Big thank you to Dean, my daughter celebrated her 18th on Saturday. Her driver was called Tye he was absolutely fantastic to be able to deal with screaming excited girls lol! They had a fantastic time dancing away, singing & celerating. Even stopped off at the London eye for pictures. Dean arranged for the girls to be dropped off to a club (not the pick up point) which was amazing. Thank you so much would highly recommend.

Let down!
Booked party bus for my daughters hen night as a surprise and paid in full, then 4 days before was told the bus had hit the kerb amd was damaged. Fine there are 4 party buses adverrtised so i will have a replacement? NO CHANCE! After 24 hours stress another company called to offer another bus, however no karaoke, £70 dearer and we had to leave an hour earlier. It was my only option. Full refund from Dean but would not pay the extra £70 or even meet me half way. The bus was fine but for a party bus it only had 1 CD and the driver asked for someones phone to Play music! We then arrived at our venue an hour early and had to sit outside! Not great. A fab evening but no thanks to VIP travel and i feel completely ripped off!

I through a few obsticals in his way on the day which neither of us were prepared for but he pulled it out the bag for our party and done an amazing job! Thank you so much for all your help and patience on the day!!And I can't not thank the amazing Asim, our brilliant driver! Due to unforeseen circumstances on our parties side Asim stayed beyond his time to make sure our party got to where we needed to be and couldnt do enough for us to make sure we had a great time. The bus was beautiful, decorations, the seating the driver all very much complimented the company. Everyone in the group loved the bus experience. We have used Flowcode versions 3 to 6…
We have used Flowcode versions 3 to 6 over the years and support was always very good. After a gap in use and having to use flowcode 6 again to support some changes in the field it was found that the Eblacks programmer ver 3 is no longer supported (or nothing could be found) so drivers were not available, ver ppp v3 and their web site just refers to the later Eblocks 2. Our original logins no longer work and despite rergistering for the main web site access could not be gained to the earlier versions of flowcode to try and see if anyone could help with the issues we are having. I can fully understand why a company needs to keep developing a product from a financial perspective but dropping support for earlier products and no route for accessing drivers and documentation is less than ideal. Great pity that the company has evolved this way.

Ich habe mir bei meingartencenter24 einen Grill mit Abdeckung bestellt. Preislich ist der Shop unschlagbar! Mit der Bestellabwicklung lief alles gut ab und es war übersichtlich. Die Lieferung erfolg 3 Tage nach Bestellung über eine Spedition. Die Lieferzeit Die man dort auswählen kann waren nicht optimal aber das liegt in der Hand der Spedition. Daher volle 5 Punkte für den Shop. Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen

Eine Frechheit!!! Der Kundenservice strotzt vor Inkompetenz. Nach Tage langem warten trotz EPS-Sofortzahlung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Zahlung eingegangen ist und auch kein Bezug zu der Bestellung trotz Registrierung festgestellt werden kann. Nachdem ich einen Zahlungsbeleg verschickt hatte, konnte immer noch kein Bezug zu der Bestellung hergestellt werden. Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin gefragt wo ich den IBAN her habe, weil auf der Website ein anderer angegeben wurde. Ich habe natürlich gleich bei meiner Bank angerufen, da ich den Verdacht hatte Opfer eines Fakeshops zu sein. Die Bank hat das Geld wieder rück gebucht wodurch Rückleitungsspesen im Wert von 27,50 € entstanden sind. Entstanden sind die Spesen durch die Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiterin, da sie nicht wusste, dass das Geld zuerst auf einen EPS IBAN und dann erst auf das Konto des webshops überweisen wird. Ich bekam nur Inkompetente und überheblich Antworten. Seit Tagen meldet sich keiner und ich bleibe auf den Kosten sitzen obwohl kein Geschäft zustande kam. Ich habe den Fall jetzt an den Konsumentenschutz weitergeleitet. So einen lächerlichen Shop braucht niemand, Zeit, Geld und Nerven hat mich das alles gekostet. Egal, mittlerweile habe ich direkt beim Hersteller bestellt und das Paket wurde sofort verschickt. Wer was will geht zum Schmied nicht zum Schmiedel. Kauft woanders, hier werden sie nur abgecasht und es gibt keinen Kundenservice.

Ich habe Ende November über Kaufland bei meingartencenter24 5 Töpfe Katzengras bestellt. Die Pflanzen wurden am 04.12. geliefert, die Grashalme waren schon ausgetrocknet. Ich habe nicht sofort reklamiert sondern (leider erfolglos) versucht, die Pflanzen zu 'retten'. Ich habe gestern Abend (19.12.) den Kundenservice von meingartencenter24 über meine Erfahrung mit der Lieferung informiert. Trotz der zu späten Reklamation habe ich zu meiner Überraschung bereits heute vormittag die Zahlung zurückerstattet bekommen. Vielen Dank für die Kulanz!

