgens replacedirect. Terugsturen en refund, alles vlot verlopen. Daarna opnieuw accu besteld, en ja hoor, zelfde probleem. Opnieuw aanvraag voor retour gedaan, maar deze loopt t duidelijk fout. Geen retourlabel ontvangen en ook geen enkele reactie meer op m'n mails. Telefonisch ook niemand te bereiken. Is hier meer aan de hand?? !!!Update!!!! 1 dag later en retourlabel ontvangen

Ik kocht een accu voor mijn laptop. Na anderhalve maand werkte deze niet meer. De Retour van de accu zou snel verlopen, maar nooit retourlabel ontvangen. Van de beloofde snelle afhandeling kwam niks in huis. Telefonisch is het bedrijf niet bereikbaar! Ook via hun contactformulier geen antwoord. Zeer ontgoochelend en frustrerend in tijden van Corona waarbij ik online moet lesgeven!!!

De extensie ‘.be’ is zeer misleidend. Jullie zijn immers Nederlanders en geen Belgen. De omschrijving van de lader die ik heb gekocht was ook bedrieglijk. WOW WOW WOW!! What superb frames Addison Ross have. We bought a few silver (plated) ones and a stunning wood frame for a friend. So impressed with the speed of delivery (from UK to Australia), quality of products, presentation and price, that on Wednesday 19th February 2035 we ordered another 4 silver plated frames and yet another wooden one for another friends birthday. They arrived this morning by DHL - in two days!! Addison Ross also offer free addition of photos in frames purchased and gift messages. Their packaging is truly beautiful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Be careful with your health. I have three pepper/salt mills from this company. I have now realised that they have serious material defects that may be hazardous to health. But the company only wants to refund me the price of one mill, as I didn't buy the others from them. Presumably thousands of grinders are affected

Jeg kontaktede the wallcompany fordi jeg havde en ide til en wallsticker, de var meget hjælpsomme, søde og blev ved indtil den var som jeg ville have den skulle være.

I am extremely pleased with my choice of Penguin Publishers to assist with publication of my book. The editing of early chapters is in process, but largely completed, as is the cover art. I am still writing, though the chapters remaining are of the "what are they doing now" variety, and so, easily done. The process has been guided, at Penguin, by Lucas Parez. Lucas is very personable and responsive, and has demonstrated an impressive ability to co-ordinate the efforts of his graphics' design and editorial people, and deliver a given item to me quickly and "seamlessly." I'm looking forward to working with, and being guided by, Lucas, as we enter the promotional phase. I am a native New Englander, who grew up eating his meat first, then his potatoes, and lastly his vegetables - seriously, that's how I was taught! With the help of Lucas, I have come to realize that production and promotion are inextricably linked, as were the meat and potatoes on my plate in Vermont. In addition to being a first-time author, I am also a slow learner, though I know a lot more about publishing than I did before I met Lucas.

Penquin Publishers is OUTSTANDING! I deeply regard not signing up with them earlier. Having checked out at least 6 different publishing firms and prices, Penquin clearly knocked it out of the park! Their pricing was very competitive, and boy did they differ on the product! Chris Reed is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. My only criticism would be their broken English is sometimes hard to understand, but I used that to my advantage by listening intently with patience, for this man is a man of his word. I have several more books to have published and prayed to God for a course to follow and that course led me to Penquin Publishing.

Danny Brown is the quintessential Product Manager. He is so responsive. If I have a question, he always gets back to me quickly, most times it's well within an hour of my inquiry that I get an answer from him. Danny is a true professional. He is polite and attentive to my needs. He made me feel at ease throughout every step of the publishing process. What's more, Danny expertly translates my comments to his entire team, and they in turn, respond to meet my requests in a timely manner. Danny Brown made my first-ever self-publishing project a joy!

My project manager lucas perez and his team, did a wonderful job of making my manuscript into my first novel. I would recommend that penguin books publishing process was as enjoyable.