Ich bestelle mittlerweile alles ueber MGC24. Der Versand erfolgt jedesmal sehr schnell und per DHL. Super Kundenservice
Ich habe schon häufiger bei meingartencenter24 bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte immer pünktlich und unproblematisch. Super, dass auch die Bestellung von bspw. Blumenerde bereits ab 39 € versandkostenfrei möglich ist - ohne Auto wäre die Erde sonst fast unmöglich nach Hause zu kriegen. Letzte Bestellung war ein Hochbeet. Leider fehlten beide Seitenteile im Paket. Reklamation ging super schnell, 2 Tage nach der Lieferung der ersten Bestellung war bereits ein zweites Hochbeet auf dem Weg. Dieses wurde pünktlich und vollständig geliefert. Das erste durften wir behalten - ein paar Bretter beim Baumarkt besorgt und ein zweites (kostenfreies) Hochbeet daraus gemacht :) So stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice vor.

Weber Grill Spirit E220s Ware ist gut verpackt ohne Mängel bei mir eingetroffen. Kommunikation mit Kundenbetreung gut. Preis Leistung ebenso. Leider wurde die Lieferzeit um 2 Tage überschritten. Ware wurde mit einer Spedition geliefert und die brauchen bekanntlich ja auch ihre Zeit. Hier sollte man sich ehrlicher machen und zur Lieferzeit z.B 2-5 Tage ausschreiben. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden.

Das Haus auf Ibiza war zwar wie auf den Bildern beschrieben aber es stank sehr nach kaltem Rauch und muffig daher wurde immer geraucht und nie richtig gelüftet. Mir wurde so schlecht dadurch das wir sofort eine Nacht später abgereist sind auf eigene Kosten ! Aber der Gestank ist ja nicht das Problem der Vermittler 😂 einfach ein witz Die Bettlaken waren voller gelber Flecken und schwarzer Haare sowie die Vorhänge auch. Es war so heiss im Haus da keine Klima vorhanden war nur verdreckte alte staubige Ventilatoren. Die Fenster waren zugeklebt, daher durfte man sie auch nicht öffnen weil die auch schon Schrott waren und auseinandergefallen sind. Ameisen im Bad und Spinnen waren auch überall. Leider kann man auf ihrer eigenen Website fincaferien keine Bewertung schreiben genau zu dem Haus das ich meine ,deshalb haben die auch nur positive Bewertungen weil sie die schlechten per email aussortieren. Hätte das Geld auch zum Fenster rausschmeißen können Nie wieder.

Unduchsichtiges Geschäftsgebahren! Erst gebucht, dann kam Corona und eine Einreise sowie das Angebot touristischer Übernachtungen in Spanien war verboten. Unsere getätigte Anzahlung in Höhe von ca. 30% (!) des Gesamtpreises wurde seitens fincaferien.de daraufhin kurzerhand als "Provision" deklariert, die nicht erstattungsfähig sei - Eine versprochene Umwandlung in eine Gutschrift entpuppte sich als heiße Luft, da bei Neubuchung wieder eine Provision fällig wird, die ggf. reduziert werden kann- um welchen Betrag ist nicht klar und auch auf diverse Nachfragen gab es keine befriedigende Antwort. Generell macht der Anbieter keine Angaben zu Provisionshöhe oder ähnlichem - wer, wann welches Geld bekommt ist für die Kunden nicht ersichtlich! Ich rate allen, die Finger von diesen Vermittlern zu lassen!

Im Juli 2020 eine Finca auf Mallorca gemietet, aber der absolute Reinfall! Wir wurden auf der Finca ausgeraubt allein gelassen und sobald man das Geld überwiesen hat hört Reagieren die Agentur nicht mehr auf Emails und Anrufe! Polizei und Anwalt eingeschaltet....