I loved the personal approach Danny Brown has had with me, the quick replies and updates on my novel are very impressive. Him and his team are doing an outstanding job so far in the publishing of my novels, I would highly recommend them for anyone struggling to get their writing out there. He has been completely professional and honest with his insight and feedback. I am looking forward to continuing to work with him and the team to complete my project. Wrong company to review. Penguin Self Publishing so far has delivered what they promised.

I was scammed. They gave me a choice of having my book edited by someone with more than 10 years experience or less than 10 years. I was told that someone with more experience would be easier to work with. There is no transparency. They would not reveal who edited the book. I could not talk to anyone other than a project manager who said he would pass the information on. This project manager continually gave me misinformation about when something was going to me done, or that he would call me and never did. I noticed some inconsistencies in the editing as if multiple people were working on it. I am a novice writer and relied on the accuracy of their editing. I sent their publish-ready files to a number of people for review and found out there were an extensive number of errors. I tried to correct as many as I could but then 2 different experienced editors found many more errors. Were talking 15 or more errors in the first chapter alone. I now have to pay someone else to have it done correctly. They sent me a PUB file and when I looked at it, the title of the book was on one page, my name was on the next page. My name was so large that it couldn't fit on one line so they hyphenated it. They couldn't have looked at the product before sending it out as a "final" publish-ready file. They were to include a cover design as part of the contract. Again, I was not allowed to communicate directly with the designer. The designs that were submitted to me were horrible. They ignored the image for the cover I sent them. After 6 weeks of frustration I told them to just forget it. Maybe others have had a more positive experience but I would be very very careful of paying them up front for a service that you may be extremely disappointed in and have to pay someone else to do it right.

Penguin Publishers did exactly what I asked for and kept all their promises. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help in evaluating their manuscript and polishing it for publication.

En tant que photographe professionnel et gérant d’un studio photo cela faisait longtemps que je souhaitais travailler avec les produits Blash pour des séances photos sensuelles et pleines de couleurs. Malheureusement ils n’ont jamais répondu à mes sollicitations par mail, réseaux sociaux etc… j’ai donc commandé les produits au prix fort afin de les proposer à mes client(e)s. En tant que revendeur j’aurais vraiment aimé les rencontrer ou discuter avec eux pour mettre en avant leur gamme et attirer une nouvelle clientèle

Je n'ai pas encore pu essayer la peinture Blash, je reviendrai peut être sur ma critique après avoir essayé. Pour le moment, c'est sur le service après vente que je peux apporter un avis. Suite à une erreur j'ai été débité deux fois pour ma commande, j'en ai immédiatement fait par aux services de Blash et Mélanie m'a répondu dans des délais très courts et le problème a été résolu dans la foulée. Je l'en remercie par ailleurs. Reste à tester les produits !

L’expérience est top, mais la peinture un galère à enlever

We had 3 large windows measured by William and though they were slightly different sizes expected the blinds to be balanced with each other in their design. They were not and now William says there is nothing they can do. Make sure you get a design of what work is to be done, we thoughly regret not getting one.

Blinds for two Velux windows came and were wrong. A roller blind came and was not square to the window sill. It was taken away nearly a month ago and not seen since despite emails sent asking for it back before Christmas. Velux blinds arranged to fit on 19th December but they didn't show up so now rearranged for the 14th January. I don’t know whose fault this was but full access was given to Broadview to measure and assess prior to the wrong units being sent from Velux. Draw your own conclusions.

The shutters look lovely and the fitters were very polite. Had in issue with one of the panels being the wrong size but was rectified quickly.

The issue was attended to all all corrected now

From point of meeting the team to design to delivery, communications were exceptional. The product is robust, with quality engineering. The chaps who installed the canopy were amazing and cared for our every need. Very glad we went with these guys and did not fall for buying some cheaper solutions on line!

The installation was good but the team failed to fit a wind speed anemometer, which was included in the price. I had to sort this out with the office. Which should not have been necessary.

We visited Broadview looking for details about the purchase and fitting of a bathroom blind. After some discussions in the store we agreed for a home visit to complete the measuring process. We were visited by Josh, a family member who was very friendly , came with loads of samples , very knowledgeable but put no pressure on us to commit in any way. As it happened whilst at our home I asked questions about the fitting of a blind for our lantern window. Josh explained the options available. He took the measurements of both windows and within a few days we were supplied with a quote. After a little while we decided to proceed with the purchase of both curtain blinds. Everything about the service was 5 ⭐️ however we were told that our bathroom blind would be fitted in 3 weeks and the lantern in 5 week. We proceeded on this basis. After 4 weeks we had to chase for fitting date only to be told that the bathroom blind was ready but they were waiting for the lantern blind to come in. We were disappointed but accepted a date for fitting. The fitter was excellent, came and finished within an agreed time frame and was very tidy and cleaned up after, As we said above we would have scored a maximum but the delay in fitting our bathroom blind and the need for chasing (none of this would have happened if only one product purchased) we have reduced to a 4 ⭐️. We would definitely recommend.

We borrowed funds to buy commercial property around year 2012 . Howard mortgage also known as Challenger limited provided misleading loan contract that was a rollover loan agreement through their financial broker . Few years later ,despite upfront loan repayments to challenger / Howard mortgage asked us as a borrowers to payout the loan reason unbeknown . This was very unethical approach and deceptive actions of these lenders . I wud Never recommend a loan from Howard mortgage or Challenger mortgage or Secure Finding ltd .

This guy is a Liar and a Fraudster, if you google him you'll find that Mr Taylor has been removed from the NZ Chartered Accountants guild after being found Guilty of several Tax Fraud thefts. He even claimed Tax on my behalf for working in Australia for five years... and I hadn't even worked in Australia at all! What a surprise then, when I went to do my taxes in Australia after that, I was fined $2800 for failing to lodge taxes later! Stay away from him

Howard Taylor Associates arranged two mortgages for me - both went smoothly and they took it upon themselves to call the bank directly to speed the process up. The mortgages were finalised ahead of the date of exchange. Will definitely use them again!

28 mei 2021 is mijn 78 jarige vader na het overlijden van mijn moeder verhuisd door deze verhuizer. Door onzorgvuldig werken wisten ze de prachtig, kostbare glazen tafel en design lamp onherstelbaar te beschadigen. Schade 1350 euro. We kregen de toezegging dat dit vergoed zou worden. Tot op heden en na vele herinneringen nog steeds niet betaald. Schandalig! Inmiddels is de tafel vergoed. Heeft erg lang geduurd. De lamp is nooit vergoed. Slordige verhuizers.

Het was een drama van begin tot eind. Ten eerste hanteren zij een afwijkend systeem met de verhuisdozen: in plaats van dat zij gewoon het benodigde aantal dozen en materiaal afleveren, moet je als klant de dozen KOPEN. Boekendozen of garderobedozen krijg je niet. Daar zijn wij uiteindelijk wel uitgekomen, maar heb ik een aantal malen voor moeten bellen/appen. Ze waren totaal niet voorbereid op een grote verhuizing zoals die van ons, waardoor het hele proces 3 dagen (!!) geduurd heeft. Ten eerste was de auto veel te klein (ze hadden maar 1 kleine wagen) en ze waren met veel te weinig mensen. Daar kreeg corona de schuld van, maar toen wij verhuisden speelde het hele omikrondrama nog niet. Op de dag van de verhuizing zelf waren er de hele dag slechts 2 mensen aanwezig om te verhuizen, en niet de meest ervaren. Hele aardige jongens, maar één was erg junior, de andere verantwoordelijk voor de webwinkel. De eigenaar zelf was rustig zijn dochter van school halen (zo hoorde ik telefonisch) en hebben we de hele dag niet gezien. 's Avonds om 22:00 uur werden de laatste spullen nog uit huis gehaald, waardoor wij zelf het huis niet op tijd schoon konden maken voor de inspectie. Moesten we voor dag en dauw de volgende dag naartoe om nog op tijd af te krijgen. Verder rare dingen, zoals ineens weigeren een zwaar bureaublad naar boven te dragen ('staat in de voorwaarden' - huh??) uiteindelijk hebben ze dat wel gedaan, maar was 'op eigen risico'. Ik weet niet wat dat betekent, maar het inspireert geen vertrouwen. Wij kregen 's avonds een hele litanie over corona, maar feit is: te kleine wagen en te weinig mensen. Na de verhuizing weer een hele toestand gehad om het geld terug te krijgen van de dozen. Verhuizen is al stressvol genoeg, en je hoopt dat een verhuizer iets van de stress wegneemt en je ontzorgt, maar de ervaring met dit bedrijf was precies het tegenovergestelde.