De kaarten zouden uiterllijk 4 dagen daarna geleverd worden. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik op een geven moment regelmatig een appje. Ik moest stoppen met agressieve berichten. Dit laatste is niet mijn stijl. Na een aantal weken gaf ik ze de mogelijkheid het geld terug te storten op mijn rekening. Mocht dit bedrag niet binnen een week op mijn rekening staan dan verzekerde ik hen aangifte te zullen doen bij de politie. Dit laatste heb ik dus ook gedaan. Een paar dagen na de aangifte kreeg ik een app met een heel zielig verhaal. De eigenaar zou terminaal ziek zijn. Zij waren hele betrouwbare mensen. Het geld zou snel op mijn rekening staan. Ook zou ik nog een extra set kaarten krijgen voor mijn kleinzoon als troost. Ik was altijd bij hen welkom etc. Dit laatste bericht is ook doorgestuurd naar de politie. Ik plaats dit revieuw om een ieder te waarschuwen voor dit zogenaamde bedrijf. Ik begon half mei met een bestelling te plaatsen bij cardfreaks. Niets ontvangen. Wel een aantal kletsverhalen op whatsapp en een “zielig” verhaal na mijn aangifte bij de politie. Ik hoop, dat iedereen, die op deze wijze is opgelicht door dit zogenaamde bedrijf aangifte doet. Hoe meer reacties hoe actiever de politie zal zijn om deze lieden aan te pakken. Dit laatste is natuurlijk wat ik hoop. Goedemorgen Mevrouw Mouton, Wij zijn absoluut geen oplichters, al zal het op u geheid zo overgekomen zijn. Ik heb uw brief zojuist geopend, ik ben de vrouw van de eigenaar van de webshop waar u heeft besteld. Naast u brief hebben wij ook de aangifte ontvangen, welke wij begrijpelijk vinden. Op 28 mei heeft mijn man/vriend, degene met wie u destijds contact te horen gekregen dat hij een neurologische terminale ziekte heeft. Dit is de reden dat wij op nog geen enkele klant/leverancier hebben gereageerd tot nu. Excuseert u ons alstublieft, ik heb reeds de terugboeking gedaan via het betaalsysteen via de site. Dus dat zal spoedig bij u zijn, we zullen ondanks dat het pakket alsnog voor u na sturen zodat u een extra heeft voor u kleinzoon. Nogmaals het spijt ons Mevrouw Mouton, wij zijn oprecht liefdevol en goed volk in een vervelende situatie. Deze app ontving ik van cardfreaks n.a.v. de politie aangifte. Het bedrag staat ruim een maand later niet op mijn rekening. Niets meer gehoord! Opgelicht dus!

Super verrassing
Op 23 februari een bestelling geplaatst. In eerste instantie lang moeten wachten, door bepaalde omstandigheden! Uiteindelijk op 6 april toch het bestelde ontvangen. Tot onze grootste verbazing hadden ze er flink wat leuke spulletjes bij gedaan voor onze zoon, met de excuses dat het zolang heeft geduurd. Al met al het wachten waard!! Mijn zoontje was vandaag super blij met de grote verrassing.

Aangifte gedaan bij de politie
[29 januari] Een paar dagen nadat ik aangifte heb gedaan nam Cardfreaks contact op met mijn huisgenoot, die eerder ook iets bij hen heeft besteld (dit was ook een drama), om te melden dat zij aangifte terug zouden doen als hij de zijne niet introk. Hij legde uit dat de aangifte niet van hem kwam, maar volgens Cardfreaks stond zijn naam er bij (lijkt me sterk, aangezien ik in heb moeten loggen met mijn DigiD). Uiteindelijk zijn ze blijkbaar toch overtuigd, want ik kreeg later een mail dat mijn geld zou worden teruggestort. Verrassend genoeg gebeurde dit ook daadwerkelijk. Echter heeft Cardfreaks nogsteeds geen enkele keer contact met mij opgenomen. Ik heb hen meerdere keren gevraagd om de producten die ik heb besteld naar mij op te sturen, niet om mijn geld terug te storten. Ik ben uiteraard blij dat ik mijn geld terug heb, maar ik heb wel heel veel moeite moeten doen om gewoon weer terug bij af te zijn. Verder lijkt het er voor mij op dat Cardfreaks helemaal geen producten op voorraad heeft, waarom is het anders zo moeilijk om ze gewoon op te sturen? Dit is verreweg de slechtste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad met een webshop. Ik weet niet of het hier gaat om oplichters of pure incompetentie, maar ik raad iedereen aan om bij een andere webshop te bestellen. [18 januari] Na meer dan twee weken zonder levering of antwoord via de mail of telefoon heb ik maar aangifte gedaan bij de politie. De site is niet meer beschikbaar, dus ik neem aan dat ik ben opgelicht (wel raar dat ze zoveel positieve reviews hebben). Als u ook bent opgelicht door dit bedrijf raad ik u aan om aangifte te doen. Dit is gratis en de kans is groter dat er iets mee gebeurt als meer mensen aangifte doen. Dit kan op de site van de politie. [3 januari] Ik heb 5 dagen geleden 2 trainer boxen besteld bij cardfreaks en heb nogsteeds geen track & trace gekregen, terwijl ze hun orders binnen een dag zeggen te versturen. Telefoon gaat rechtstreeks naar voicemail, op mail word niet gereageerd. Mijn ordernummer is 17707 Zolang deze review onaangepast blijft is mijn order niet binnen. Ik hoop dat ik op deze manier toch een reactie kan krijgen van het bedrijf.