We moved apartment (family of 4) from Amsterdam to Amsterdam (3 Km apart). The team was hard working, nice and arrived on time. Everything was moved efficiently but a little carelessly. I would not recommend it if you have to move delicate furniture. We had a few damages (a couple of broken glasses on big framed prints, washing machine which fell from the truck and got broken, and a deep mark on the dining table as they forgot to use a blanket on the window). Of course damages can happen during a move, however we were expecting their comprehensive insurance to cover -part of-the washing machine damage. Unfortunately after 3 and half month later, we still did not hear back. Communication is also a bit slow and messy.

Een best lastige verhuizing naar Italie in Covid tijd. De tijd was niet goed ingeschat maar toen ze er eenmaal waren in korte tijd uitgeladen en de spullen voor de terugweg weer ingeladen. Overal werd adeqaat op gereageerd.

Snelle service. Bij ons moest een loopband een verdieping hoger worden geplaatst. De volgende dag was het reeds gedaan. Sympathieke medewerkers, deze gaven gelijk al het gevoel van dit gaat helemaal goedkomen. Alles ging snel en geruisloos voor een prima prijs. Chapeau. Wij bevelen Verhuis Centrale Nederland iedereen aan.

Ook onze 2e verhuizing is weer prima verlopen. Prettige communicatie, duidelijke afspraken en alles snel en goed verhuisd. Kan VSN aan iedereen aanraden. We zijn zeer tevreden!

Even though Mark’s offer was the most expensive of all we received, we decided to hire Verhuis Centrale Nederland because they claim to be high level professionals with lots of experience. We had a bad experience during and after moving and we wanted to warn anyone who is considering hiring them as well. Be careful of the following points if you ever talk to Mark: Communication in writing: Mark avoids writing emails and prefers phone calls. Now we know why! He is not planning thoroughly and he is not communicating changes in his offers properly, Hence, having no written evidence works fine for him, but not for you! Pay attention to the terms in the contract: For instance, include a term that explicitly mentions that the movers will not leave any of your belongings behind. In our case, Mark left 6-7 cubic meters of our stuff behind! Then he broke yet another term of the contract, asking us to pay up front, before he would unload our own stuff to our new house, threatening that if we do not pay up front he would take our stuff and leave. Damaged furniture and reimbursement: In theory, Mark explained to us that if any furniture was damaged during the moving process, we are guaranteed a reimbursement. In practice, 3 weeks after we moved we have sent 2 emails with pictures of the damages and we have received no answer at all! These are the main points which formed our negative experience and we are not going into all details. The point is that "All that glitters is not gold" and you need to be extra cautious. To be fair, the driver and his co-worker were absolutely polite and cooperative and we thank them for that. Good luck with moving!

Het zijn kundige en hardwerkende verhuisprofessionals, met respect voor mijn eigendommen. Heel fijn dat er een verhuisprogramma op maat gemaakt kon worden, met demonteren/inpakken/monteren en uitpakken. Ook de oude woning is schoon afgeleverd. Ik zou dit bedrijf een volgende keer weer inhuren!

I dunno how, but bankpro was able to organize this venture on separate accounts, there is even leverage of 1:200 available for trading cfds, like in other industry brokers. Yes, it`s still some work needed to be done with adding more assets to trading platform, but as whole, this idea doesn`t look like for me as completely raw.

I had to choose one star to write the review. In fact I wouldn’t have given them any. Bought a dog snow globe decoration at Christmas 2024. Very misleading description - said made from acrylic, didn’t state it wasn’t a globe and would have expected it was for the price charged. A poor bit of plastic hanging on a ribbon arrived. I complained. They failed to respond. I complained again and they suggested the first response went to my spam. Which it did not. They stated they hadn’t received any complaints other than mine despite selling hundreds of them over Christmas. After my purchase I had read negative reviews on the website, too late for me which they now deny. If they’ve sold hundreds then they should be proud of how they have inaccurately lured people into purchasing. The e mail which eventually arrived at the end of January 2025 was matter of fact with an insincere “we are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase”. It speaks volumes that they have never responded to negative reviews on here. I would not purchase from them again and recommend they look into their advertising and get some professional training re customer service.

I bought a memorial plant pot for my cats ashes and already the frost has cracked it and it is less than 12 months old. I got in touch with Villager Jim and the response I got was that they were made to 'high quality standards'. Well obviously they aren't and I think it's poor to sell pots which are obviously sold for this purpose which aren't up to it.

Items were in stock when the order was placed, but took longer to be dispatched than estimated (even allowing for the seasonal busy period). Christmas decorations/ cards then arrived too late to be given to the people we'd orderd them for. Products were lovely, customer service replied politely and promptly to an email checking on dispatch, but it was basically.. 'We're busy as it's Christmas. Thanks for understanding'. Once dispatched items arrived quickly by Royal Mail.

Read reviews before buying anything. Hugely disappointed by poor quality and tiny image of personalised dog bauble. Returned item at my postage expense and charged a 10 percent return fee as company felt product with paintbrush marks in which looked like painted over bristle, chips and uneven surface ‘ added to uniqueness of the item’.Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a gift on 17th December 2024, it is now 2nd Jan 2025 and still no sign of the package. I emailed on 23rd Dec and was sent a very curt reply saying the cut off for Christmas orders was 15th Dec. No apologies, nothing and still not here so even if I had ordered 2 days before it would not have arrived in time for Christmas. A business can't get away with such poor customer service and failing to be apologetic in the current climate.

Zijn kennis van alle zaken betreffende een nieuwe keuken was indrukwekkend. Ik kreeg vele aanbevelingen, advies, een nieuwe keuken indeling, en iedere keer weer bij het bezoek aan Keukenmaxx. Ook een van de dames, Anita Wouters, was behulpzaam, beleefd en we werden netjes voorzien van kopjes koffie, thee of water. Ook een andere dame waarvan ik de naam niet meer kan herinneren, was ook erg attent. Een hele fijne ervaring met Keukenmaxx. Dank jullie wel voor een positieve ervaring. Ugur is een fijne verkoper, heeft goede productkennis en luistert goed naar de wensen van de klant. Het personeel bij Keukenmaxx Barendrecht is ook heel behulpzaam en telefonisch/per email goed bereikbaar. Ze denken graag met je mee. We wachten met smart op onze nieuwe keuken!

Na een fikse verbouwing, welke langer heeft geduurd dan in eerste instantie gedacht kon de keuken eindelijk geleverd en geplaats worden. In totaal drie keer de verwachte leverweek moeten verplaatsen en dat ging allemaal prima en in goed overleg. Groot voordeel verder is dat je het blad zelf mag selecteren, voor ons zeer nuttig want die partij heeft ons laten inzien wat het verschil in materiaal van het blad is!

Ik werd goed geholpen, er werd meegedacht, en een oplossing geboden.

Bezorging en montage echt top !! Verkoper geen goed woord voor over. * verkeerde kleur op bestel formulier, gelukkig andere collega achter gekomen. * verkeerde wasbak geleverd , valt niet over te praten met klantenservice en verkoper. * niet vermeld dat achterwand ook weken later gaat komen. Communicatie vooraf , bel als er iets niet lukt of later geleverd moet worden door omstandigheden. Niet zeggen hebben contact gehad , want dat hebben we niet. Daarom ga ik keukenmaxx zeker niet aanbevelen bij vrienden, collega’s en familie. Want wacht nog steeds op terugkoppeling van de klantenservice. Els de jong.