Wij werken echter niet met schade-experts in het buitenland. Heeft u voor ons een officieel schaderapport en wat fotootjes die van alles ondersteunen? Ikke: Natuurlijk! Ik ga wel langs de Merk-dealer en ik stuur u het officiële dealer-rapport en 32 detail-fotootjes, nog eens 2 'over-all' foto's en twee video's. Oh ja: in het schaderapport kunt u ook lezen dat rijden met een beschadigd cardanhuis gevaarlijk is! Univé: Tja, meneer. Helaas kunnen wij aan de hand van het rapport en al het ondersteunende beeldmateriaal geen oordeel vellen over de ernst van de schade. Oh ja! Wat we wèl kunnen zien is dat met die schade aan het cardan best wel gereden kan worden, hoor! Ikke: Tjeempie! U heeft geen schade-expertnetwerk in het buitenland. U meent de schade aan de hand van rapport en beeldmateriaal niet te kunnen vaststellen, maar U zegt wél doodleuk dat ik gewoon met de motor kan verder rijden. Wat nu? Univé: Tja. Lastig. Of eigenlijk vinden wij dat helemaal niet lastig: laat u de motor dan maar staan totdat U terugkeert in Nederland, dan bekijken we hem dàn wel. Ikke: Maar U weet toch al lang dat ik pas eind april naar Nederland kom? Als de motor dan nog eens getaxeerd en gerepareerd moet worden, kan ik dus bijna een hàlf jaar niet rijden! Univé: Tja.... En toen werd het stil.

Bought a used off white jordan 4 and there were cracks and so much yellowing on this pair which wasn’t show in the listing itself. Clearly their guidelines stated for sellers not to use the shoes after listing and soles were dirtier than what is shown as well. And they just let it pass with their authentication service. Imaging paying a huge sum and to be cast aside with their $10 credits reimbursement for this situation. Good job Oxstreet. This will be the last time i’m using their platform and goodluck to whoever is using their platform in the future. Service dropped and staff is unwilling to solve this issue either.

The item wasn't delivered on time. I chased them, and after insisting they provide proof was sent a picture 'proving' it was delivered to me. But the picture was of the box propped outside my closed front door. So not delivered to me in person but left close to the pavement. They refused to take responsibility. Eventually I tracked the parcel down to a neighbour, but only after they refused a refund. Never again.

I give four stars because I did not receive our instructor class report for a long time . It was not because he did not send it . It was because when my kid was sick , I canceled the membership and unsubscribed it . The Secobd time when he was doing fine , I enrolled him again . I did not receive class Report or friendly remind of when class would begin or there was sometimes a free group lesson I used to get via email . It has been so quiet . No class report or other information . So I contacted codeverse office to figure it out why . I unsubscribed , that was why I did not receive class report for the part few months . Codeverse teach kids to code , how come codeverse did not find the glitch and fix it immediately . Kids come and go and they will return most of time . Once you unsubscribed it , you are not supposed to receive messages or information . It does not make sense to my case at all . I filled in all the information when I re enrolled him when his health got better . Another matter is that it seems we have more than one account . After we re enrolled him got coding . We went to wrong accounts . Why there was two accounts . It is confusing . To be honest , I am satisfied after I called office to figure it out . I received class report and emails to ask if my kid got most out of his coding lesson. I loved the experience we first time we enrolled .I had a close contacts with codeverse. Hopefully my experience at codeverse helps to improve and make the best places kids are interested . Chuchu

I got my dream Fleshlight from them
This was the only place I could find that carried the Fleshlight Maitland Ward "Tight Chicks" anal sleeve. I previously attempted to purchase this directly from Fleshlight themselves but they wouldn't take my card for whatever reason so I came to these guys and they delivered the goods! Of course with being situated in the United States, the wait time for my package to arrive was rather lengthy however I did ultimately receive it after about like two and a half weeks and I have since tried it out not once, not twice, but indeed thrice and the toy itself has exceeded my expectations in every sense of the word. My only gripe (and this is a minor one) would be that I wished they had shipped it in a cardboard box of sorts, it arrived in a bubble wrapped bag and as such the Fleshlight box came a little banged up. It's nothing too major though, at the end of the day I got what I so desperately needed and I'm happy as a clam.

Livraison prévue le 12/11, je reçois un message très rapidement précisant, qu'à cause des inondations à Valence, celle-ci aura du retard. Colis livré le 13/11. Excellente communication du vendeur, suivi colis grâce au lien fourni sur ma commande. La télévision arrive, le carton est entouré de deux couches de gros papier bulles, même le livreur n'avait jamais vu ça. Du coup, pas le moindre choc sur le carton, pas sûr que j'aurais fait mieux en allant moi-même la chercher dans un magasin. Airport car Boston picked up my brother and father for their trip to Las Vegas. I was unable to take them so I am grateful that they had a great ride. They were also on time to pick yhem up in their return from Logan to Maine. I will definitely use their service again

I would not say bad but it was fine, the driving was fine but took far longer route. but in any case Job was done, it is recommended as they are readily available when needed.