Keuken uitgezocht in Barendrecht. Op dat moment fijn geholpen. Toen kwam de ellende. Verkoper had verkeerde kleur ingevoerd. Door alertheid van andere collega is dit net voor bestelling dit goedgekomen. Wel werd de keuken haast 300 euro duurder. Levering is goedgegaan en plaatsing zeer tevreden over. Monteur was zeer ervaren. Alleen er zat niet de juiste wasbak in. Deze die er nu inzit is groter . Achterwand niet geleverd. Werd gezegd dit komt later. Alleen niemand kan zeggen hoeveel later!! Winkel verwijst hoofdkantoor..hoofdkantoor naar winkel. Je merkt dat er veel geld wordt verdient aan de keukens. Geld binnen. Kan niemand meer iets. Vooraf juiste communicatie zou een hoop ellende schelen. Blijven volhouden we hebben gebeld! Alleen ons niet aan de telefoon gehad. Jammer soms is de oplossing niet om maar te roepen deze wasbak is duurder !

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf : ze helpen je goed maar zodra de order gegeven ( 14000,- euro in dit geval ) is dan begint slechtsteservice die ik in mijn leven heb meegemaakt Ik ben nu 8 maanden verder en heb nog steeds m'n spullen niet compleet. Foute leveringen ( kast met verkeerd formaat) Beschadigde onderdelen In december had ik nog graag een deur voor m'n koelkast gehad, de deur was binnen bij magazijn maar men kon wilde niet bezorgen terwijl er nog meer dan 1 week de tijd voor hun sluiting.Ik haal hem wel even op dact ik maar de uiterst sjacherijnige medewrker wilde ook daar niet aan meehelpen. Tot overmaat van ramp waren de RVS plinten van aluminium Ik wil ze retour geven maar nee hoor dat doen ze niet. Beste mensen ontwijk KEUKENMAXX als je een keuken nodig hebt Doe alsjeblieft een ander bedrijf aan, scheelt 100 emails en telefoontjes en heel veel hoofdpijn!!!

You know you're getting honest reviews on betting systems and tipster services when the owner of the website tests said systems and tipsters himself. Do NOT do business with this company. They will cost you more than you owe. I got a loan and made automatic, on time payments. I got online on their website, got a ‘payoff quote’, made the payment in that amount on the very same business day. Imagine my surprise when the next month they take over $300 from my bank account and say I owe anything additional $155. When I call, they claim it is because when I made the payment I clicked ‘one-time payment’. When you clicked ‘payoff’ the site times out. And I attempted more than once. Whether it was a one time payment or any other option, paying the payoff amount would take the balance to zero. You can’t change interest and fees on a zero balance!

Do not ever use this place. I have had this card for 4 years on auto pay. Never missed a payment ever. 4 years... I call in to move a payment out 2 weeks. I was on the phone for 2 hours and got nowhere. come to find out they canceled my card entirely and set me up a payment plan to pay off the $200. after 4 years and not missing a payment, they couldn't move 1 payment out 2 week and shut it off and canceled the card. WOW!!!!! I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor or escalate this in any way.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Avant Credit Card's customer service. I needed to update my address, but their website and app made it impossible. I sent them my signed lease agreement, which clearly met their stated requirements, yet they rejected it, claiming it was the "wrong type of document." Despite my repeated attempts to clarify and provide the necessary information, their responses were slow, unhelpful, and contradictory. Even after they finally updated my address, they made errors in how it was recorded. On top of that, my card kept getting declined for Amazon purchases, even though I had already confirmed there was no fraudulent activity. The entire process was inefficient, caused unnecessary delays, and left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend Avant to anyone looking for reliable customer support.

Great Service

I applied for a Avant loan my credit was in the high 500's and I was approved for a 6k loan in minutes. Although the processing fee was a bit pricey it was a much better option then getting a tribal loan at 300 percent interest. I applied, approved and the funds were in my account 2 days later. Monthly payment is something I can afford and for someone trying to pay off some debt to get my credit score up this was perfect for me.

I've been conned twice by crypto trading company: both Australian blessed by ASIC one of them is E-POCKET based in Melbourne. They without giving reason blocked my account so I couldn't trade. In meantime shares went up 30-40%and I missed on revenue. They explained to me that they don't have to give reason for blocking my account!!!! They are self regulatory company for their own advantage. Think not twice but many times before you join them!!

Being able to speak to a 'real' person without waiting in a long queue was a game hanger for me.
